Alliance Tournament Xindi task not recording points - I am Ops lvl 32 and hitting lvl 35 Xindi in the 3 systems around New Xindus. I should be getting 21 pts per ship, but after 31 attacks was at 210 pts. It seems that many attacks are just not scoring points at all.

I bought Outlaws 1.1 from Augment store and completed it. Then I bought Outlaws 1.2 from Rogue store, it starts in the middle of Outlaws 1.1 (I do those missions again) and ends exactly at same spot as Outlaws 1.1. Wasted credits.

I reported an AT bug to scopely support on the first day of the tournament. I did two tasks for 14k points, neither of them showed up (they're still not showing up) and better yet after the second task of the day the tournament screen locked up and I could not complete or start a new task meaning I lost my third task for that day.

I went to scopely directly and contacted support to ask them to credit my alliance at least the points I finished if not also something for the lost points. The rep hung up on me.

Literally a "Sorry that happened we have sent it to team to investigate, please watch Discord announcements." And then he locked the conversation so I couldn't reply. I sent support another message which hasn't been responded to.

So I would like to report some bugs. They are in both the AT event, and in your customer service team.

I agree with you that there's a bug here. The only help I can offer you with information is that perhaps, instead of the bug being "you can't claim rewards for your current task", it's "you don't have a current task".

• battle report initially completely empty can’t see anything. If you click the top blindly until it loads up your or enemy’s profile then go back it shows the report.
  Note: this is the exact same bug as starbase assaults with same workaround.
• after report is shown the battle log will never show full rounds. All you see is first round then you can’t scroll further.

If you’re a new player and haven’t realized yet, officers on a ship get all the boosts. If you take them off, they drop down to their base power. This could explain power dropping from 80k to 14k, but if you mean literally 14, it sounds like a bug or an issue with your account. If you still believe it’s a bug, I’d recommend uploading some screenshots.

The Arena is buggy again: Took part in one and shoot 3 Cruisers and 13 freighters and still got only enough for 2 solo armadas. Usally it takes 4 freighters or 1 cruiser for 1 solo armada. Something is definitly wrong here.

Please balance the PvP range brackets. An ops 66 can attack an ops 41, but an ops 41 cannot attack above ops 63.
This means that an ops 41 also cannot raid an ops 66 which can still raid them.
If you are allowing higher ops to attack such lower ops due to "lack of targets for spenders" then just allow 41's to attack back etc.
The brackets should be simple sliders, if one can attack the other should beable to reciprocate.

• Sometimes the center system can’t be selected after switching system views to home system. Needs a restart to select center system.
• Stinging enemies with the Mantis doesn’t show stung symbol.

If all of his ships have reduced warp range from normal, then the culprit is likely in only a few areas: FC Kirk, Warp range research in Galaxy tree no longer working, or a desyncing with the server that verifies his range. The latter two are extremely unlikely. I'd doubly confirm again about FC kirk.

Otherwise, he'll probably have to wait for CS to look into it.

I bought the Grabthar's Hammer Exocomp again as i was OPS 60 then upgraded to 61 immediately of course unknowing that this will make the Exo unusable for all things that are lvl 60 and bellow. No effect what so ever on any research of building that is for pre 61 OPS.

The armada list apparently shows the leader "bumped" from his/her own armada if there are too many ships in the circle.

The only way to fix it is to lock another ship in; only then, would the leader be back on top.

Small Bug (PC client): I searched and didn't see it already mentioned - If you select "info" on favors in the faction stores, you can't scroll or drag the info box to see the values of all the tiers of that favor. Kind of annoying if you're trying to long-term plan.

chests are - for most armadas - not guaranteed unless you're the starters. cargo is also not where most armadas put loot; only monaveen and exchange armadas put loot there that i can think of

you get the event because you have the ops and reputation to build a G3 faction epic ship that you haven't built yet.
it's not heroic because it's something you should be able to do at your level without too much trouble(just not on short notice, but they expect you to have prepared for this before ops34)

building a ship is how you're meant to do this event, hostile hunting is an alternative if you can't or don't want to spend the faction credits.

That looks to me like you have the first milestone done for the Rev event (the one that says heroic) and no milestones done for the NX event (the one that does not say heroic).

That lines up with you seeing only the first redemption box for the Rev event in your store.

I don't think you are correct, because I got that event (for my level). One of the ships I can build for the event, I already have max tier. Still got the event. Or was I supposed to build a second? The ship was already max tier days ago.

so if you have a maxed enterprise, then rep-lock klingons without building a D4, you'll get it for not having built a D4.

there may be other criteria that haven't been disclosed, this is just from experience.

There's mystery criteria, but I don't think anyone has ever gotten it withoutr having at least one of the most recent faction ships for their current ops level unbuilt. Plenty of people have not gotten it when that is the case though.

Evidently it's only rep level. I can buy BPs for Intrepid and B'rel, but can't build them at my ops level. So I will continue to get this, even though I can't build either of those until level 32. And it will ask me to build current level ships. Edit sorry had a snide comment, I will reword: because the information being used is incorrect. Same thing happens with the cube: as soon as I did the cube mission, I started getting an event to use the cube, even though I don't yet have all the BPs. I also used to get a ship upgrade event when every ship was not possible to build at my ops level.

Indeed, the alliance completes it, those taking part, even after completion, can then claim the rewards. No participation, no rewards, seems to have been applied to various alliances events during 2024

Mine's going to be a long 1 since I've been logging multiple examples over the month. I managed to do screen shots for some of them. Hopefully some1 on the other end is paying attention (BTW my game name is Orangenius).

A constant problem has been some fields record something available when that's not the case. The Recruit & Officers fields have the white 1 in the red box when they should be empty.

2/7 or 8 - In the Discovery Refinery, only 1 chest opened when I had chosen 6
2/12 - In the Alliances area for both the Uncommon Armada Pack & Armada Tactical Cores, only 1 chest opened when I had chosen 2
2/20 - Same thing happened in the Discovery Refinery
2/21 - For the Alliance Tournament the UC Fleet Commander challenge wasn't adding up; also in the Materials Refinery for Grade 3 Ore, only 1 chest opened when I had chosen 2
2/23 - In the Materials Refinery for Grade 3 Ore, Gas & Crystal Bonus, only 1 chest opened when I had chosen 2; also in the Borg Recruit Special only 1 chest opened when I had chosen 3

You don't need to have a disco in the system. You can try yourself, when you get a mantis sting, you put your disco in another system (next to your station for example) and you can still summon your stung ship. It will look like your ship warped out.

There's a bug with polygons that can cause them to leave ghost armadas when you speed it up. Those ghosts won't have hp bars in system view, and will not run if you try starting one. Other that that, there are reports of them not firing off if you use a full Dajash crew so I'd avoid that also.

leg leaders are consistently being kicked out of their own formation armada legs even when they are in the top four most powerful ships in the leg, this appears to have started around the time krenim formation armadas were added to the game but it applies to all three tiers (edit: to be clear, they are shown as starred-in in the interface, but if they merely remain in the circle while shown as kicked out then their leg will cancel and they have to rely on other players leaving the circle manually if they are not actively monitoring; starring-in other players will return their ship to being a participant, but this is dramatically worse than previous operation)

Is emerald chain level resetting to lvl 1 a known issue? Is it just cosmetic or are the buffs actually gone? It should be level 18 and others in the alliance are still seeing lvl 18. Have not left the alliance in around 3 years.

I've done all troubleshooting on all platforms but since iOS has the all the issues the other platforms have and more I'll just state this

-Current bugs on my iPad that have been there for many months if not years:

1. An old one:  when tapping attack to hit a hostile usually after attacking a previous one and hitting attack on your next target, your ship stays where it is and eventually shows your ship attacking the hostile from its original position without moving. This continues when trying to attack a new hostile after that one and does near the same thing but your ship heads towards the point where your previous  "attack" was supposed to be while moving at it's base impulse rate. You end up with your ship slowly moving towards old attack points showing it firing from random places at your most recent target and  pretending you're using a ghost ship that's moving and showing up where it should be.
2. Often times when tapping on the away teams tab in your main attention hub(where they keep the missions and dailies tabs) it prompts you that you have to build the module to be able to view the away teams tab, you have to tap another tab then go back to it for it to work
3. More recent: when using transporter patterns to recruit officers it works the first time but when you try to recruit again using the quick recruit button(that was lowered to the minimum for some reason)  the game freezes entirely.
4. When starting the first wave of a wave defense the game restarts immediately and you miss most of not all of the first wave.
5. As recently as yesterday: when upgrading modules in your station it coms in to your module and the module disappears, you are still able to ask for help but you cannot exit the view, you are forced to restart the game.

That's the tip of the iceberg. If you have had any of these issues please repost and report this as much as possible. In many cases showing screen shots isn't possible so it needs to be said more than seen! More to come.

6. For several seconds after restarting and your base first displays, you cannot try to tap any tabs or ships or it will usually not load and you are forced to reset again.
7. The alliance tournaments tabs have have many glitches where you can't tap on more than one thing without having to back out of the area and go back into the tournaments tab knowing exactly what you're going to do.
8. Happening forever: when first looking at the alliance contributions you can see your entire alliance and what they've contributed but after seeing them and scrolling back up it now only let's you see the top 10 and when you scroll down past that, it's suddenly just blank.
9. A very annoying one that's relatively new: system bookmarks no longer work correctly. They might sometimes go to bookmarks in already seen systems that are not ds but for bookmarks made in Galaxy mode it will just keep showing your own station. With so many ds systems it's extremely annoying and time consuming to scroll across this ever expanding Galaxy to find specific systems and areas where specific hostiles are. Their locations have become too numerous to retain to memory.
10. The little red number indicators that there's something in a tab tthat you haven't checked yet keeps indicating that there's still stuff I haven't looked at or can collect when there is nothing that I can collect for free or even after I've selected the specific refine tab or factions tab and moved to a new one, and the factions tab numbers keep resetting saying there's still 99 things I haven't checked yet, it does this seemingly randomly but I have the most trouble with the section 31 or terran tabs when I don't even have the resources to buy anything and there's nothing to collect.

I'm running closer to 1gb internet speeds
If you have had any of these issues please repost this as much as possible. In many cases showing screen shots isn't possible so it needs to be said more than seen

More to come, imo there has been enough time past and income made from this game to fix these errors.

A reoccurring bug with exos when you use the same one back to back. There's no fix or eta for a fix, but a way to alleviate the issue is to run a different exo in the slot, then running the one you want to run. Most use the vidar exos to cover this since they're so plentiful and essentially useless for most players.

Running a +100% Fed Rep Exo while I'm grinding some rep (almost at the 1B lock). As I'm repairing my ship for the next grind, I see it only has 5 mins to run, so I select that type of Exo again to 'Replace' it.... instead of replacing it and giving me a fresh hour of time, it uses up the new Exo to... still only leave me with 5mins on the timer 😦

Common bug. Exocomp will get duplicated in a multipurpose slot. Overwriting it will cancel the original, so you are down a slot. Sometimes, restarting will clear it, but usually it won’t. They have top men working on it.

A scan of hostiles in faction space shows 0 0 0 for the rep (assuming that's for faction hunt). However, the actual values are still being applied, they're only zeroed out on screen.

I still lose rep if I hunt my own faction for the event.

So either it's supposed to be zeroed out, or it isn't, but it shouldn't show 0 0 0 and then apply positive and negative rep values anyway.
