(I used Google's automatic translation from Japanese, so I apologize for bad English. sorry)

It turned out that bonus refinement a few days ago had refinement failed due to a bug in game system.
This was only discovered after contacting support and checking system logs, and there are many smelting errors and there may be losses that players are unaware of.

The situation is that after selecting number of refinements, screen continues to error or app closes.
After restarting, it will be refined (countdown display after 10 hours).
In my case, only G4 ore was successful, but G4 gas and G4 crystal were unsuccessful.

I have had a similar problem before and have contacted support.
Support's response was to offer a refund of 1 million each of the failed G4 gas and G4 crystal raw materials.
The reason for returning raw materials is that it is impossible to calculate probability based on gacha.

Is this a sincere response⁉️

It's not my fault that I missed opportunity to refine bonus.

On server 93 FSEP-001 has not spawned, from what I can tell, a Rare Anomaly node in days. I am using the NX-01 to peek into the system and even went and mined a bunch of the Common Anomaly nodes to zero and still no rare node spawned. The level 60 anomaly system should provide rare anomaly nodes less rarely.

None in the level 52 system either.

Ok pc version, ships are not in correct positions, you click them, hit attack, and they are way off somewhere else, the timer for attack showing 32 seconds then boom fighting. Swarm system and shield disappears from ship after attack and takes around 30 seconds to start rebuilding but carry on attacking and makes no difference to outcome so only visual problem. Thats all for now …..

Something seems incorrect here with the Archives pillars. I have my Archive building Leveled to 36. My Voyager is tier 12, my Monaveen is tier 9. In the case of Voyager archive, it says I have 1/2 unlocks for the tier 7, and then 2/2 all the way to the master level. For Monaven it says I don't have tier 8 requirements, but am 2/2 of tier 9. I Expect tier 10+ to say 1/2. Am I miss understanding the requirements, or is there a bug?

Don’t know when it actually started because I do delta quad runs en masse. Has the bug with the advanced scanners on the voyager been reported yet? Where you show up to the system, call the first one and the timer counts down to zero. But the timer stays at zero, and never goes back to yellow. In that it’s never ready to call the next 8472.

Bug: S31's "Dossier 3: Associated Risks" isn't appearing in the Missions list when claimed through the store (although it has a [] red mark to indicate a new mission available, and the mission plays out correctly)

It should be noted that the same thing happened with "Dossier 2: Damage Control", so I assume its the same problem - the new 'Mission Grouping' not knowing how/where to group them maybe?

I'm working around it by looking up the missions on STFC.space, but its not ideal.

this means any single claim items that are locked behind reputation gain can never be unlocked after mastery.

When changing a crew to an officer deployed on an away mission, it used to be a case of speeding up the mission, claiming it and then the officer is free to be crewed. Now I get as far as speeding up the away mission but can't claim it, so I have to discard the crew change and go all the way into the away team screen, claim the mission, then go back into the ship crew and start again.
Did that make any sense? Too much coffee...

the archive, upon mastery, is supposed to remove everything except one time claims from the faction store/refinery and put the things you need in a free daily claim.

only thing broken is if you didn't max your rep yet, it also removes rep claims without offering an alternative.
since you have maxed rep already, nothing is broken for you.

Sometimes they bring me to Station or Home System view.
And even when they bring me to Galaxy View, for G6 systems which can't be viewed inside, it has an hslf-screen offset to the NW.

What's weird is that like 1 time in 10 it works properly. But can't replicate the circumstances

Alliancemate has a different issue, after mastering, there are no rewards for monaveen in the archive, box is empty (vidar and bottany work)...

You are not winning the battle, you'll notice it say partial, I am guessing if you look at the battle reports you are hit the 100 round cap. With Q trails the hostiles instant repair if you don't kill them, so you need more damage per round.

A few days ago I purchased both the "What You Sow" and "Practice Makes Perfect" missions from the Rogue Faction store. After doing so, though, only the Practice Makes Perfect Mission appeared in my missions interface (which I have now progressed to the subsequent "I Know A Guy..." mission). Just now I claimed the "We Are People Too" mission from the Holodeck and completed the first two parts, unlocking "We Are People Too Part 3", but now this missio too is not being displayed in the missions interface. I've attached a screen shot showing the missions interface selected and the game indicating there are two acquired missions not yet started in the top left, but neither mission appearing in the "Main Story Missions" section.

Partial means that you didn't die, but didn't kill the target either.
Confirm my 99% sure hypothesis by opening one of the logs and see that the target health is not all the way down. And that the combat lasted for 100 rounds, which is the maximum amount.

Nothing is "broken" here. You just need more damage to kill the target. Actians have very low damage, but high health.

The officer amounts are that of maximum chests (3), so it's up to your imagination and maths skills to determine if having more smaller chances (assuming they are equal roll chances) or one big. Statistically speaking in the long term it should equal out to be same.

It showed +50% on Mining Rate (3rd stat) and +25% on Cargo Capacity (2nd stat) multiple times from level 25 to 30 but each successful upgrade did NOT add these stats to the FT.

Level 26 and 27 grant no stat bonuses to the FT.
Level 28 grants 25% Cargo Capacity (resulting in 150%).
Level 29 and 30 also give no stat bonus.

Well, yesterday I didn't get points for the Xindi aquastic in Explorer Hunter, I'd rather not deal with that, there are still some exceptions. I sent two miners today and they were already in warp when I had to restart the game because ship B showed 0m0s warp but was already in my base. After the restart, I had to resend 2 miners that were already on their way before I restarted the game. I also had a miner on the edge of the system and on Saturday and mined, after a few seconds it showed up correctly at the mining location. The message that the +90% bonus had ended bothered me for about an hour, it helped just to ignore it.    Feedback on chat & help bot:
   I reported the problem to the help bot/chat, but there there wasn’t a category for this type of subject. In general:: When I go to write about an issue that doesn’t fit in any of the categories provided- which is quite often-I try using the “other issue” option, but it loops me back to the same categories. If I put my question in what i think is the closest category to my issue, the questions & space in the form is insufficient if not impossible. If I do enter my issue, I receive a response saying I submitted my question to the wrong category, and directing me to resubmit the issue to the “other” category. which doesn’t work, or to submit to a specific category, only to have my issue kicked back again. The only other choice I have is to keep submitting my question to a different category but run the risk of having my question turned away again. To receive all of the questions and issues that people have, It might help to either have more specific categories, have a functional general category,, or be a little more flexible when people enter question in the wrong category as well as pass the issue along to the right department so the person doesn’t have to rewrite the whole thing again.
   All the other categories allow the user to upload screenshots of the problem, except for the bug reporting category—which to me seems like the category that would need screenshots the most. There is no category for general bugs. The closest I could find is the category for bugs in the latest update. It's not martian calculator, it's "efficiency". Every efficiency in the game works the same way. As in 1/100%+efficiency(total sum)

Not sure if it's been mentioned recently at all (since M72), but it appears that when attempting to assign a crew member to a ship slot (bridge or BD), if that crew is on an away team, if you speed up the mission, it will no longer auto-assign the crew to the slot. You have to navigate out to the AT list > finish the mission > and then navigate back to your crew slots to assign it.

It used to be once you had sped-up the mission, the selected crew member would just be assigned to the desired spot. Not anymore.

If I have a hostile pre-selected to attack right when my current attack is done, more than half the time the attack button doesn't light up when my current attack ends. Also, sometimes when my ship is available to attack and I select a hostile, the attack button is greyed out, but this happens less frequently than the other issue.

This started happening today after updating. Windows platform. Multiple people in my alliance have confirmed having the problem as well, all on Windows PC. This issue is making Wave Defense an awful experience. Please look into this.

I've checked the archived missions, reset the localization, deleted and reinstalled, and tried on my computer. Still nothing. Once you master the Botany Bay in the archives, everything you used to buy in the Augment store will become a daily claim pack in the Independent Archives. Just need to go into the building to claim it.

The lighting on the textures is indeed a bug, but the shop being empty just happens as a consequence of completing the Botany Bay mastery in the Independent Archives.

Everything you used to buy in the store is now part of the daily claim in the Independent Archives.

When you open the archives, there's a CLAIM ALL button in the upper right that you can use to claim the daily pulls for all of the ships you've mastered.

or go into one of your mastered ships and click the claim button in the lower left. There's also a description of what you're claiming (this is everything that used to be in the faction store)

if you've restarted your game and it doesn't help, you should open a ticket with Scopely.

Funny bug: if you have a Fatu Key chest in inventory your ships autolevelling in augment space don't collect PVE chests anymore.
If you switch to e g. event or officer screen they start collecting again, bit not in system or galaxy view until all Fatu key chests have been opened.

Since this morning I got the update "attack" button is very buggy and laggy. Especially on waves it often doesn't turn green / active at all unless clicking away from the hostile and then trying again.

This is a major issue on waves. We just did Mirror ones and everyone had that. On PC as well as on Android. It's absolutely horrible bug on fast waves. But appears elsewhere in game too.
(This bug doesn't seem to be related to "normal lag". Otherwise wave worked smoothly.)
