I finished Lorca trial 4, the points still not in the meta event. And it was 20 minutes and one reastart ago.
Daily Mantis points are not all counted either.
Edit: the 2nd restart made the dailies OK. Lorca meta event still not counting.

Great patch, EU401 has chat delay between 12 seconds and a full minute and redeeming gift boxes via 'collect all' gives server error notifications (without any error code, so not even reportable appropriately)

Seems to be something in the pipeline backed up so stuff is happening, but not till later. So far on 401

  • Event completion/scorings delayed for several minutes
  • Chat stops refreshing or messages take a few seconds to appear after posting
  • Chest openings like 10mins chest fail to go through the first time
  • Few seconds of spinning to open various things like recruit chests or reward chests

There are visual glitches in this game that are years old. If they chose to take one month to focus on fixing bugs instead of launching new content their growth would actually exceed what would have gotten through the new content. The TQM model has been proven to be successful in many businesses like Zappos and Chick-fil-A. Zappos sells the same shoes as everyone else, but it was the customer experience/service that made them the #1 online shoe retailer.

I purchased the Elite-Wave-BP pack from the web-shop (4 hours ago). However, the elite sections stays locked. Contacted support with my receipts and screenshot. Support confirms the purchase with my transaction-ID and it not showing, however sends me back to Xsolla-Support. Xsolla-FAQs state that once the purchase is confirmed it is up to the game-developer to correctly book it to my account (which sounds completely logical).
This is quickly closing in to fraud 😡

The recently released feature that let you set course to and then use a rift is broken in a lot of systems. Once the ship gets to the rift, an error pops up saying the ship needs to be inside the rift to use it. However the ship is inside the rift at that time. It works in some systems, but in most is is broken, especially in the expensive "golden rifts"

Generally when they mark it for a specific day, the switchover for events is when it expires.

Please fix the ship level display… it has been broken for much too long. Going to dock at your base just to see what level the ship actually is while grinding is like alpha game issues… not a game this far along.

When are you going to fix this bug, getting fortified appears to destroy the ship but it isn't actually destroyed, it stays where it is and if you click repair it instantly goes back to it's previous status, however if you were in an Armada you are kicked out and have to re-join, very annoying!!!

What is up with this little button getting an invisible overlay as soon as the 10 minutes counter goes down indicating the first gift chest is available? Ok, I don't know what went wrong on your MU Ent-E spawning fix, but before the Fix I would go to Mirror Yridia, hit the Ent-Es when they spawned and then hiting reg hostiles until the next one so I was getting Omega Trell, a new Ent-E would spawn approx every 4-5 reg hostiles and I would end most trips with 20+ EntE chests. Today I go to M Yridia, hit the EntE already there and then hit reg hostiles the same way and end up with 4 EntE chests, in approx 27min. How did you start with the intension to spawn MORE EntEs and end up spawning FAR fewer?

I don’t know how many years it has been, the level used to update while out of dock grinding. Awaiting docking to upgrade stats seems very defective to me personally.

If I was in a ship fighting hostile ships I would expect my experiences to directly impact my ability to fend off or improve future attacks. Going home to rest doesn’t seem like an ideal way to integrate my experiences.

TLDR; ship used to show the xp needed per level and current level, now just xp needed and doesn’t increment the lvl at all until docked.

This system has been buggy since I was able to reach it. I don't know if others are reporting all the issues so here is a summary of the experience I get when here. This is on Mac, PC, and Android.

Known issues:
Node states that it is occupied by your ship after leaving it. Happens on multiple nodes preventing proper respawning of new nodes. Can't leave system to reset (by docking) because it is token space and costs to do this.

Node icon is wrong from time to time. Rare node spawns with a Common node icon or other way around.

System fills with Rare only nodes, not valuable to low OPS players. It is token space and needing to fill the ship with a useless, at this time, resource is costly in tokens and time to gather needed resources.

Icons don't display at times and you need to just look for the square box indicating something is there but don't know if it is Rare or Common

At times you can't see other player is on a node and I've accidently set to attack that player unintentionally.

Recently when I get armada start messages outside the game, in a lot of cases nobody started an armada at that time. (It worked properly earlier.)
Now I noticed this in the game, too, and realized it is somehow connected to the pop-up messages about attack and victory during autofarm, as they seem to be piled up somehow, and in delay. I have never seen the same problem before, not even during autofarm. Does anyone have the same problem?

Bringing this up again because I didn't get any feedback on it last time. Dane's loot ability is not triggering on MU traders, as shown by my testing here. T3 5/11 (60% loot bonus) produces more loot than t3 Dane (140%). I opened a support ticket and they said "Officer Dane's ability is properly activating and working in your case" and closed my ticket.

Fix the issue with the Borg cube.Its health gets increased when in combat.

Armada speedups require me to relog the client for the speed up to work. Hitting speed up button does nothing. Hitting it a second time reports an error. Relogging and the armada timer starts.

Tauriels(DQ system) has been broken for a while now on server 108.
hostiles present in this system cannot be loaded, only newly spawned hostiles are visible and interactible. scanning with voyager results in fuel being consumed without revealing any 8472.

Not a bug in the traditional terms but I want scopley to know what I think. I think all this time has been a frustrating waste been playing since January 2021 and people now are surpassed me by 10 levels and paid no money to play. I haven't paid much but it's a huge time suck. A HUGE WASTE OF MY TIME. Played way to much to delete and start again but if I did 8 would be wouldn't be held back by old game mistakes. If I delete it I'm done, why can't Scopley do something about that

@tribal yarrow, you've maxed out all of the Common and Uncommon officers in the Standard crew chests but not the 3 rare mining officers. The odds on getting them is fairly low so you got whacked by the RNG.

There is a widespread issue in the game of 'not being able to count'. Badges show up on things saying there are, say, 3 'things' you can claim when there is only 1. Or with no badge/number at all when there are things to be had.
