The game is virtually unplayable on S84. The lag has everything moving at slower than a snail. What should take 30-45 seconds warp time is taking nearly 3 minutes to finally show. Collecting chests was awful, though I am happy the "Done" for each and every item was fixed when you hit "Claim All"

Unable to save formation armada battle log
This was mentioned in #🌌-galaxy-chat about 17 months ago (#🌌-galaxy-chat message) but still seems to be an issue. On Windows, the save dialogue box appears but no file is saved. No error is recorded in today's log file. Client v1.000.41571.
If it's not simple to fix, can the export button be hidden for unsupported battle types?

I'm AnderSemin, a STFC player for years, currently at 709.
You could very well put full protection in the areas that require tokens, so we wouldn't have to worry about RoE in this region.
Please consider putting protection so that PVP attacks are not possible in TOKEN areas, would it be possible to consider this option?

There have been several alliance errors popping up lately. Is it only when you click on the building queue? Are clicking on an empty slot or on a slot that you speed up? What platform are you on? Any info you can give is very helpful.

Did your GS31 survive the wave? That is a requirement to complete the event, not just be a part of the wave. Poor wording for what scores for the event.

Ship Special ability such as the Relativity's Static/Charge State and the beam weapon on the GS-31 appear to 'not work' after running the client for a while. The current workaround is to restart the client to use the ability.

When trying to tap on the ability, there is no response. This is disconcerting, especially when doing the Elite Solo Waves, to have that ability not work WHILE you are doing the Elite Solo Waves, given they REQUIRE using the special ability when your ships are of low power.

this is a known bug. there's a partial workaround - if you tap in the top left where your name should be, it'll open your profile; close that, and the battle log will open, though the log itself may cut off partially through it.

Typical scopely lag is now costing players cipers when the lag is sooooo bad you cant target a ship and it gets stuck in battle. You then lose the ciper you paid for when you should have won. I'm on US server 9 Sol. I have been having a warp issue lately and it is not consistent but has happened on several occasions.. My Ent-D has a warp of 1045, however, once it is deployed to Digali the warp changes to 945...game restart does not effect it. Once I return to station the warp returns to 1045 as it should be.

So guys, you need to take a closer look. The performance has been completely unacceptable since the update.
It's not like it was ever “good”. But since the update, it's barely playable.
Even a fresh install, re-log, etc. doesn't bring any noticeable relief. It feels like everything is “stuck” somewhere.
Picking up rewards, system views, ship positions, attack commands, popups - the latencies are off the charts.
The PC client in particular is a real pain (my main station). On the iphone it just about works, but I also use the flagship.
Please do something about this, ty.

Hello all, is anyone else having issues with their power level fluctuating non stop. Like the kind that happens when you change ships, or upgrade something, but happening all the time! Along with the sweeping graphic that goes across the top left corner of the screen whenever the power level changes.
It happens whenever I change screens, attack a hostile, come back from chat, click on a chest, pretty much everything to do in game, it happens right after...
Any ideas? I told scopely a number of times over the past 6 months and they said "they are aware of the issue, but couldn't give me a time frame on when it could be fixed .." so after 6 months, it's looking like they don't care at all, even though it is affecting my game (constant power level shifts affects standing, etc.)

Has anyone else encountered problems with their Treasury lockbox contents over the past few months?

More specifically, I'm trying to investigate an issue where for the past 4-5 (since I reached grade 4) my Treasury has not updated with any 4* items and has maintained latinum levels consistent with 3* (even though I made my first purchase during that period).

My current levels are:

Ops 46
Refinery 46
Treasury 43

I've been trying for several Treasury cycles to engage with Scopely support about it, but continue to get the same canned response in each message no matter what information I provide.

Having an issue on my other Tablet and the account that's on it. I can get into the game without any issues but I'm getting an access denied message when attempting to log into the Scopely Web Store. Prior to today I was able to access the store without any problems and my other 3 accounts are currently logged into their Scopely Accounts. I do have to relog to my Scopely Accounts every few days and I logged into 2 accounts yesterday. 3 of my accounts (including the account that's locked out of the store are FtP and they only use the store for the daily Mission Key Recruit. Being locked out of the store affects my doing the monthly Mission Key SMS event. Is this a known issue or is the problem on my end. My wife uses the affected tablet to watch movies and podcasts online but that's never been an issue before today and I've had no issues with the account since starting it last September.

Got a member in our alliance that's getting "access forbidden" when trying to sign into their Scopley account. They've tried 2 different devices and are getting the same message. Others are not having this issue.

So it's hard to screenshot this. But it may be a bug that just happened as well. I went to go to the 'new additions' (in the event store), it went to 'pay store' (where you have to pay for things) then to clicked back to go event store. So, I tried again. Same thing happened.
So, I tried 'choice award' this same thing happened - the pay store appears. exited again to event store. Clicked 'choice award' again. same thing again, pay store.
In the end I had to exit the even store, and haven't tried it again since.
Though developers/programmers say if you find a bug - try and get a screen shot if you can, well in this case I couldn't. Then, try and repeat the problem multiply times. Well I did and it failed. It could be just new or a 'sometimes' bug, where it it occurs only in certain situations. However, I wouldn't post it here if it weren't a fallible enough bug that it should bee looked into. Though, maybe (lol) maybe it's needs to a pay window so it can be looked into .

Getting anything from any store is not resetting the availability - click on the gifts chest > claim (or claim all) > done (or complete) > back arrow > still shows a gift available. Click on alliance > store > click on whatever is available > done > back arrow still shows as available. It is extremely annoying having to restart my game to clear these available flags all the time.

Hmm am I being blind? Why no Augur refit in the Event store? I know I can eventually get it from the Amalgam Refinery, but it seems odd that the Enterprise and D4 ones are there (especially as I already have the Enterprise one), but not the Augur refit. Romulan rep is quickly heading toward Glorified but is currently Commended, though the other two showed up a long long time ago.

There’s a disconnect between what the brackets say vs how we’re being placed in said brackets. I’m rank 16. So a standard leaderboard means I fall in the 11-25 bracket. Which means I get 315 premium dust. And that is indeed what “current rewards” indicate, 315 premium dust, from the 11-25 bracket.

However… the brackets are all about % placement, NOT direct rank. The very bottom says I am top 4%. Which means I should be in the top 4-5% bracket, which means my current reward should be 875 premium dust. Except as stated above, current reward is saying I’m in the 11-25% bracket. Which is in contradiction to my top 4% placement.

If I click on collection, the small icons of rewards are shown and the animation continues with their disappearing to the right upper corner. If I click on the back button before the animation is finished, error screen pops up soon and refineries are closed.

Either close the collection screen after successful collection automatically or remove the error screen, if you want to let us click the back button, please 🙏😃

The update to whatever is considered frequent game animations is awful. It now TAKES LONGER with 'disable frequent animations' turned on because it adds another click to back out, and it doesn't save your spot in the previous window. On top of that, if you back out too soon, it still pops up the new screen that it was supposed to skip. And now that more claims are considered frequent animations, turning off the toggle ALSO TAKES LONGER because animations that were completely skipped before aren't skipped. Come on guys.
Either revert the changes or fix the way they work because right now its the worst of both worlds.

The claim animation is a complete failure since it still requires a click and it hides most of what you get. And only short the first 5 for 2 seconds.
