I started it, but when I press the "ask for help" button on the research I get the "Alliance error 19" error. I can therefore not speed it up either. Bulk refining reports do not show the chests actually being refined. This happens with multiple refine attempts each day. This one happened to be traceable to the Eviserator parts pull, but the Vindictor pull also only showed 1 chest vs 3 pulls. The parts might be getting refined, but without knowing what is not going to show up in the reporting, you'd have to track every item count to see that.

The mission view also shows the green "collect" button, but the mission cannot be completed; if you press it, the circle is always there. Then it says collect again

• When doing bulk refines - Only shows the first results out of 2+ defined bulk refines.

When you select the event store. It gets stuck on the event store page. You can't select back into the events or season pass pages. Only way to get back to events is to reboot. Asked in alliance and it only seems to be in Android.

Since this is repeatedly happening to you, and not to others, I'm lead to believe it is the result of a problem on your machine. From the looks of it: your computer is taking a lower graphics quality for the background. Looks like either an 8 bit or 16 bit version of the graphics. Might be an issue with needing to repair your graphics drivers, or might be specific to a file within the game's folders. I'd suggest you start by using the repair feature of the client, and see if that helps. Next level would be to check if your drivers have to be updated since the newest Windows update? Assuming this is on a PC. You can also try uninstalling and reinstalling the application to see if that resolved the issue.

I'm not navigating away from the system or opening any other screens because I know it's so temperamental that will interrupt it. Make sure you've registered and got a scopley login, YOU NEED to do this FOR all the options,
uninstall game, and wipe it completely cookies, cache everything from your device.

1. So if it's mobile go into app info, clean cache then data then uninstall, restart phone then reinstall and sign in.

2. If you're on a laptop Mac or Windows you need to start in game clear your location and then log out your game, delete game go into your settings and storage and delete all scopley STFC data (I say this as you might play another scopley game).
   Restart your computer. Reinstall the game and log in.

This has worked for 5 out of the 8 people who have tried it this method has been tried and worked on Android and Windows 11.

It won't harm your in game experience JUST remember to make sure you KNOW your SCOPLEY ID and log in write it down before you start DON'T skip this step.

if the update button doesn't work & causes that to happen, I would try using the repair button that I believe is just above the update button, if that doesn't work, maybe checking your antivirus/firewall to see if something is hanging there (iirc there was recently a unity update for the game some anti viruses didn't like), or lastly uninstalling/reinstalling

Evicerator refinery showed I was able to pull 3 chests, but when I tried, it said that it was no longer available. 2nd attempt had the same result, and backing out and going back in likewise failed in the same way. when you fly into a system all good, but a lot of the times, if you try and fly into the same system again, you cant click on it, only solved with a restart. rename this game restart fleet.command

3rd option is to visit a battle report in the system I'm trying to get to, and go to location that way.

After looting 15 scoops at 200 B+ each, so over 3 T total, my resources raided score only went up about 1/2 trillion. Normally this is closer to 50% of the amount looted. hey - i agree this is really frustrating and shouldn't have to happen. you can also avoid/fix the issue by going into whatever folder in the event store you were in last, and backing out to of that folder to the main event store, and then the buttons to go back to events/etc should work again. i know that's still frustrating, but hopefully at least less so than restarting constantly for that

Court of Q says that it provides a bonus to the protomatter rewarded for completing a trial, but all I seem to get is the base amount of protomatter for defeating that trial hostile. Does this actually work properly? Am I missing something?

hostile kills not updating for daily scoring points, got to only needing 4 pts from lv 62s, killed the 4 ,only got 2 pts, a 63 showed, killed that got nothing again, left needing 2 pts even though killed more than required, these bugs are getting beyond a joke, they need fixed once and for all, not another 5 years of continous bugs never getting fixed, always getting lied about getting fixed, like the rest of life there must be an omnibus that we can complain to about the lack of game bug repairs that do not happen, and perhaps they will fine you lot thousands of £$, and maybe even shut your game down

Anyone else mentioned a scoring bug in the Federation armada event already?
When doing G6 solo armadas, I score when using only one ship (my Ent D), which also has all the required officers onboard. When I add my Cube to it (with none of these event scoring officers), I don't get event points at all.
A team mate of mine tried with two ships and both had the event specific officers onboard, no scoring. When he then just tried with one ship, he scored.
A guy from another alliance doing G6 solo armadas in the same system with three ships (each with event officers onboard) seemed to have no problems.

At a guess, it seems like a desync somewhere, in that the server keeps telling the client “you’ve won!”, but then ignores the response to say you’ve claimed it because it’s actually already thinks it’s been acknowledged, and the cycle repeats, probably because it glitched when doing it the very first time.

You misread my comment. It is strictly about the image used for the abilities. They are placed incorrectly as all apex barrier shows the shield with the scratches, while the station delay would be better fitting with the station image.

Just a little bug with the bulk refine. We turned on our Isogen services and the chosen refines from before still show and can't be removed.
Ideally, they should still be set for times when the services are off but trigger the button when they're on.

Is anything being done for the missing syndicate XP claim for the mirror Premium Syndicate XP research? As soon as I researched the 4th level the claim disappeared. That was 03/19. I've missed 111,600 syndicate XP since then.

I spent a very rare resource, one that can be bought, to get this and when I submitted a ticket I was told it was a known issue and to wait. At this point I've been sold a thing and then not given said thing.

Also, I know others are affected as I've confirmed with one other on my server.

Next thing I can suggest is checking to see what's running, if you're on a Windows PC, by opening the Task Manager, and see where your load bottleneck is? Maybe something on your end is causing an issue. Also could be a DDOS attack, but if you're not having issues with anything else, then it is likely just game related. Either a memory leak they have, or they have some parasitic program running piggyback on the game itself.

Server lag android mobile, why does this game and only this game constantly say problem with your connection, yet can stream movies and play much more intensive games 0 issues, but here 5mins to target and hit a hostile.
You've got hostiles events running, wave def, territory def arenas all at same time yet cos it's like early am in US rest of world suffers because you use a provider which throttle back at night in US that covers EU, seriously get a clock for it dept. Abd boost resources during EU peak time... But no.. We all suffer by time it's playable people either give up or server maintenance at end of US peak time.
Note never any lag during US peak time... Wonder why

On PC, the game often puts up a blocked screen in the event store when pressing the Esc key. That issue's been escalated.
