LAG is literally killing everything. People aren’t playing, constantly restarting the game after they enter a different tab, like click on a structure to upgrade it then it freezes, or even in combat when raiding and shielding, you attack someone and it take a second to register, then when they try to attack you, the shields tab won’t open for five seconds and you are hit. The lag is truly a repeat offense with this game and it would be rather bluntly obvious to make sure there isn’t a problem really.
(And no there is no internet connection or update, nor device issue, it’s happening large scale to people on both ends of the spectrum)

Hello Scopely. First of all, Happy New Year. We have unfortunately recently discovered that members of another alliance are managing to completely ignore Parstahl when raiding, even though it is available in quantities that are often much higher than Tritanium and Dilithium. We have observed this repeatedly. How is this possible? This is a clear distortion of the game and must either be stopped or a way must be created to make this option available to all players. We are happy to provide the relevant screenshots.

tired of scopely dropping my shield way early , put up a 12 hour shield 6 hours ago and had 76 tril steel 7.8 tri trit 2.1 tril dil and get up to see i have been being raided for hours apparently as i am down to 7.3 tril steel now 2.2 tril tri and 1,2 tril dil, and scopely seems to have stopped answering tickets, so another scopely screw up they want the customers to pay for, i think they do it to instigate even though it is theft as they have deprived you of a product they sold you to allow others to steal from you in order to make u spend , again it is crooked as helll

If you just activate shield and close game quickly there is a very high chance that there was no server update

Seriously though, it’s not enough just for the game to glitch the website does too? I get the feeling Scopely hires students in their first year of school. It’s the only explanation. I understand the code is complicated but literally you guys just keep adding more bad code onto already corrupted code. Stop adding new CRAP & I do mean that in the actual definition of the word. Fix the old stuff first. I miss playing the game but after almost 2 years & it just getting worse & worse I am getting very bored with the delays, missing goodies, glitches, attempts at forced spending. I will admit some of the systems are stunningly beautiful but when hostiles disappear it’s not exciting to just look at the background. The bookmarks haven’t worked in over a month, the tournament hardly works, waves glitch multiple times. Every Thursday the armadas bleed through to other systems. Oh and the ships randomly showing up as dead only to “repair” to pick up where I left off. This really sucks when it says the ship is dead at the start of an armada or when buffed. I never get the dilithium back, we get really crappy compensations if we get them at all. Fix the damn game! If the Enterprise encountered this many issues it never would have made it to its first mission.

Individually claiming each results in Transporter Patterns for the same officers instead.

One of these isn't right I'm guessing. I like the convenience of the claim all, but clicking a couple extra buttons is worth significantly more unless you've maxed all the TP recruits.

My Borg Queen wasn't maxed

It is inconsistent so a single test isn't enough to show it, but what you are seeing is correct. It seemed like they did something to make it better recently, but if you claim all you will occasionally not get the transporter patterns. I did testing where I recorded how many patterns I had before and after and in cases where the patterns do not show in the rewards, you do not get them. I just do individual claims now to be safe, as annoying as it is.

The support chat bot shrugged me off so many times that I didn’t even bother to report this. After the mess of the Alliance Tournaments I guess they won’t even respond to me if I ask them to go back through the logs and give me my tx patterns where I missed them.

This is a problem that did not start with the latest version of the game. The"ok" button in the text box covers the text underneath it, making it difficult to see for some, hard to edit, and overall inconvenient. I know there are other problems, but this seems like one that is easily solved.

Have you tried clearing the cache? I don't know how for any devices besides Android, but it has helped me with this sort of problem before. I know multiple people are having the loading issue so i figured i would put it out there.

I didn’t say it was a fix and I didn’t say it wasn’t annoying. Simply that it kicks your ships out of the state and you can use them again. The alternative is to do nothing and not use the ship until your phone decides to reload the game after it’s been idle for some time.

FYI scopley, your game performance has gotten far worst then ever has in its 6 yrs of life. Armada shirt cuts don’t work, ship repairs not working right, q trial short cuts not working, armada rewards for armada rewards tech aren’t working properly, combat doesn’t work properly at times, ship constantly gets stuck , game lag is far worse , bonuses don’t seem to work either half the time, events don’t score properly and sometimes not at all despite doing them. Also not scored anything for reputation for this new faction despite doing the events and killing the new armada hostiles. First game ever I played that is just getting worse not better even Bethesda managed to make their glitchy games play a little better.

Yes. Someone said it usually happens when you make second attempt to warp. (When you try to warp somewhere, but the countdown and actual warp does not show. And we try it again. But actually happened the first time, we just don't see that.) I try not to double start and wait, but it's just annoying to wait if it is warping or not.

hello there i am finding that the refinery does not always give you the things you refine. for example: i know i need say 1000 parts to take my Defiant to the next level so i buy from the Bajoran shop. Getting real old Scopely, this has been going on for a long time - stop adding new stuff and fix what you have. All these new loops and additional items are causing lag and simple things like changing screens (as shown) just stop the game. This happens on my iPad and my PC - Over it!! Sick or restarting the game over and over and over again, no other game I know has this issue, sorry I should say "so many issues".

I just bought a DTI rep token, my second. With the rep from the elite BP plus those, I should now be Agent rank. I am according to the bar, -100 from Agent. Clearing loc and restarting several times, including fighting past the "preparing" bug several times, has not changed it. My DTI rep is broken. To be clear, I am not 100 rep away from Agent, I am 100 rep over the threshold and the display literally says -100 from Agent.

edit the community_patch_settings.toml file place stay_in_bundle_after_summary = false under the UI heading, default is true. If the toml file is empty, copy the vars file into it

I can reproduce this on Android too, even with a 10m chest. Pull it on the website in a browser, open the game (for me that's Android 13), click on the events button in the top right and the game will hang at the Preparing screen indefinitely.

Hello. Looks like Silent Enemies G6 area is broken with the loot. From a few days, I tried to farm 6 Temporal Disruptors and when the last hostile kills me, I get no loot back in return. Aquinelan Star and Korolios Void seems broken. Trying now Zehyrion Axis, but I expect a broken system as well

But report - these were taken within moments each other. 1. Which time is correct? 2. The button isn't showing to complete this, since it is under 5 mins. 3. Previous to me expanding out the grouped buildings and research area, the time kept showing as 13h still, and wouldn't update, even though the time was showing as less than 5 mins (see pic 1) 4. Smart speedup button didn't show at first in building screen till I first used a 3h speedup x4 to get the time down, then the button appeared. 5. It was after all that, I ended up with the screens where I took these clips from.

I am sure if i were to try and reopen my game, and it was still within the 5 mins, then it would probably all show correctly. This, to me, is a perfect example of a bug, which is why I am reporting it.
