I was doing the task of complete 5 rare formations and had selected just before i did the task, i end up doing 8 of them and then i came back to see my rewards and it was gone and this is what i see now. So it looks like i didnt get any credits for the 5 i did in which i should have. This also happened to another Borg member as well, not sure if he is reporting his but i wanted too as its not fair i spent the rare directives for the formations and not get anything in return.

You didn't accept the task always refresh page after accepting because it's possible 2 members accepted it at exactly same time.

Tasks you accept will be in bold green in top left.
You can only have 1 task active

So in any case you shouldn’t try to upgrade any FT as you’d pay full price now

Why is it so difficult to report a bug through support chat? I had a problem with a xindi tournament task. Aquatic xindi did not score. I sent a detailed description and screenshots showing the problem to support. I did manage to complete the task but it took 3 times longer than it should have. So far I’ve started 3 conversations with support and they keep not reading it properly or thinking about what I’m saying, fobbing me off with some nonsense that doesn’t address the problem and closing the conversation. What do I have to do to get support to actually read my messages properly?

the first time they responded they said the level 34 xindi I killed wouldn’t score because they are too low level. (I’m ops 39). Except 3 or more levels lower should all score 1 point. AND I’d killed 12 level 35s and 2 level 34s and only 7 had been counted for the task. So that was obviously nonsense. And they closed the conversation. The second time they explained why I was only scoring one point per kill, even though I knew that, and completely ignored I’d made 14 kills and only 7 were counted AND I told them the aquatic xindi were not being counted. And they closed the conversation. The third conversation is open now but I’m not hopeful my complaint will be addressed this time either. It is a massive waste of my time and very frustrating.
