several times since the maintenance, I've sent ships to one system only for them to arrive at a system a different ship was already in or headed to, after switching to that ship

Not necessarily a bug, but my ops 31, 34 and 36 accounts have Holodeck missions (either Archive or recent Arc) that require Matrix Diodes (not Pattern Buffers) to begin. I'm not seeing a way to get those Matrix Diodes. For example, my ops 36 account has the MU Terra Rising Part 1 and 6 chains plus Entanglement Parts 1 and 2. How am I supposed to do those missions if there's no way to obtain Matrix Diodes (I need a total of 400 Diodes to do those missions)?.

In addition, most of the Holodeck Missions are effectively locked for FtP players as there's no way to get Pattern Buffers short of spending significant amounts of cash. When I came back to STFC 2 years ago, the BP's did use to have Pattern Buffers available and my ops 54 account has over 1700 but It's not worth the time to do relatively low level missions with rewards that are effectively meaningless at higher levels.

This is just an example of how this glitch shows up, sometimes it shows on something different. Sometimes when in a hostile territory a random ship, sometimes just a normal hostile, will have the red waves coming off of it instead of the ship targeting me. Closing the game and re-opening it fixes it, but it's a common glitch. Today it was actually my ships that got the glitch. It's not an urgent glitch, but it would definitely be an appreciated quality of life update 🙂

Yeah, that’s the one. And you can tell which ships will do that the minute you do a recall. If it takes two clicks to get the recall started, the thing will go 00:00 every time once it reaches base.

Sometimes I’ll do a restart while it is still in transit, as I know it’s gonna freeze up once it gets there and need a restart anyway.

What they did makes no sense here. You still have to hit the close button anyway vs just having it draw the follow up screen and press the close button. It didn’t streamline anything. They should consider polling players on these type of changes before they implement them. A couple quick mock up videos would have let everyone weigh in prior to wasting dev time. Back to full animations I guess. 😥

Ok, I think i have found a little bug:
I have leveled up the Ops. to 30 and got the option to buy the drydock "E", and i did it.
First thing, the new drydock is named "G", but that is no problem: it worked as usual, until i tried to unequip the Tetracyanate from my Horizon docked to it.
I've got a message that the ship had to be docked to unequip it.
I had to swap the ship to another drydock to unequip the Tetracyanate.

So, you've added an automatic return after claiming animation, a tiny problem as i observe it:

• you enter e.g. an refinery option (client)
• you claim a chest (message to server) and animation starts (client)
• you close manually (client)
• you enter the next one (client)
• get response from first claim which triggers closing on client

I'm noticing that the strength/stats of some officers in the Officers window is not getting populated with correct info. It can happen if a new officer is added to the pool or if you level up an officer. For example, I just leveled up Ghrush from level 10 to level 15 and his stats now show as lower (in the Officers window) than they were at level 10. But if I go to the Assign Officers window (the window where you assign officers to a ship), Ghrush's stats look to be proper there (i.e. much higher). I noticed this with Nero and Barot as well. I'm not sure why some are affected and not all... maybe their stats are cached and not updated unless the officer's stats improve somehow. I'm on an Android smartphone... running the latest Samsung version and latest STFC version. Not sure if this is platform specific or not (are the PC users noticing this as well?). Regardless, it looks like the actual database is getting updated properly but it is not populating the Officers window with correct stats for at least some of the officers. Is this a known bug or is this something new? Also, I've notice my player power has bounced down and then back up at times... and I'm wondering is this might be related to this issue as well. Let me know if you need screen shots for the Officer stats issue.

So this appears to be a bug. Launch first solo wave, no issues. Do another one, this pops up after I start and go to target first hostile. Always results in loss because by the time you restart and come back, hodtiles make it to center. It also seems to be related to zoom bug. When you launch Solo and your ship appears in zone, you have to zoom out.

Got loads of error code 5 repeatedly when trying to use the refinery and speed up an away team assignment about 20 min ago on server 162. A restart seemed to clear it up and I think it was happening as the eggs were being added/appearing in the game. All ok now. Just posting for your information.

Do you even test the game when updating it? The refinery changes are abysmal and it's no longer any faster than it used to be. Furthermore, if you leave the claim screen before the animation completes, the next claim screen you open will be automatically exited without pressing anything. This is something that should have been caught in the first test pass. If you're hiring testers please let me know because I'd love to contribute to the reliability of the game.@slate wind / @jaunty light

I often have this issue with the daily missions. I click on the claim all button and close the window before it was able to register it all, so it sometimes bugs out.

Apparently if the GS31 dies during round 1 in solo waves for this sms, it doesn't count as having the ship present for the wave, thus it gave me only the base 75 points the first time when it was destroyed, while keeping it alive through round 1 the second time gave me credit for the additional points

Why do the initial Solo waves only have 1 shield now instead of 3? I started this to see if it would revert to 3 (and also changed to another) but it still sat at 1. Bit hard to do solo wave event (if this is the only one you can complete or get damage on) to get points. Either way, it needs to be fixed in light of some players still may need to complete the first arc S31 mission through there.

Usually, the chatbot can eventually be short circuited so you can just explain what is going on; however, if that is not happening very easily, there are other ways to contact support. Jess summarized them over on our Reddit. One is via e-mail if you would prefer that.

I recall getting my Rogue Faction maxed several or more months ago, recently as I am doing research I came across not being able to advance due to not enough Rogue Faction Points! My title in the Rogue Faction is an Outlaw which is the maxed Title to receive, but the points only show to 18,125,960 not to max points of 30,000,000, all store items are open for me to utilize as I wish! You can see in the images I had included, my position title, a full but incomplete points bar and that all options are available for my usage! would like your response as soon as possible for it is now delaying my advancement in Rogue Research!

The whole gui has messed up with this release and is making the game unplayable. Besides claiming in all areas. Is scrolls screens back to the top when it shouldn't in items. fix damned auto grind i augment space. I put 4 ships on auto grind, I come back and 3 of them got interrupted. Every time I put all of them on auto-grind at least half of them stop soon enough. It's not players killing them, hostiles just stop moving and attacking. Or make it if hostile killed by another player then it can spawn again, instead of stopping them coming altogether.

it's not what I mean. If a player kills hostile that is targetting you, the auto-grind stops, and no new hostiles will spawn to go after you. Which is really bad. Especially now that players use beam that kills 3 random ships, ruining auto-grind for everyone if they left for few hours and can't set it again. Disaster if you leave it for a night.

Also it doesn't make sense. If you kill the hostile chasing you then another is spawned. But if other player kills that hostile then nothing else is spawned. Very problematic.

I started playing when the only research trees were Combat and Station, there were no ship refits, and there weren't buildings that provided significant power boosts for ships/crew. Faction Armadas were tough to do, especially if one or more players were hostile with the faction being targeted. Many players would send sacrificial ships just to deal with the chasers. Even now, at times I'll inadvertently target a chaser where someone is farming rep/loot by camping and killing assorted War Armies or similar Hostiles.

One way I limit the chance of someone killing hostiles that I'm farming is to park on the edge of the system so that most of the chasers spawn where they can't be targeted before they get to me.

i'm not sure what you mean by "cut in half", but there's a decent chance your alliance hasn't re-activated services given that they'll end abruptly o the 22nd with territory reset, which would potentially impact your isogen refineries

yea, chest count is going to be your alliance not activating the services. if you open the territory window in the alliance window, you would see this big flaming animation on them if they're active.

What ops level are you? If you were in a hazard zone, it will not generate a standard hazard report if the hazard kills you. The report gets shunted under a different tab.

If this doesn’t apply, the game could have indeed glitched. I would restart the client and see if it pops then. If not, the game may have just gone off the rails for the battle. If it happens again though, I would report it.

What's with all the game crashes when doing officer pulls and now syndicate rep daily pulls. I wasted my time putting in a ticket for them to tell me what officers I received. The one bug that gets me. 1) I already hate arenas. But 2) if you hit the wrong repair button you have no option to instant repair even when you have the instant repair mats.

If you hit the repair button and not the instant repair button you have no option other than to wait the full 2 mins. The crews and ships at our levels are 3 max. Lest you use some substantially inferior ship with an inferior crew, which you also can’t repair for 2 mins due to fat fingers. And I mean cmon, this whole battle lasts maybe 10 mins - MAYBE. And a bald repair is 2 mins? It’s usually over in 6 mins. Get it together, that bald repair should be no more than a min MAX.

looking at the particle distribution, it seems like Innlasn should only have Quantum and Asiti should only have Phantom so that each non-advanced particle generator is in 10 territories and each territory (other than 3-star) only has one particle type

Hello <@&509690795536941056> I have been having multiple issues with not receiving the rewards from the daily goals that I have been awarded. They show up on the Claimed display but do not end up on my inventory. Even waiting 12+ hours and restarting the game multiple times on different devices. The most recent issue I have is for ticket #27446249 for not receiving the rewards on the late evening of the 20th of April, early morning of the 21st of April. As you can see from the attached txt file it holds the information from the support person who is not even looking at the correct MONTH of the log files. It is sad that the people whom are telling me I am wrong are not even able to tell they are looking at incorrect data. This happens multiple times a week for me and I dislike the 12+ hour delay of the back and forth telling them they need to read the logs from the bottom up to see the issue. I did not take after pictures of the different items as it would have only shown the same numbers (at that time) and would also be evident in the log files that there was no addition of those items. What can we do about this ongoing issue to keep the frustration down with situations like this?

tried to do an elite wave 60, which I can easily complete to wave 4 normally, die on wave 5. I use max fort and ceritos. Today, in wave 4 I went to use my GS31 beam at the start on the lower hostiles to make things easier, and the beam refused to fire. Tried multiple time, targeting multiple different hostiles, trying anything and it just would not fire, so ended up failing wave 4. So freaking frustrating when scopely cannot get basic things to work

Hello 🖖🏻 Can you please look into station bugs? Every time I wanna upgrade a building the whole station disappears and I’m left with the UI and a background of the planet. Going back just freezes the view on one building and the UI completely disappears or the station becomes a space garden and the UI does not react to any input anymore. Having to restart the game after every building upgrade is… heavy… also look into energy and battery consumption. I have other games that have 100x more graphically going on and only consume a third of what STFC needs. Thank you.

Hello. The GS-31 appears to have a bug relating to its hazard resistance. According to the ship details, my GS-31 has a base resistance of 515%, along with 50% asteroid resistance, yet my ship was destroyed in a 400% asteroid hazard system.

I’m the only one online, no other alliance member doing tasks and I have the same problem. I reset the tssk and it doesn’t disappear. I spend another 1000 tokens and the same behavior. After several tries and tokens spent it still shows the same task but now with the label “new”.

when u click to reroll the task... go to other tab like "member score"... stay there for like 10 sec, come back to task tab, the taks will prolly be refreshed... after accepting the task, it is better to reboot the game to confirm that the selected task is green!

Why is it so difficult to click on the "unseat FC" button for the fourth FC slot on the PC version? I can click on it all day and it doesn't respond. You can complete it by exchanging normal tokens in the NX01 refinery. (16 of them to be exact)
Tip: read the task not the image or text in the centre window... Also the green 'completed' highlight should tell you it's already done.

Alliance Tournament missions not changing well. I used all my credits for changing missions. But the mission I want to change is only renewing again, or get the same mission I had before. I also never get Epic Borg Armada missions. Last AT I got that mission only 1 time. I also don't get 5000 point missions. I mostly get 750 or 1500 missions. It's like a bad joke!!!

On our ranking list are level 61+ players but our server is maximum level 50 and can't upgrade to level 51 because it's blocked 😂😂

Thay randomly update had worked two events before very well. But since last AT.... I couldn't level up because lv 61+ player missions and I only got 750, 1500, 2000 point missions.

Yep. Once you drop below 10% the FT locks. You have to do Q trials to unlock it. If you've done them all, then Scopely say (I've messaged them about this) you will just have to wait for future Q trials to be released. I personally think it's rubbish that you can end up with FT's that are impossible to max, but that's what it is for now.

I literally find myself praying for failures so the % success goes up and reduces the chance of locking.

Just messed up a rare Xindi because the game threw our big player out of the armada. 4/6 players in the armada so not caused by to many people, his ship was in the circle and part of the armada. Armada speed up used and when the armada counted down he was suddenly not part and everything went boom.

Dear Scopely, please stop adding new stuff into game and rather concentrate on fixing bugs and making game playable.

• command for ship to return home start animation but get cancelled and have to be repeated.
• various mining bugs, ship ignore command to move to node, or move there but does not start mining, or keep mining even if node is empty or cargo is full.
• ships in waves getting stuck in combat, either attack button greyed out or getting errors.
• taking dailies or any king of rewards getting stuck.
• in tournament, rerolling task does not remove it until restart of game
• in tournament, accepting different task than what is visible and selected (probably connected to previous one)

This is not complete list just something that took me just 5 minutes to put together

I have the chaos tech equipped, and have completed 3 solo epic borg armadas. Have not received credit for any. It doesn’t specify any specific solo armada, dominion, borg, or g6. Don’t want to abandon it as it is 10k points. If specific armadas are to be done, then it should specify which. 🙏🏽

That's incorrect hon. If it drops below 10% it locks. You need to check that. I confirmed it with scopely. You have to do Q trials in order to get it above 10% chance, so if you have no new ones to do, then you're stuffed.
