is there a way to get game logs? not just battle csv files but actual game logs from my client showing things like shield applied at such and such time and sheild time length?
I placed an 8 hr shield on my base at 3:30 est. got up at around 8:30 am and it looked like my shield was still active. i started to have graphical overlay issues and a lock up looking at my officers page as people have already reported here. Rebooted my game. upon loading it back up. my shield was dropped and going thru the battle logs my base had been being attacked from about 4:30 am until 8 am something when i reshielded. I am looking around the scopely website trying to find out where to report this issue properly. anyone here able to direct me in the proper direction? i'm finding only faqs with solutions that don't apply to this new game bug. thank you all in advance for any assistance and have a great day gaming!

This isn’t a bug. The treasury content is related to spending in game. As you state you are f2p, I can see this as a standard base for that payout.

Anybody having issues with bookmarks? An alliance mate just got a new phone and it clobbered all his bookmarks. He tried adding a new one on the new device and now it wiped all the bookmarks on the rest of the devices as well minus this new one. It's hard to imagine that Scopley doesn't maintain any backups of the data. The support person said the bookmarks are per device.

Uh Borg cube bug so when you need to upgrade the Borg cube one of the requirements is upgrading the ktinga to T6 and it says in the Borg cube upgrade UI upon reaching T6 a item will be unlocked in refinery to upgrade the Borg cube. But it doesn’t actually ever come through the refinery it actually is a gift. So the UI incorrectly says to look in refinery.

Game freezes when changing screens (going to officer tab, going to refinery), game freezes when changing systems, game glitches out and stops letting me click on a system to go to it from galaxy view. All of these are fixed for a time by a game restart. They have happened consistently but randomly on both PC and Android client. Yes I am fully updated.

I was traveling through the mirror universe rift in Mirror Hoeven to travel to Mirror Beta Penthe and my ship was teleported back to my base. I lost my Cerritos buff, the 300 MU entry tokens, plus the 40 premium and 200 uncommon rift travel token doohickies.

I tried filling out a help ticket under bug reporting and it was auto closed before I ever entered my issue (by the way, the help ticket Congo line is terrible, not intuitive, doesn’t allow you to go back and choose a different option, and is all around just bad).

Can someone advise me which of the myriad of choices I should select to get my help ticket submitted to the right place?

There's a lag when using the rifts while the game works out what it's doing.
Don't touch anyting during that lag or it can send you back to your station instead of the right destination.

Has Scopely addressed the fact that the Mirror Mining boost research is not functioning? I currently have it at +25000% and still have the exact mining rate on the Trillium nodes resulting in an absolute waste of mirror keys only being able to mine approximately 4600 Trell D per trip with a T11 Nova.

Thank you for sharing! I ended up getting a ticket submitted (“missing rewards / items”) in which I could actually type an entry about my problem without the ticket being auto-closed. I sincerely hope Scopely fixes this horrid help ticket system.

It’s awful that players literally need to jump through hoops before getting an issue sent to Scopely. Hopefully someone on this discord with clout can pass the memo to the folks with a say over these matters. It’s a terrible design and frustrating for players when tickets are repeatedly auto-closed.

For what it’s worth, I had the same thing happen. I was able to finally send a ticket with text using the “missing items/rewards” help option. A teammate of mine had the same thing happen and was eventually reimbursed (after he wasted time trying unusable help tickets same as us)

Try to kill the game, exit the launcher if any, and start the launcher or game again. Sometimes you need to update.

Also, if you are using the launcher (Windows, maybe macOS too), using the Repair option can help. After I had used CCleaner, the game would not launch anymore; probably I had removed too many "temporary files" which were not temporary files at all. Using "Repair" fixed the problem.

Not a lot of point sorting the trellium scoring if they don’t properly adjust the points for what people had already mined. Anyone having issues with keyboard on Android? Since previous game update tapping any part of keyboard - keys or icons - just closes keyboard without anything typed in the edit box. Hello. Im a returning player(began on release date. This particular achievement system won't progress for some reason. Ever after doing the task it requires to continue the progression. Could be I had stopped playing before this content was put into the game so the prerequisite that it needs to trigger progression ahead can't be done again( like eg. There isn't a daily counter yet. It's possible to use your player stat counter and some math, but that's far from ideal. In general, it's nearly impossible to hit unless you're autogrinding, and then you should know that your ability to get loot will be affected.

Not back at the beginning of mirror verse in my base because of a warp bug. As someone who works in tech support when tech doesn’t work many people don’t complain they just stop using it that’s the point I’m at. Don’t design a new feature that dependent on tech that’s not reliable.

Pattern seems to be if you use an exocomp that was used in a diff slot last time it takes over both. My guess is that the exocomp stays assigned to the slot in the background when it runs out and so when you reactivate it that makes it assigned to both.

Should be easy to fix by either unassigning it when it expires or by unassigning it when you activate a new one.

Chances are good you need to relocate back out, because you've planted in a system with a higher warp range than your ships have without scotty or only one ship has the range which is how you got there...

For the pc client, scopely uses xsolla as their payment processor. I'm checking to see if you can reach them. If you cannot, then that might explain why your client is failing at 0% loading. If I activate something in the MP slot, it also occupies the corresponding "normal" slot (galaxy/station/combat).

Morning....I reported a problem to Scopely yesterday of me not getting the 4 star temproral Disruptor parts in my balance in the artifacts tab when i hit hostiles in Silent Systems... Therefore i cannot use or access any rewards in the 4* Temporal Exhange..... I was given the answer that if i hit more than 2000 hostiles a day I wont receive any loot, rep gains or XPs. New bug ? While hitting xindi and being supported by the Cherri seems you can die on the hostiles , need to repair and then can go hunt and die again 😂 . Can’t move my ship unless I repair.

I have a new problem. Franklin a destroying swarm in kiju system. Cargo stopped counting at 41 and no matter how many more swarm destroyed, stayed at 41. It showed on the other counter that i was completing swarm nightly events at level 32, 35, 39 etc. restarting did not fix the issue.

You have probably hit 2,000 hostiles since the limit reset. You won't be able to get loot/xp/rep from hostiles until that limit resets later today at 5am UTC, 1 hour after daily reset. Event scoring is unaffected.

Which makes no sense, as according to the announcement I shouldn't have had it anyway, but definitely did.

Either way, don't give me an event and tell me I can be rewarded for doing something, then just remove the event when I do it.

It's because the code takes the attacker ship for tallying points. Most chasers are not explorers, so they don't count.

But if you're doing the attacking, it works.

Hi, its server EU168 here.
For months Voyager systems 53-Liasoures and 54-Tauriels produce "error 200" , you cannot summon bioships, sometimes regular hostiles appear, sometimes not.
Last incursions however i was on server 176 and both systems were working as intended - no errors, summoning OK.
I have suspicion, that this error has nothing to do with version (couple of them went by and no change), but settings/configuration on server 168.
Can you please investigate?

You need to open a Scopley Ticket, if you are missing the directives, they will return them if they have gone from your inventory, but check 1st as they may still be there with it disappearing

makes it really fun there Scopes, when doing an event in a timed system for tokens, your ship gets stuck for an additional 30-35 seconds (timed it on a stop watch app) on '0' time remaining of combat...every time. Got about 2500 less trell-A than usual in the same time span.

I'm having issues with travel. I try to go to a system that requires 33 for warp and it's telling me I can't reach it but my ship is warp 35. It freezes on me and I can't do anything requiring me to log out and back in. I have already removed and reinstalled but the issue continues. When they fix the game for PC, it's been over a week since every time I restart the game, and it is unstable even with good internet the game keeps giving connection problems, activating all notifications and leaving the settings in the general tab, as sound activates, deactivates the extended zoom, this is already becoming annoying and I already think it's a lack of respect towards the players, because to remove all the annoying notifications about new officers, new ships and everything else you lose almost 5 minutes, fix the bugs please
