The top numbers correspond to only the current month's chips, there isn't enough space for all the currencies that tab uses. I'd hurry and use those April chips while you can, the timer's almost out.

Yes, but you only get credit for 4, which is maximum for the trait. You can’t double dip to increase crit chance.

Let me see if I can write this so it makes sense.

1. I cloak my ship, and fly to a pvp system.
2. I engage in pvp.
3. I fly to another system. There is no pvp.
4. I recloak my ship and return to a pvp system.
5. Flight timer on my ship goes to 00. I cannot locate my ship.
6. I assume its the old bug like where your ship gets stuck in combat. I try to unstick it by claiming 10 minute chest, or launching another ship. It does not work.
7. I reboot my client and my ship is at home either fully repaired or damaged but my cloak is on cool down and I lost my Tetryons.

I am not cloaking my ship and returning it to station. I do not know why it is going to the station. This is on my home server BTW

I'm finally going to take the plunge to talk to support after my Q Trials progress has been completely halted because several people have told me that I'll have to talk to support to reset the hostile.

Unfortunately, you can see how well my first attempt with the chatbot went from the attached image. I know what to try next. This simply documents a glaring issue with reporting issues.

I'm going to ignore the part of me that wants to rant about the unacceptable list of currently known and being investigated issues and get to the part where I didn't stand a chance as soon as I selected the "Latest Release Issues" option.

• First of all, why not? If you can't handle the volume of players seeking resolutions to Technical Issues/Bugs related to the Latest Releases, the content wasn't ready to be released without hiring more support technicians.

• I am then asked to select a number from the list of . Firstly, why have you given me a different input method (which clearly lacks data validation)? Secondly, the bot only shows numbers for the "General" section of the message. I couldn't even select Mirror Universe related options if that had been my issue.

• Without said data validation, the bot automatically assumes that my issue, which I never even got a chance to specify, was already on the list, and the bug reporting feature of the chatbot is completely worthless in that case.

• Lastly, when Q Trial hostile bugs were discovered (showing properties of specialty hostiles, over-tuned, etc) and supposedly fixed, WHY DIDN'T YOU RESET EVERYONE'S Q TRIAL HOSTILES FOR EACH STAGE? If you were worried about issues related to ongoing trials, doing it during a maintenance would've sufficed. There have been several maintenances since this issue arose.

I don't expect a follow-up regarding the regular onslaught of new "features" (bugs) that we are forced to navigate as players. I don't even expect a follow-up regarding the bot's issues which I do want to clarify must be universal -- not just for me.

I just can't understand how this obvious flaw in reporting bugs can be acceptable given the frequency in which bugs occur. If there are 3 ways to seek support, all 3 need to work. I'm glad that I'm now aware of this email option, but I think it's absurd to expect players to know of all methods of contacting support rather than one.

Warp ranges for Hedes system and above are bugged. They all show range of 100 (which I think is wrong anyway), but a ship with 105 warp range says insufficient, affecting multiple players.

Also the access system of Er'Tama has a warp range of 120, so is clearly a bug

Try forcing a different path (by warping to a system closer to your destination). Sometimes the calculation for how to reach your destination will choose a path through a system with higher warp than you can reach. The issue likely lies within a system it has chosen to path through that wasn't strictly necessary for you to complete your trip.

I certainly don't have all the systems memorized by name, but if my theory is correct, it wouldn't be the 1 system leading to it. It'd be a system your path travels before that 1 system which is higher warp and it has selected that path even though there may be another way to the 1 connecting system that requires lower warp. There's a visual bug that improperly displays how much warp range you need to reach. And not everyone has the same warp range on their realtas, there is research that can extend it and an FC Kirk too. If you can't reach, you're too far away and should move closer.

Either the warp range shown on my Realta is wrong, or the one shown for the system is wrong. Either way, some information is wrong and needs correcting. Worthless game. Try to claim stuff and it freezes in progress without ever giving anything now. Report it to tech and they claim you got it even though you prove that you did by showing it froze in process. As one that has done computer programming I can tell you right now from experience that if games freeze in process you don’t receive anything. Voyager Astrometrics Scan - Player Base Location Reveal

No longer works.

Clicking the red button when selecting a players ship in space does not reveal their base location but instead shows the 'Scan' screen. It still takes the ability 'payment' but as said, does not reveal the system/location of the selected players base.

I have tried the ability a few times in recent weeks, same broken result every time.

NOTE: I have used this ability in the past and it has worked.

The difference between the two scan screens is a button that shows on the Astrometric Scan one where pressing shows you the base. If you don't see this button with the ability, take a SS.

I do see the button, but pressing it used to take you to map view to show you the system where the player's base was (if in dark space) or it would show you and highlight the planet if the base was in a non-dark space location.

This no longer works, all that happens is I get charged for using the ability but then the ship scan screen appears... it does not show the base scan screen.

Having issues with chats (AC/GC) freezing. I realize sometimes chats can be slow at times, but when it goes inactive for over an hour, there is an issue. After closing the game and reopening it, chats were back to normal. This is very counterproductive in game play.

My friend was visiting and logged into my PC with his STFC account.
We switched back and forth a few times on the PC last week. Now, my Scopely ID and his Scopely ID are linked to his account. We verified this by logging into the webstore with both Scopely IDs. In each case, my friend’s account is pulled up.

S67, System Crypsotys gives me and some of my alliance members "exception_error_200" and the system slowly loads hostiles 1-2 at a time, and the Voyager's summon ability doesn't work in that system. When ship A is starting/finishing an attack, why does it close the dialog open that ships B/C/D/E/F/G/H are trying to interact with? Hard to select attack or queue for ships B-H when ship A starting/finishing an attack will close ALL OPEN SHIP WINDOWS... this is beyond stupid and makes the kirshara annoying to use. minor bug in Mac Mini Pro M2 : after checking daily events such as recuitment event, I used some recruitment tokens. After that, I none of the events icons are selectable. Only button that worked was Escape key. Had to quit and restart the app to fix.

good evening and regards from server EU 140, level 46, there is a reason for exocomps behave while on faction hunt event? i.e i'm federation champion and i'm trying to lock romulons, i do daily an attack on sol with exo's activated, an 100% rom rep, an 70% rom rep on multi, and one 100% klingon rep on the other multi. my fc kirk is always set to increase rom rep and to do more damage to fed. since faction hunt began, when i do the 100% rep roms ucupy 2 slots, one of them multi, but it don't give the same rep gains, or supposed more, than the ones i usually set.

Two things, occasionally buffing ships with cerritos causes it to "die" says it's dead, once you repair its as normal. Another, this bug happened just before an armada and the armada disbanded despite me being in it(I was the leader). I suspect the bug caused me to appear as if I wasn't in the armada.

You should file a ticket with CS so they can handle that mission for you. The target spawned in too deep of a system for you. Also, many missions spawn targets near your station so you may want to move away from high warp areas. #👽-how-to-contact-support
