I'm not sure if anyone else has reported issues concerning the Voyager, but I've just recently went through and pushed mine up to Tier 11 and equipped the warp engine upgrade. Now it's showing one warp range when it's in dock and a much lower warp range when I have it out.

Does anyone know if there's a way to fix this (on PC/win): Finished a mission, tried to claim reward, I think I got the reward (a section 31 datapad, there's one in my inventory, not sure if it's from this mission), but the game crashed during claim. Now the mission show as complete, keeps nagging me to collect (no idea if it's blocking other missions), but the reward area in the corner is empty and won't let me claim. If I collect, it just thinks for a few seconds then reappears in the corner wanting to be collected again. Tried restarting, clearing localization, etc.

I have a "bug reporting" challenge before me. I have been playing this game from a free download from Scopely, about 500ish days. I seem to always be not able to login to link the game or even into https://home.startrekfleetcommand.com/ to be able to report this bug. Still hasn't changed soo everything that is a thing to be done by linking the game with a Scopely account has done nothing for me.
I went to the https://discord.com/channels/509679626763632640/916412467628892170 to hope that I could find a way to communicate with Scopely Support . . . to no avail. Any aid would be appreciated. No rush though . . . haven't needed or used anything from it since I started playing the game. Just the alliance Im in can not get any aid from me in those reguards . . . It states that I need to log in to my Ingame account for my out of game account to work. In game I just see the spinning logo stating that it is waiting for Scopely to connect. Today, I reset and attempted a few times and the longest I waited for it to connect was 15min. The first time after 35min I said not worth it. That was about 500ish days ago. I attempted a few times, for the same results . . . do you see what is boggling my mind.

yes, it was an issue with the first patch of the day; the second should have corrected it. if it didn't, I'd repair the game if on pc, or make sure to write down your playerID, then try uninstalling and reinstalling to force the update that way.

I don't know of how to fix that, and I would advise against posting your email address publically

Anybody getting this one? After having picked up all 3 levels of the warp range for the reliant it seems to add the warp range to all ships in dock. No way does my realta have a warp range of 1073. Once it out of the dock it resets to normal but while its in the dock its actually letting you click warp on a system with that warp range and then once it starts to warp it shows invalid path location cuz its outside the station and updates the warp range

That sounds visual, in the you are seeing the wrong range, and it doesn’t let you warp that far, because it’s showing the wrong number.

Just to clarify things for people, it is Naval tradition. Officers with a rank of ensign and lieutenant are referred to as "mister". it's not a translation error, and is directly from the series.

Augment warp core bonus shows in every docked ship, not only the Reliant. Outside the dock it doesn't happen.
Also still lots of refinery goods are lost if I use mass refineration.

I've seen several tests showing players get everything when doing a mass claim in the refinery even if the popups don't display everything. If you have a test showing otherwise, I'd like to see it.

The missing augment warp core favor might be a bug or it might be level/tier restricted. Not sure atm, but you can file a ticket with CS if you think it's the former. #👽-how-to-contact-support

Regarding the missing favor: If it was level/tier restricted I guess it should be seen greyed out like every other favor as well. Many other players have the exact same problem; the last step of the favor just won't show up without any hint how to get it.

If your test result is displayed for too short of a time, then the test itself is improper. The bulk refine function has a display issue, it will not show you that you get all of the rewards that it does. The popups themselves are wrong. Testing should be done by obtaining the starting amounts and the amount after you've used it.

It sounds like you believe the favor is bugged. I'd file the ticket.

Hey,
I’ve recently encountered a bug in the D’Vor archive. First of all: my D’Vor Feesha is already at max level, and the archive is maxed out as well (Level 60). However, I could only upgrade the D’Vor archive up to level 5, because for level 6, it says that one requirement is not fulfilled (see screenshot).

But at level 7, it suddenly shows 2/2 fulfilled again.
I’m not able to unlock level 6, even though I’ve already leveled up another D’Vor to level 7.

So it’s not the archive, and the ships should meet the requirements, but level 6 still doesn’t unlock.

There is no s31 refinery, there is a gs-31 refinery that went missing with the arc update and was fixed with a recent update.

Please fix this... its incredibly annoying and makes me think I am missing an aramda until I realize its just Scopely having a marvelous QA process prior to rollout.

Basically on the PC Game (current update), when there are multiple armadas active, there is bleed through to the current system where your ship is in an aramda to the other armada (in a different system) currently being run. both armadas show even though they are in different systems.

and P.S. a side effect of the bleed through is that when the armada that is in a different system is finished, it will sit there at "0" seconds until you move focus of the ship to a different system, and then it won't ghost anymore (because its done).

It does feel selective. They’ve forced some players to a name and not allow renaming. They’ve chat banned. They even banned from game for a while. All because of any offensive reporting in-game. Inconsistent to say the least, which is why I posted here as I think it could be considered a bug.

It IS if you account the FEATURE in game which prevents typing internationally known vulgar terms. Missing some, means they can consider it a bug. And that’s outside from likely a breach of player ToS,  and Google Play Store app’s user-content violation (both stores require profanity filtering and handling uncaught instances).

This has to do with policy and not programming/bugs. Things like this just clog up this channel for actual bug reports. One issue I have is that for all the grinding in systems level 40 and above I’m collecting hundreds of starter grade vessels talla etc and I can’t use or swap shards I can’t donate to alliance for members to use when starting and i must collect away team points to get 1 shard of grade 3-4 vessels or event points - and even early grade vessel from other fractions are limited in system fights - ok don’t expect hundreds of shards but some. Even the odd tech or chaos part would be better for time spent in grinding.

The bulk claim option in the archives as well as the bulk refine option doesn't work. The bulk claim option only opens one mastery box and the mastery box for the rest is lost. Likewise the bulk refine option is erratic. It works sometimes for all mats, parts and sometimes only works by refining only one type of mat or part

Having trouble switching ships in Dock slots. Changing vessels in various Dock slots does not always allow vessels to be switched, especially in Docks E primarily, and the others secondarily. Often have to reopen the Dock management window or restart the game in order to change the Dock E vessel.

Glitch on alliance starbase where is says we don't have enough collisonal plasma but collision plasma is NOT needed when upgrading the collision plasma modules. This has happened twice this week and I reported via the game help chat tribbleshooting.

these people can't figure out queues after 1.5 YEARS of trying... they're a basic feature built into every programming language and these folks can't figure them out. It's simple, you DON'T remove something from the queue until it's dead... if it's not there because it derezed, don't pause the queue...remove it. Apparently these concepts are above the devs.

hopefully the game is playable @06:00 - 06:20 it takes longer and longer an year ago it was like two minutes unplayable now it's for sure already 15 minutes when you are lucky you can do something like collect boxes or send ships just basic stuff!

The Borg cube. I believe it's cutting them up. Event is not scoring correctly. Using the cube to kill a hostile is not doubling it as it says in the event. Here's an example where I killed a 65 and it's only giving me one times credit.

In general, it's best to test scoring by checking the before score and comparing to the after score in the event page. Those popups are notorious for not providing useful information.

I believe the reliant warp increase favor is applying to all ships when they are docked. First Image is T14 Cube in dock. Second image is the same T14 Cube not in dock. The difference is the 920 warp range increase times the Kirk FC 12.8% warp range increase.

Since the WOKPT1 AND NOW PT2 arcs began the bugs have been plentiful. I get it there's going to be things to iron out. But since the bug "FIX" in pt1 I log into game and straight into the sorry Galaxy Chat instead of Alliance Chat like before. Now, permanent red boxes that will not clear after claims, like the red 4 in claims chests, and now had the store link in claims been removed? So I have to leave game to go to store through a web browser? Garbage!!! Seriously wishing these things get addressed. It seriously takes away from the game.

I agree the bugs are piling up. The apps ability to access my internet has always been an issue (no it's not my internet or phone, I have the strongest internet possible and everything other than this app runs smoothly) but right now the lag is so bad it has a permanent wifi warning and when I attack hostiles it buffers for like minute. Bunch of other stuff too of course but that is the most debilitating one right now.

ok so the ships not auto-joining armadas after you start them bug I've been reporting for months now- it only seems to happen when the ship is already in the same system as the armada, if you have to warp to the system the bug doesn't seem to occur

depends on the system, currently - there's an issue where only a few of them will spawn it right now if you get high enough again.

They are very low res on moble, and tablet. Let's see what it looks like from the PC version. Just as bad when zoomeed in.. maybe a bit better on PC. But the PC version also uses anti aliasing where the moble version doesn't have that.
