it'll throw an "out of warp range" error on systems that are within the extended warp range, but not in the ship's base warp range.

Refinery materials for 4g has disappeared. The bonus is there but the daily are gone

You do the static armadas with the appropriate exocomps and then you use the loot to upgrade you DTI rep. When it's "agent" you'll get your currency to build the DTI building. I did it. I didn't raise a ticket. You use 2 ships similar to a solo armada. It doesn't regenerate, so you can try same armada more than once, just hoard directives for a few days. Static have a 50 round limit and charged have 30 round limit. Use invading entity crew or generic crew that doesn't specify armada. Armada crew doesn't work. Then use the credits to get the favors.

The 4* bonus refinery had been screwed up the whole run this week. It's been showing the regular refinery with 28 days and no bonus at all or the bonus shows but always says 21 hours. This is widespread so why hasn't it been fixed

The game is just one big bug to be honest. However, a problem that has persisted for months now and never seems to get addressed... The game freezing on the STFC splash screen (with the spinning circle and 'Preparing' on the bottom of the screen). Happens when trying to exit menu's - especially the Events menu and needs a restart to get back into the game! . Why do we have to click back through all the menu's? Why not have a return to game button to save time? Poor game design.

It has been really slow and gets stuck on screens with the loading circle, sometimes have to force close. Also, one of my ships just got stuck in combat, with another one in the system and my station shield down, had to restart. I am on the other server, not my home server. If the system cannot handle all incursions on the same day, they should be spread out. I'm also getting strange images, like ship-stations (a flying station with a ship stuck thru the middle of it), and system backgrounds that are the shield pattern.

A player from the other server, within my Ops range, hit me 4x with their Borg Cube and I received 0 points.

I hope this has long since been reported but my alliance has been having an ongoing issue with group borg polygon armadas reporting as cancelled while there is no reason for it to be cancelled. No loot is gained and no battle report is received. It seems if the same one is called again, it will just do nothing but eat the directives and make the polygon disappear.

Our server (US 709) has what I was told is the new field training. I got the Voyager well after I was moved here from 708. There is field training for Voyager that does not work correctly. I have used the Advanced Sensors 12 times, and none of those registered. (I didn't even know the field training for Voyager existed until today, and I have closed the game many times since I got it.)

I know it doesn't work, because I have the defeating 12 8472 bioships successfully logged, but not the use of the Advanced Sensors to do so. I did this in Velixys. Therefore, I will never get to finish it, because I cannot claim further steps until the earlier ones are claimed. And no, this is not a visual bug, it cannot be, and has not been claimed.

All of the mirror refinery sub menus reset their horizontal scroll positions after every claim. As if tapping 60 times to collect refinery pulls wasn’t bad enough, now I need to also scroll back to the position I was at.

The "Smart Speed-Up" function frequently breaks even when you have the speedups necessary for it to work (both for construction/research and for repairs). I suspect that the reason for this is that whoever programmed it did not program it to be able to use multiple 10-minute speedups. Programming it to do this properly is slightly tricky because the 10-minute speedups do not evenly divide into 15-minute speedups, the next higher quantity. Is the first level of hazard resistance for the GS-13 really supposed to be 100+ sigma days, or is the gold border incorrect and it's regular days? Update: I can spin the station after a few restarts, but the escape key still does its thing.

Evening. I have the most recent version of the game for the Mac. When looking at my starbase, I can not spin the base around to look at the other side. There is no movement of the base.

Also, when in any of the chats where there is a text box, hitting the escape key to exit causes a strange character to enter the space.

fix the armada queue dislpay that you broke 2? updates ago. the host, if present in the circle, should never show as queued at the bottom of the roster. change it back to the previous format where the host (when present) populates at the TOP of the list. showing them as queued leads to ppl thinking there are openings when there are not.

In solo waves, when trying to kill a hostile that reaches the core but attempts fail on player side, path to target another hostile is broken (ship should catch the incoming hostile but doesn’t, path should take 3-5 seconds but game says 10+ but ship doesn’t move)

Server 80, lvl 50 solo waves. Bug happened during wave 5

Bug replicated by catching the hostile in the core like i often do in regular waves. Following it failure to catch another hostile makes winning wave 5 impossible

multiple game crashes within 2 hrs of gameplay not a good sign forthe days gameplay, chests failing, lag while opening other chest, when are thes bugs going to be fixed, it's the same every time you add new content, you break other things in the game, all new additions should be tested on mass servers not just on a single game-playing server, where there is little chance of errors, you programmers need sacked or at least their pay docked for every error they progamme into the game, does not bode well for every cash paying member in this game

Feel free to suggest they delete the hazards, the implementation is not great. There should be a bonus for completing tasks in the hazard systems because of the added danger not just currency to make hazard space less hazardy

When will something actually be done about this Black Screen of Death? You collect your refinery things, go out there again ... and are allowed to restart.
Happens with other things too: Faction stores, stores that are accessible via the gift boxes. It's very annoying.

if a queued hostile kills your ship, no other ship can attack it, best to disable it in waves

I was trying to attack a ship that no other ship had attacked yet, but had no attack button.. still, when "disable it" is the fix, the "upgrade" is broken

Events and battlepass are broken for Ops 20.
Also, Section 31 pt2 event button is broken, need to force close the app on ops 20 account.
And ops 20 is given the Frontier pass which is for ops 10-19 instead of battlepass.

Reported ingame via support but the chat bot simply closed the conversation. Super helpful.

Claims from refinery are freezing, giving network error (which it's not my network that's an issue) then it says the items are removed from the store and I get nothing.

I'm not playing a game that I spend hours collecting stuff to refine then loose it because the game is loosing it.

Everything is updated, localization cleared and multiple devices restarted. Same thing happens over and over.

I would file a ticket with support. They should be able to refund the bells. If this happens again though, report it back here. Hopefully that bug has not come back in force. That was annoying when it popped up the first time and hit a lot of people.

Yesterday, when I claimed all from the Independent Archives, it correctly converted excess officer tokens into transporter patterns. Previously, in order to ensure I received transporter patterns, I needed to individually claim each reward in the Independent Archives. Today, when I claimed all, I received no transporter patterns. When will this be fixed? I have missed out on many thousands of transporter patterns because I was ignoring what I thought was a purely cosmetic issue.

Rallying Power SLB is providing mixed messages. It tells me I'm in the top 1% of ranking and even highlights in yellow that top tier in the event rewards screen. But it shows my rewards as "top 4-5%" rewards (based on mirror dust and officer shards) as if it was basing it on placement of top 4-5 and not %.

It's been like this the entire event. Letting you know now so you have 16 days to sort it out and clarify the messaging/event rewards before you get hundreds of tickets complaining about the wrong rewards and have to fix things for many individual accounts.
