You have probably hit 2,000 hostiles since the limit reset. You won't be able to get loot/xp/rep from hostiles until that limit resets later today at 5am UTC, 1 hour after daily reset. Event scoring is unaffected.

I do not know if this is a new bug or just very rare, but it's possible that upon loading the game that one of your in-progress Away Teams missions will have a pip on it, which only goes away if you click the eye button on it and then back out again. Obviously not the most pressing issue, but could be indicative of a problem in the code which could be significant elsewhere.

I am grinding with the cube today for the event and I am having some issues. The space I am in is not resetting itself and i am able to clear that system. When I dont clear it I am getting constant the target is not in this space errors. The most annoying part of that is you can scan the ship and it tells you the rewards

We actually got a response back this morning and discussed that this solution would require multiple pack buys. They were going to go back and look into things closer since that was not a great solution. That was only a couple of hours ago. I don’t know how quick of a fix this will be, but they should be hearing something back again when they find a good solution for your friend.

Appreciate the response. That's not a solution by any means. And is insane that someone who got this by grinding events and their time to get it f2p and others don't have the issue. That would actually make people quit. A comp chest or something to correct anything the player needs to be able to actually access the rewards/exchanges would be a better solution. But to have the player buy multiple packs to be able to access something they got fair and f2p grinding is just mind boggling to me. Again, I am not pointing at you and appreciate your response and hope to hear back soon.

This is a case of a lower level CS agent just not understanding the loop well. They didn’t know that the only way to upgrade the ship was by the actual refinery options that are missing. It wasn’t a malicious thing on the agent’s part. They do support for multiple games, and this isn’t a common bug to have to fix.

The person that we talked to told us this was the solution sent and once we pointed out that it was going to cost even more pack purchases, the first words out of their mouth were “that’s not good.” They are indeed looking into it further to find a way to fix this that doesn’t penalize the player, which is why this may take a bit to solve. Rest assured though that your friend is on the radar and is being taken care of as fast as possible.

Anyone who noticed the gravitational blast damage doesn't match the ships description, I've finally got a reply from CS saying that "... it has the same mechanics with the Borg Cube, this is why the damage is much lesser when you are using it against high level hostiles."

So because they reused the cutting beam code and didn't make sure it did what it was supposed to do with the GS-31, they're not going to fix it to do the damage as described. Instead they're going to say the drop in damage is intentional. No idea if that information will be added to the description.

new bug found (new to me anyway)... at a very low level OPS (15), every time I click on the "GO" button to build a building of scopely's choosing, I am being presented with the Mess Hall as an option to build because my Officer count is high enough to send it to a new level, BUT... I dont have enough replicator rations for it yet, so it's worthless to send me to that building for an upgrade. Please verify that I have enough officer levels, AND that I have enough replicator rations before you send me there, instead of the PAR steel, Tritanium buildings, etc. I'm pretty sure the idea behind sending me to a random building is that it is ready and able to upgrade (I have enough of whatever material to upgrade it)

and P.S. its refreshing for an OPS upgrade to only take a day when OPS 45 (by itself) is likely going to take 270+ days 🙂

Progression on the SMS unlocks additional exchanges. And development of the T1-4 exchanges leads to an unlock for T5.

As a specialty ship, it's designed to kill only one kind of hostile: Xindi Aquatics. For other targets, it's not nearly as good.

With the right crew and officer development, it's possible to expand the target pool to include some kinds of fights. Eg. Pike Eury Mudd against armadas that don't multi hit on their guns will allow you to ramp up your damage every time you're hit. But in general, it shouldn't be considered a regular ship you'd use in most fights.

Yes. I have been missing all of the s31 intelligence gathering ones, the destined encounter ones, and others over the last several months.

I believe I can't paste in exact CS replies, but usually the initial response is "you don't meet the requirements" and then much of the time (but not always) another representative steps in after and grants me the rewards, and says they'll continue investigating.

I am not sure where to report this bug anymore. the actual suport on scopely website keeps closing my tickets without any reason . I have scrapped the revenant at tier 10 , i have applied the mark 3 skin , yet it did not take effect untill i restarted the game . so the amount of revenant rare parts i used to upgrade the revenant was way higher than it should have . This is a bug, and not my fault . Now scopely expects me to what ? buy revenant parts ? This is highway robery. Your bugs made it so that the skin wasnt PPLIED UNTILL I RESTARTED THE GAME . Nowhere in the game is stated once a skin is applied, you must restart before it takes effect. Now i am wiyth a tier 5 revenant that i cant upgrade anymore unless i buy the parts from scopely. Mind you i allready bought 2 99.99 packs when the revenant first apeared for the bps and the parts. Now they are forcing me to buiy more? what kind of policy is this?

It's not necessary to buy packs, the loop has group content you can use to get a refine. And you might still be able to refine the solo loot with solid crewing + buffs + picking the right targets.

Discord will prevent your outgoing DMs if your settings are set to block incoming ones. I'd adjust your settings to allow them.

That's pretty close for a 54.2, but you should try the 60.2s anyway because they're weaker than 54.2 in many ways.

I wouldn't use Chak + Doctor though. With the refits, you already have a lot of bonus shots so he's not adding so much. The crit chance he brings is completely wasted because triple buffing does that for you. With 2 extra bridge slots, you could probably do better.

The warp range on a tier 5 revenant doesnt allow me to even go to a 60.2 as you are sugesting . the main issue is ,after scraping a tier 10 revenant , with the skin on , i should be able to get it back to tier 10 mark 3 . yet i am at tier 5 because said skin did not take effect untill i actually restarted the game . Now is that a bug ? or anything we do in the game will only take effect after we restart said game?

Warp range is going to be an issue. Your options there are to summon in or evi rip. The latter can be done by a teammate, who could also assist with a polygon. I like using rips with my disco so that I could summon in whenever I needed.

Regarding the skin issue, I've never had that problem before. And would simply defer to CS's decision on how to handle it.

This issue has been reported, and they are working on it. Right now though, there isn’t a quick fix for it.

Try this. It’s not the most ideal solution, but it has worked for some. Just know that so far I can confirm only two people personally, but it appears to clear it and be a durable fix so far.

The bug is indeed pervasive. They are trying to figure out what’s causing it from the last that I’ve heard. This work around is worth a shot. All you risk is Alliance rep for the Starbase loop and an alliance rejoin cooldown.

Using Defiant buff listed the recipient ship as destroyed. Pressing repair restored the ship, but removed the buff. Attempting to use the buff again gave a cooldown message, and listed the ship as destroyed again (even though the buff did not apply because it was still on cooldown).

This was the second time I used the Defiant on a ship in an armada, the first time it did not do that. Same ships, same system, next armada and it did.

Also, neither the Defiant nor Cerritos buffs last anywhere near the time they say, I get about 1/3 to 1/2 of the listed times for both.

trying to fly through the new systems, but it seems when the ships arrives it takes 10-20 seconds for the client to notice. attacking hostiles in the systems does not display / start the attack animation - but i can see i killed hostiles about 30 seconds or so later in the battle log.
hostiles are getting stuck at the edges and don't continue to fly around when you remain in the system, i.e. the client does not register their change of flight path.

no draw, you lose before either ship fires a shot.
this isn't like previous "instakills" where it's a really high damage shot, for these they implemented an actual instakill that operates outside the normal damage mechanics to ensure you can't bypass it with an incredibly overpowered ship.

it is not a shot.
it is an instakill effect, your ship is destroyed before any actual combat takes place.

it even matches the description, your warp core breaches by itself instead of you taking weapon damage.

Priority 1: Assignments Unlock 2 has a third requirement called "Client Update Required". On PC this update does not start automatically and requires closing not just the game client but the launcher as well to start. Upon finishing this upgrade, the game will fail to launch ("failed to log in") until the launcher is once again closed and reopened. It would be better if all of this were automated rather requiring player guessing.

this is a new mechanic.
the logs show exactly what they are supposed to show, which is nothing because when you're "defending" the instakill effect goes before everything and as a 100% health reduction effect does not show up in logs itself.

if you bug a D7 out so it stops moving, and you initiate the battle, you will see your officer's start of battle/round abilities activating before the instakill silently ends the battle.

is this what yer refering to? In Star Trek: Fleet Command, an empty battle log after a fight can sometimes occur if the game is still processing the battle in the background. Another reason could be that the battle was against a PVE limit, and the rewards and log entries are not displayed after reaching that limit. Additionally, if you are using FTech, the battle log may not accurately reflect all FTech abilities, especially if the FTech is upgraded while equipped

there's literally no combat or officer activation to show when a D7's instakill activated because when it attacks you there's 90% chance it activates before everything.
if you attack the D7 first(needs to be a bugged one that stands still, or chasing someone else) your officers activate first, and then the 90% instakill ability.
so if you attack first you can still see your officers in the log, but because the instakill triggers before any shots there is no further logs to show.

aquatic xindi battleships use a different instakill, they have a 7b extra shot at the end of round 1.
so their instakill can be bypassed by using a ship that can destroy it in round 1.

the hijacked D7 instakill is an effect at start of combat, so there is no combat and no way to destroy it before the instakill.
