Waiting to have hirogen hunter spawning when you have 4 or more players in the systems to do 211m... usualy we can kill hirogen hostiles elite so in this case doing 211m take some time but is ok. As it is this time, I won't spend hours to do this event for so few rewards at the end. Just a big mistake (again) from my view.

This is not giving the players hope.
A maintenance to fix the previous maintenance, which was to fix the previous maintenance which was to fix the previous update and there's a bug with just starting the maintenance.
How about stopping all the updates until you've tested it and actually know it's going to work for a change?

Locate the game folder
uninstall the game
delete the game folder

On PC, I watched the new update download (100mb?), and the game tried loading but stayed on the black "preparing..." screen with the loader spinning for about 15m without change. I closed out entirely and performed a repair on the loader (400mb redownload?) and tried loading again, and the same thing is occurring... it has been over 20 minutes now. still spinning.

I tried contacting scopely support but the responses are limited - im guessing because i cant get into the game to get to my player id

If you have Ripper's mod in use on pc, take it out. That is the crash. (At least it was for me).

No, Scopely's game will work. But players have installed mods onto their PC version of the game, and today's client update will not work in conjunction with older versions of the mod. My suggestion is designed to remove a specific non-functioning mod, thereby forcing players to update it if they want to continue using it, and to ensure that their game folder is clean of anything else installed there.

Yes, went into the game and faught some fatu. At least this time the fatu are there. Lag, you send ship to attack they go to the point the enemy ship was, then go to the real point where the ship will be. Also when you fix ships press repair and it takes a time for the system to respond. Same when attacking, some lag when in which the ship's helmsman thinks a good interception course making all your ships unable to attack 😦

I'm facing issues warping to some systems today. Twice, I've been in deep space (14 minutes warp from home), sent ship to nearby system (1 minute warp distance), only to have the ship stuck at warping 00m00s. WOW .... what an update. Seems the only way I can get the game to sync new items appearing is to restart each time. I did my dalies and nothing appeared to collect whithout a restart. I killed hostiles in a system and had to keep restarting to get them to spawn each time. I moved from one mine to another, yet the game had me mining two nodes until both mines were depleted... I didnt get both resources though. Restarts and warping out and back didn't even solve that one. Timers on boxes and the refinery stop on zero but dont actually allow you to collect anything without a restart. They don't even show pips to say they can be collected, but all the other pips for items I dont collect keep jumping up more often than normal even after being reset... these are just the 'really annoying' issues, along with having to recall ships 3/4 times to get them moving

regardless of what you say... it is most definitely due to server capacity either in the sense of processing power vs game servers they put on each box they lease/own or bandwidth issues on their end. believe me i can tell based on the fact these problems with lag affect all of their servers every time it happens. resets are only a small part of the issue. taking that money they make off this game and putting it back into the servers (upgrading them) i'm sure would help immensely

If you're using Ripper's mod for the pc client, go to your STFC directory and add ".bak" to the end of the version.dll file. Doing this allowed me back into the game, so I'm guessing there's likely an update I need to apply so I can continue using the mod

I have tried multiple times, both on android phone app and on pc version of the game to activate a 100% damage (mission) combat exocomp and it takes one from my inventory (I had a total of four) but it doesn't show up in my active exocomps boxes. Yep, seems it's all over the servers now. I really, really wish Scopely would listen to the players and keep a month or so (if that's even enough now) free of any new content and just fix the things they've broken during these years. I mean I remember how you didn't have to go to the system to see if your ship has joined the armada or not and get the counter visible. That's been broken for like years now? Every time they "fix" something now or bring in the new stuff, more things break (and the new stuff usually too).

I've said many times that if this was a professional business software, they'd be out of business. I used to think that Niantic was bad with their Ingress Prime bugs, but this is a whole new level of messing things up. I can totally understand players leaving the game en masse, because there's already too much grind and things to do (and half of it is broken in some way or another). I already have a day job that I'm paid for, and this game isn't it. [end rant - thanks for the peer support x) ]

I created a case 26838155 to inquire about losing out on a Chimera attack. The game glitched and my ship never joined the attack. Another case number that was created is 26838142. I found the original case number, #26837937. The issue really stems form my ship being in a level 56 system for the Chimera event, I clicked on the start armada button, but my ship never flew into the circle. I also have the Kir'Shara artifact unlocked at level 1. I am concerned over the lost blue particles and potential loot i could of won on the failed attack.

when mining, the amount mined from the node, the time of the return to idle state, and the time of the message at the top of the screen notifying that a ship has depleted a mining spot are all slightly wrong such that you can give the ship a command after the number reaches the node's total amount, after the "ZZZ" indicating return to idle state, and after the message and it can still leave some resources in the node, preventing it from resetting

getting a lot of lag on server 29 right now. clicking on 'events' in upper right, takes about 60 seconds or more to load, and gives me 'communication error' on occassion. in game alliance chat is dropping some of my messages, and taking almost 4 minutes to appear when they do show up.
