we have been using those to track where unclaimed missions are located, and manually searching through every single system again would take hours (or y'all can just add an indicator to visited systems that have claimable missions... it's not like we haven't already been to those systems)

Our Admiral had major IRL issues happen and while he tried to claim our XP to my understanding, he had an error or something while doing so and had to step down from his role due to the aforementioned IRL issues. Our current Admiral has been trying to resolve the issue and get us our 53,000 Emerald Chain XP, but he has spent days on hold in Support chat and most recently they're trying to tell him we never earned our XP. We don't know if/when our previous Admiral can come back, and pestering him to get involved while he's got major IRL issues going on isn't an option. Is there a more-direct support we can contact to get this resolved? Several of our members made purchases towards the tasks to get us our rank during the tournament.

Don't know if this is a bug or just incorrect coding from when the fleet commander button was taken from the top bar and put on the desktop, but please relocate the home button to the location above the fleet commander button. These are a valuable part of the S31 refinery and fixing these should be taking priority over the new content. We keep asking for the bugs to be fixed - you know, the quality over quantity we’ve been promised for 2 years now. Time for Scopely to start delivering on their promises instead of introducing a half-baked claim all button and another cross-server feature that’s bound to break the game.

Vindicator is buggy. Using it on Dominion solo armadas with the taunt ability results in a false “destroyed” status. Tap to repair and it’s magically back to life in the system it was already in. When it started going in this state, I quit the game on my iPad and am no longer able to load the game past 76% there. I can load it fine on my phone, but the iPad is unable to get in even after a full install.

Officer health from syndicate level 36 doesn't seem to be applied. Only if I put all health bellow decks does it jump. All research is at same level for officers. Orlop for health is +1 over attack and defense. Was trying to see if it was research based. Only change was syndicate

This might be a minor complaint, but I’m sick of missing icons, upside down icons, icons blinking in then out, etc. The solution of restarting hardly ever fixes it. Removing localization fixes some of it for a while, but always comes back. Even a full uninstall and reinstall isn’t a guarantee. Not sure if some pointer is off in the code or assets got loaded incorrectly, but please make the game at least look like it’s functional.

IOS. I reproduced but the flashing is so fast it isn’t effectively captured by a iPhone screen recording frame rate (ie a 50 FPS cannot capture a 200 FPS display flicker).

In this recording every button is unresponsive and that is a perfect ven diagram of the strobe effect.

I had to hack the repro a bit using iOS overlays and I acknowledge the red connectivity symbol but that is not required to reproduce, just happened in this scenario. but will keep at it. I’ve reached my limit of free labor for the day cc <@&509690795536941056>

scopely's compensation chests should return rewards more inline with the affected events. in the last major upbreak (on lat rush, where we had massive login issues), we got a comp chest. but ... i don't recall getting any d'vor parts as part of the compensation package.

Second time in a row the hand glitched & I haven’t received the rewards. I didn’t want to upgrade to ops 40 yet. The guy who answered my ticket says it can’t be stopped because I received rewards for upgrading. I received no rewards, they just wanted to close a ticket quickly. I am pretty sure I am quitting. I wasn’t ready to go to ops 40 and I do not recall hitting the button on my phone to do that. Never know what is going to not work but it’s something new every few minutes. Been playing for 18 months. Definitely the last game by Scopely I will ever touch.

The open all is showing 5 because there should be the first one open, on the screen, just above the buttons. You've should have opened 1 already to see this screen, leaving 5.

Hm. In some other scenarios when claiming rewards (e.g. syndicate) when there are shards for a maxed officer it will show the transporter patterns in the claim screen. The inconsistency is weird.

@abstract zealot, you've already opened 1 chest. The option is to open each chest individually or open the remaining chests at one time. IF you wait until you get the first pull from chest 1, then skip, it will default to opening ALL applicable chests. I routinely do that if I'm opening standard/premium/ultra chests via the slider option.

5.55am EU time, ie daily task reset till 6.08 is normal lag as servers do their maintenance internal.
Doesn't exclude the Friday 23.59 to Monday 0700 lag...

After my first arena win my SMS score stayed at 0, then won 2 more and score went up to 80 points, then lost one and SMS score dropped down to 10 points.

Would you like the dummy you spat out, or all good? I've not seen many reports of lag on the event, mostly the issues seem to be around level ranges, matchups, and players unable to join in because of the +/-7, one person saying "argh, lag" does not constitute a reason to pull an event that'll be over before the vast majority get to play in it (yay, 8 hour event).
Honestly, it' seems like normal levels of lag throughout... and it's bad that it's normal... but it's normal 😐

You would need smaller brackets in order to be more even… 40-45, 46-49, 50-55, 56-59, 60-whatever … BUT that would make it even harder to get a squad together and to find an opponent. +/-7 ops levels is kinda borked when you are up against a player with ships you cannot touch - might as well settle for a quick loss and not play at all to speed things up

Two irritating bugs at the same time
1 - The Banner for EVERY event says 'Daily Goals Claimed!' instead of the actual event name, do we have to guess which one we completed?
2 - The 1 hour message repeatedly spams the screen until the client is restarted (it's usually the alliance warp speed exo)
