Every time I start a research it adds several days as oppose to what is shown before.
In the example above, before I start the research it shows 48 days, when starting it it jumps to 52 days.
I have a 20% research exocomp running and this behaviour affects all the researches.

Sadly, I don’t believe Scopely is concerned about losing paying players because they assume they can continuously replace them with new ones. However, their monthly average user base will eventually stop increasing, and they will regret not taking corrective action sooner. As someone who previously worked as a release manager at Mozilla, I can confidently say that the quality of this game is so poor that if I were still in the industry and hired at Scopely, I would immediately fire the development team and bring in an entirely new one. The game’s various clients and server-side infrastructure are in a complete state of disarray. The repetitive canned announcements that repeat the same things every month are utterly unacceptable.

Completed an alliance tournament task and collected the reward. When attempting to accept another task, I received an error message stating that accepting the task would remove the last one.

Re: #👽-how-to-contact-support , PC game has no option to create a ticket. Mobile game tribbleshooter bot closes the conversation before allowing me to specify the issue (because it's not a currently known issue) and the linked scopely cs article has no option to create a ticket. We should not have to work this hard to not only try to play a game, but to ask for help when it doesn't work.

If you mean the emerald chain, that doesn't get awarded until the end based on your placement, admirals have a unique sms that scores based on your placement and there's a reward for the placement itself.

Last time the incursion store ran, I did not have a high enough Exocomp Factory building level to get the slot to use the loot exocomp I bought.

Now that my syndicate level is high enough, I have a multi use slot. I now see the exocomp I bought during incursions that I was not high enough to use yet.

Normally exocomps are used right away that are bought from the incursion store, and therefore can’t be used outside of this incursion store running.

The thing is, I was able to save an exocomp and be able to use it outside of regular incursions due to this.

I might have figured out how to trigger this glitch. 2 times in a row I've sent 2 ships to Iapedes, spaced so I'll have time to Picard Maneuver one, then the other.

Each time I saw a Scout and figured I could kill it with the first ship then Picard it, then Picard the 2nd ship.

Both times I broke off the attack on the Scout because the 2nd ship had arrived and both ships had hunters.

Now when I went to Picard ship 1, attack hunter, click ship at bottom, click Recall, then Stop, it ignored the Stop command and warped out.

BUT the hunter stayed and a few seconds later ship 1 is yanked back into Iapedes in instant combat and destruction.

What also happens when the ship is yanked back, the Scout vanishes.

I always wait until I have at least 21 seconds on the Atrack button before clicking it to Picard a hunter.

I have had Picard Maneuver fail several times where the ship warps out then is yanked back directly into combat with the hunter but these two instances are the first time I've noted the same circumstances in the same system.

Other times it's been "subspace interference" when clicking recall or stop and the ship gets teleported across the system to fight the hunter. I've never noticed it making an apparent warp out then getting yanked back.

Tournament: player completed task last night, didn't try to collect it until after tasks reset. Showed as completed, Collect button was active, he hit Collect and the task disappeared and he got no credit for it. Either allow task to be collected or make it clear that the task is no longer active.
Another player was confused when the task he was halfway through disappeared after the reset. Perhaps task should remain active (and count as first task of the day if completed after reset).

Best part last night was it didn't even let me type what my issue was when it made that decision, only gave me a pre-determined list to pick from. None of those options were my issue. I selected the closest I could find and it wouldn't allow me to elaborate before it told me it wouldn't be opening a ticket.

Today I attempted to open a ticket again, this time it did allow me to describe my issue but again didn't open a ticket. I literally still have the window with the chat box open, it's been 5 hours and I still don't have a ticket number.

Your mistake is thinking they care about most of the issues in the first place. I get told I need to build a shuttle bay constantly, officer assignment to ships frequently glitches, client crashes 2-3 times every laggy wave defense, iOS client needs restarted every time in order to see new alliance tournament tasks, you have to exit and go back in there to even use a new tab still.

None of these are new issues and they’re just a small fraction of the ones that have existed long term.

It seems Ranking system is broken for the Tournament as well. We finished 3rd in our Bracket yet got relegated down to a lower tier. Looking at the total numbers for our Bracket We were not int he bottom 25% so should not have been relegated.
