Has anyone had an issue logging into the game via Windows PC after today's update? I processed the update, and then it said it was missing an EXE file, so I tried multiple times to repair via the main screen, and the repairs failed, so I uninstalled and tried to re-install and I get this message . your antivirus thinks that prime.exe is malicious due to the unity update, and thus keeps deleting it. reinstall and add prime.exe as an execption to your antivirus software.
you might need to use geek uninstaller to fully remove the game from your pc first - the scopely uninstaller leaves registry items/residual files on the hard drive for some reason 🙈 [other uninstallers are available 😛 ]

Right! They did that with a game i play on VR, they released it on oculus which made it worse and unplayable, so they made it so you could uninstall update on pc and go back to original so you could play without issues(without people from oculus)

Dear scopely, I know it is not about the adminstrators of this discord, and maybe it is not about those who are working on the game code. But I wonder... It feels like there is every two days new content of which many stuff is to be paid for... I can understand there must be somewhere some Ferengi owners who can't get enough of our money... but... as I was ok with the game to be started again every 5 to 10 minutes and I didn't wrote anything about this game killing apps oppened at the same time on android, I now reached the status of not paying scopely any bucks (which I did the last years every month). I even accepted the pseudo-balancing in PVP. But: Every 2 days new stuff (it feels that way)... and not being able to work on game stability for years and now issues with loading the game... I even restarted my android machine some times... status at 76 % many times, then being in game for a view minutes and then the game stops again and again stopping at 76% loading status...
Qualitiy over quantitity I read about 10 or 11 months ago... I guess that was a Ferengi joke... but.. please... a bit more work on game stability and balancing and a bit less new stuff every felt two days... would make the somehow Ferengi CEO a bitt happier because more content players would spend more money...

Systems saved in favorites don't work anymore. Instead of sending your view to the system you saved, it just loads for 3-4 seconds then opens the Galaxy map over whatever system you currently are in, instead of moving to the saved system for easy sending.

Field Training - Still Broken!

Every time I log in, my entire Field Training resets to something like this... clicking the 'Claim' buttons clears the notifications however does not provide the rewards past the original first claim (which is correct). Some time later they all reset again, and notifications return, or upon reopening the app and the notifications return and the claim buttons light up again as shown below. This happens across all categories in Field Training. This problem is the same on Phone and PC version.

Fixed a description in mission The Daystrom Institute, to The Daystrom Institute. Ie. You changed it to read exactly the same. Ie. Changed something that was not broken. That was the highlight of the bug fix...
Seriously you roll a patch out that took a week to sort where 0 impactful fixes were released... Then you make videos fixed location pips don't go away. When all videos don't even need to be on the ui since they located in station satellite view... And really on mobile going to videos crashes game and vids don't load anyway. So why not you know put links in news section to vids so players get choice to leave game to watch... Or not watch them ingame.

Then in dailies wake up today and faction toggle is missing, all screen transitions are slow.. And every system now wants to load...

On S28, for 2 days now while doing my daily faction ship kills as a OP63 player, my +2 points for killing 64 are not counting for faction ships kill points but does still for Hostile Harbringer. By the time Harbringer is 50 the faction amount is only 31 when it should be 50 after killing 14 ROM 64 ships and 11 ROM 63s. Please fix this as it’s cost me double the resources to kill 50 ROM to complete the daily kill for FED & KLN requirement.

I have had multiple Eclipse armadas today that just didn't ... go. Group was full, I used the Speed Up ability, the clock counted down, and then nothing happened. Both in the Laramie system. If you are talking about the big event, that one is server wide, so you’ll get it once everyone on the server kills enough. You should get at least 2 shards of both Nesmith and Demarco. For the last milestone anyways.

Stability post update in iOS is awful. Way worse than before. Increase in ships getting stuck post battle, stuck returning to station, officer selection and ship selection crash hangs, preparing hangs, random blank no button screen hangs. 2. If you claim the daily milestones rewards by clicking on anything but the last one, it keeps on popping up as collectable. Not sure if it collects all the rewards.

3. Nameplate stuck in combat, won't allow you to attack the next target. The attack button is stuck in grey if you have the nameplate up while the ship is in battle.

5 people in my alliance and I have all just agreed we're having the same attack button issue. When you target a hostile and the attack button is grayed out, half the time it never activates.

The solution is to click away and click back but that's a second or two waiting for it to activate and another second or two to activate the attack. Add in the distance the hostile has moved and it can mean 1/2 as many attacks in something like wave defense.

Is it preventing me from completing anything? No. But it is massively annoying and will be an even bigger issue in arenas where attacking faster than the opponent can is extremely important. One person is running away and trying to attack a hostile while the other is trying to chase them down. This bug happening means the chaser will end up winning that gamble within a few attempts and then the fast ship running away is blown up for 2 minutes.

Seemingly not just "normal" hostiles: I tested using pic Hugh (T2 below deck - 10% Hull repair), Premium combat Hull repair (T5 mirror research - 20% vs non armada hostiles), Interceptor Emergency Protocol (T5 exborg faction favor, 20% Hull repair on an Interceptor when enemy Hull breached - 100% Hull breach chance with T5 BLT below deck).

In summary in multi round combats, expecting net 50% Hull regeneration the following round, but instead getting just 10%!

Redid test switching sanctus for talios (both interceptors, with same crew) switched target from the new assimilated to a normal borg probe and got 50% Hull regeneration. So something wierd is happening with the new assimilated that were added.

There is an integral design flaw in the mirror research tree progression.

It is clearly intended that research until 8/10 is meant for G5 or Ops51 as EVERY 8/10 research has that prerequisite - while stages 9 & 10 are reserved for Ops61+.

However, due to a flaw in the prerequisites for "Rare Positive FKR Reputation", you cannot research it until Ops61, making it capped to 6/10 and blocking all other subsequent rare & epic researches WHICH ALL STILL HAVE AN OPS 51 REQUIREMENT.

We are seeing issues where missions are active but not appearing in the Missions tab. I've been dealing with a bug in my Borg Refinery for a very long time now where I cannot claim faction credits or reputation no matter what resources I have. I've lived with it, because Scopely's response was basically to tell me that I could request these exchanges through Scopely Support ANY TIME I would want (and have the rss to do so) and it has just been easier to live without doing it. But now, after completing the Vidar Archive, I have no ability to see or claim the daily. I haven't completed the Talios archive yet, but there is nothing showing in the preview box for the claim for that one either. All the other archives at least show the rewards and the other one I can claim allows me to do so.

This is platform independent. It is the same on all versions.

Yea, thats the missing Faction toggle, it’s off by default but since you can’t see it, you can’t enable it, so the Claim All won’t claim anything that rewards faction. Very annoying as the toggle sometimes appears if you restart and are lucky.

As a workaround, rotate the exos on multipurpose slots. It will only do that if you put the same one that was last on it on another slot.

If you dont own the** Kir'shara Artifact **and you disable Queue Attack from game settings, it will cause the attack button to grey out on next target selection. Just enable it and smooth grinding. I just confirmed after an hour of grind and with 2 other players as well. Dont forget to restart game or clear localization after enabling the Queue Attack function.

Okay you know how whatever rep level you are you can see what the next 2 levels will give? I.e. rom shows the sanctus. Fed isn't showing that for 1. The daily missions for fed is giving lower rep gains then both rom and klingon and all 3 are at the same rep level. Daily rep event for fed is stuck on distinguished rep gain while other 2 are at guardian level rep gain. That's the bug. Why would the rep gain be different for missions and events when at the same level? They shouldn't be, this isnt rep gain from hostiles, that i expect to be different due to research. But apparently there are a lot of issues that either isn't getting reported or they are not adding to known issues. And support is useless, I tried to report it and when I got to the known issue list, it didn't give me an option to report new bug, it just ended the convo.

Hopefully that cleared it up a bit better. Was tired when I posted it last night

1. Green attack button does not turn green and allow you to attack next ship when you target another ship, while you are already attacking a ship. Occurs about 30/40% of the time since last update.

2. Bookmarks/in game links on Android not working all the time, sometimes you click an in game link, can be from chat like a wave defense, or your bookmark for a system but the screen does not update to show you the correct system, or shows you your base, or shows deep space.

3. Q Trials locate button not showing the system where hostile is, possibly related to #2 the bookmark bug? Clicking locate either just takes you to where your ship is, to your station, or to a random galaxy view.

Djaoki doesn't work. I have enough health and 100% effect to reduce target's defenses to 0. The target still mitigates a lot of damage, exactly same amount as without the effect. Simply doesn't work at all.

That is the same issue on 95 in DQ space … it seems they are aware of it and someone told me that when they reported it to Scopely they were told they do not know how to fix the issue. This issue was in 1 system there when I got voyager but it seems to be spreading to other systems … a reset of them or a redo from the ground up might be order to fix this issue.

• active missions are sometimes not displayed in the list

The targeting issue is really starting to effect, mainly in Waves. Other than that, it's just a pain.

When pre-selecting your next target, while your ship is fighting the current target, once complete, the next target pre-select is failing to green up the "attack" button. Happened A LOT in waves today, but not so much outside of waves.

Also, been experiencing every now and then, during Waves, I will target an incoming ship and hit attack, and it's like my ship loses all impulse speed. Like all my research, impulse officers on board, etc just stopped working and it goes back to the default speed. Once that target is killed, it returns to normal and my ship is back at normal impulse speed. Happened once today and once yesterday, only in Waves. Strange.

Borg Cube beam weapon considers hostiles player targets that can't be fired on if there is an active Kirshara queue it's working on. New development in the past week.
Will fire at same hostiles after queue has finished.

officer intel figure on main officer screen is incorrect. i just spent this however the correct figure 486 isnt displayed.
It won't refresh without clearing localisation. eu406 version 1.000.39661
Update: just checked back 8 mins after posting the screenshots here, and the figure is back to 119k 🙈
No other lag/delayed scoring, npc killing lag etc

Whenever I hit a location link it never takes me to location. Just back to same system I already was in or galaxy view or back to station. This is frustrating as it has been happening since last update and when trying to report a ticket the help bot rebuffs me and I can not get anywhere with the help system.

When I first open missions, since the update it doesn't always show the right mission details for the initially selected mission (first screenshot). Also, the first few main missions from ops 51 don't flag as such. Note second screenshot, where neither the storyline mission nor the construction mission are gold.

If you go to galaxy view, then try the bookmark it should work.

If you're on system view, it just shows your station

Yeah it pops to infinity. All you can do is restart the game to make it stop until Scopely fixes it. They probably know about this already.

@jaunty light @slate wind EU401, Purchased a mission from Rouge Store (starter mission is "Person of Interest" and while the UI indicates a new mission it does not show in mission log (Mission possible not sorted into new mission categories?) The mission icon is on the map but I have no way to read mission info to see what need doing and no way to interact with it if some button needs pressing for donating material etc.

it's slowly just a sad game. announcements are arbitrary. as a player you can't adjust at all whether there are regular maintenance here ... sometimes a Monday or Tuesday or Wednesday ... you can just see what a chaos club Scoply is.

What is really annoying is how many times a month it goes down for maintenance.

the update was very small..... getting annoyed also of the many maintenance moments... it doesn't resolve anything except annoying me more.... now the timers are screwed again... couldn't collect the daily event.... 4 hour chest is now later etc... keep up this horrible experience to users guess getting the game fixed has no priority all. the game has been unplayable for months now doing daily's is getting worse everytime the experience is really bad...

daily refresh is @ 12:00 hour and you guess can't time box around it? incredible...

I no longer have the Thumbs up Thumbs Down function showing in the panel, I can still apply thumbs up or down to a ship but the panel will not show the little hand on the left-hand side when you click on your ship. Obviously not a huge deal, but I love that function. This is happening across servers wherever I play. My Alliance friends still have theirs so I'm not sure what has happened. Perhaps someone here knows. Maybe it has something to do with settings?

Lastly, why do DM's disappear?
