what do you believe is broken? if you mean the matching system, it goes by average ops level of the team, in which case it did a pretty good job. if you mean the range of ops levels on the enemy team, it's +/- 7 of the person who started it; in this case, it would've been the Ops 48. they might've gamed the system by doing that, but this is actually working as intended

this game's pvp mechanics don't lend themselves to ranking based matchmaking at all.

My iphone version has instability with lag and other glitches, which i literally have to restart the game every 5-10 minutes. Other alliance members who are on Android and PC platforms are also having issues on their ends as well. This is getting really frustrating, almost to a point where I can't play the game and would quit entirely to prevent my blood pressure going high.

I would personally not worry about any new content for several months and instead have a game that is stable across all platforms. The game is not enjoyable at all with new bugs, lags and the inability to play for more than 5 minutes at a time. Especially if you are spending money on the game... granted i'm not a whale spender, but i do spend here and there. All of you guys who agree with me, reply with a thumbs up or 100% emoji, just so we can show them that we are all on the same page.

This has been a recurring bug every Sunday for a few weeks now. Usually it’s the Anomalous Phenomena event claim. Only site maintenance seems to have any effect in stopping this.

Out of desperation, I tried deleting and reinstalling the app. Huge mistake!

It did not address the recurring event claim screens. And I lost all my bookmarks. And whats more, I now have this beginner player checklist screen that won’t go away even though I did all these things years ago. Its button replaces the Helps button too.

example: activate a rep exo that bugs out and takes up 3 slots. go to any of the multi purpose slots and try to activate a different exo, it clears them all for the new one.

They always used to only drop when you engaged in combat with another player, but now if I click to attack someone my shield automatically drops, regardless of whether we actually fight or not. If they warp out, or someone else kills them first, I still end up without a shield.

In my test I had rank 2 Toli boosted with Picard and about 776k defense for a total of around 3,4M mitigation stat reduction. It looks like the mission Beneath the Heel is bugged. It can't be that I'm supposed to kill an enemy with 296,419 strength in the second mission in the augment sector to get dark matter. My strongest ship is currently the Jellyfish with 49,994 strength. All other enemies have between 44,000 and 54,000 strength in this mission level range.

Red tags on the refinery happen from time to time, esp. when switching devices. Short delays on chest claims come often with lag but usually not that long. It could be a server issue but then it would be widespread on your server and not just in your alliance, so if it's an account or server issue then the resolution process is via a support ticket. But that seems a lot of issues and discord is not bursting with ppl complaining atm.

This SS you posted shows me that you should be able to collect the Upgrade Operations to 19 node, but there is no button to do so. You're bugged. CS can help repair your account so you'd need to contact them.

If your refinery field training has a similar issue, then CS will fix it too.

So, I've reported an issue to Scopely CS about my shield disappearing with no action from myself, they claim they are investigating it and they thank me for my patience then they just close my ticket because I haven't responded.... when the last email was that they were going to investigate and get back to me. Again I had a day shield that I had just put up, I have not hit anybody, and my shield is gone. It seems that it dropped when I entered a territory that didn't belong to us, and didn't hit anybody... Any ideas why this is happening?

The claim all is giving me a issue I reported once and the tech said I was receiving the faction reputation points. So this morning I decided to check that out, the first screenshot is before I used the claim all button for some of my dailies. You could see the second screenshot it showing me zero reputation points and all three factions. And the third screenshot is after. You can see no difference in reputation points can this get fixed

704 has a huge issue. Ships will not launch. Ships in systems will not join armadas (keep cancelling). Nothing is working outside the stations.

after research and leveling up to lvl 36 bldgs and such kills per hull of swarms went from 41 per repaired hull down to 29 before loosing the ship. There is something wrong with the cumulative effect of research and bldgs at lvl 36 or independant of level in the research tree.

Yes it's a bug and it's being exploited by players can't move a "dead" ship but it seems you can attack and kill it deader

timeout errors now, when you write the server code and the client code and have timeout errors it shows incompetence. You literally write the code that sends the info AND the code that waits to recieve it but can't write either to be a little more patient knowing you haven't resolved lag issues for months. It's lag, it's constant, learn to code around it if you can't fix it.

Having this issue, just blew 2 transwarp cells trying to do borg grinding. First trip didn't have any problems but subsequent trip attempts resulted in warp failure and ship back in dock with wasted transwarp cells....

I just saw that we finished wave 4 (and the game froze for me right after that). The others said no, we didn't finish the 4th wave. 😳
Yesterday one of the players asked if you don't start the wave then... He asked during the 2nd wave. 😳 The game showed him the countdown to the start.
