do you have any idea why the game has become very unstable across all platforms? I personally can't play the game on my Mac and I literally have to restart the game on my iphone almost every few minutes. Based on the complaints, it seems there are problems on PC and android platforms too

Unfortunately, no. We don't have access to any of the internal systems so there's no way for a moderator to diagnose it - unless it's something like AWS which we sometimes find on the Internet. But the stability complaints have been going on for some time so it's not likely that.

You cannot fix the bug yourself. Wait for CS to fix your account if they can. If they can't, then you'll need to wait for the devs to fix the FT feature.

Once you have the SS, you can save it as a file and attach it to your email. But it should be unnecessary, words can describe the issue. Let them know that you have a stuck field training issue on your account. You are unable to claim rewards from milestones that you've already reached.

I can't get 8472 Hostiles to spawn in voy systems, when I enter the systems they are initially empty and "scanning" shows in the top right, then I get exception error code 200. Hirogen will eventually show up but the voy ability never works. Happens on windows and android.

no amount of lag should ever display an armada in a system it was never meant to be displayed in. Whether the 'armada exists' announce came through 10 seconds ago or 10 seconds from now, no part of it should show in systems unrelated to it unless something else has gone wrong. The where part shouldn't care about the when part of the delivery receipt.

Sometimes I meet with the same issue. I realized that it is usually happening when I was redirected from elsewhere (usually another building).

That looks like a client error more than a server error; are you running a third party antimalware? Have you done any tuning or created any exceptions to allow it to operate?

VPN might make it slower but it’s antimalware/antivirus that is most likely to cause client crashes.

Definitions and engines are updated fairly regularly and it only takes a bad one to do a CrowdStrike.

activating an exo has a chance to also block a multipurpose slot, previously when I had this happen with build speed i confirmed the effect doesn't get applied twice, and if you clear one slot it clears both slots

I don't know what's wrong with the arena but I've had the error twice now that the fight was already underway but I was still stuck in the preparation phase. The problem I found is with cube specifically it always happens with impulse crew. Enemy 1B cube being on one side of the system and hitting you from there because the game won't show it moving is not possible to play around.

Something is wrong with my game. I have restarted 6 times including restarting my phone and then the game and still it is broken. Tried joining a takeover yesterday for the pass, but none of my alliance could start it. The game reported it was because it needs to be 1* territory or linked to our existing territory. When you lost the system that joined Aylus and Bertho, you lost contiguity of your zones. You are only allowed to start captures in a system that will restore contiguity. You can bypass this issue by dropping the Bertho half of your zones and expand from the Aylus half.

This has been going on since yesterday and is still an issue. Tomorrow is incursions for my server and I can't move my base out of TC so this isn't looking good at all if I can't get help. Game went crazy (again). EU server 104.
We cannot do anything with our ships. Not going home, not joining armada. Reboot doesn't do anything.
My ships look like they are going home... and then pop up on the starting point again.
And our Incursion is starting in half an hour. 😞

cant locate my ships, cant attack hostiles. a 3min trip to a sys take 10min until ships available again. today starts incursion. how should we participate?

Update on server 104: next reboot now solved it for me, my ships were at home.

@jaunty light, I'm on Server 31 with all of my accounts. My ops 20 account did successfully collect the missing Field Training rewards last night. My ops 21 account still can't get credit for having built and tiered the Orion Corvette. I hate to have to spend hours grinding BP'S from ops 7-11 hostiles. I do have one goal to legitimately meet in the Combat Field Training (I need 1 more attack on a player, but that's something that I'll do once my current shield drops in 4.5 days.

Kindly fix this bug glitch . It is totally unacceptable that you don’t even spend this yet you lose this on a daily basis in the multi thousands. Because of this I haven’t been able to build up this iso emul material that is needed for tc tech so I haven’t been able to get the tech I have been after for every time I get close to having what I need to get it I get screwed out of by you bugs and glitches which steel 20k to 60k or more of the emul that I already had so that when I refine to get more emul I wind up being short this has been going on for over 2 months now

Also had the same bug on 104 that I couldn't attack/warp/recall my ships. Had to cross back to 400 to get them to register as docked, waste of a crossover. Bin incursions as whatever infrastructure you have can't handle them properly

I quit incursions! Lag is so bad i can't hit bases, or when I do it's continuous attack. Can't see my base when I move it. Tried restarting more than once and cleared localizations to no avail. I'll not participate in incursions again. THANKS SCOPELY!!!

Anyone else try to play on a mac and the game constantly crashes on the loading screen? Or after finally getting passed the loading screen, you get a completely white background when clicking into a menu screen? Thought it was because my computers so old, but it does it on a newer macbook as well.

i think they've updated unity on the mac/pc clients. saw someone post something suggesting firewall exceptions earlier, not sure if this would help 🤔
sounds like something i once experienced with the xsolla pc client some time ago, similar bug issue .... that was also to do with connections/firewall/ports

sacrilidge i know; please forgive me for asking.... but have you tried installing the pc client on the mac? 🤔
Other thought, with the windows xsolla client the uninstaller leaves a load of rubbish in the registry/ on the hard drive. Workaround is geek uninstaller, removes everything. Is there something similar for mac??

I'm on the enemy server server 29. I was attacked by a level 64 player using a Enterprise d who attacked my base and cracked it. I tried to open up the battle log and this is all it ever shows.

Fix your game, please. Ships get stuck warping and have to reset all the time. This is going on for 2 weeks already!!!

Base defense is messed up. When my base is attacked. The ships are not attacked in order of power anymore. It is completely random now.
The type of ships being attacked according to the battle triangle seems ok.
