There is a 2k daily hostile kill limit, after which you stop earning rep/lootboxes/cargo/xp. It resets at 5 utc, ie. one hour after daily reset.

That sounds like you are still being attacked and can’t get to the cooldown before another hit lands.
The easiest thing to do here is move to a new planet.

What's happening, each event gives 20k total points. I completed it every three days... but i's just 90k instead of 100k...

Actually it's more data from server not getting to us, that's what lag is.
Is when our client wants to do something, but has to wait for server to process previous actions and say OK carry on.

And hence why the problem of where server is located,
Yes EU processing servers are in EU, but 3rd party company based in USA to improve service is silly.
Data goes gr is, to USA, to be sped up back to EU, then from server processing to USA and back to US.

Usually Cs says its our connection that's the 8ssue, but it's not entirely.
And no idea why each action in system is queyed as if running off one kernel.

It could be your network connection, since ISPs vary in their connection routes and internal traffic management, but most people say “my internet is fine” based on utterly unrelated “evidence”, often spoedtest or that their “special videos” still work just fine.

The real problem is scopely are using a low latency service provider for a high latency product.
Event server is located in completely different region to processing actions servers, so processing action servers need to wait for event server to respond.

On top of that you have live ops located in different country delving into and trying to fix things slowing things down.n.
Then you have high action capacity events all running at same time.

Why is it best time to play in EU is during USA peak time.

Simply scopely has no idea what time is in EU or Asia or when their peak times are and 3rd party poo provider is an anericaj company who also has no idea about worldwide peak times.

Weird: in Territory takeover defense, occupying capture nodes any time during the first minute (as in being off the node and waiting until the clock starts) does not activate the capture nodes bonus scoring.

After noticing this, we all reset our nodes (during the third or fourth minute) and the bonuses subsequently activated.

This seems like a bug, yes?

Note that we’re not challenging, we’re defending. We’re on the scoreboard from the start of the clock.

This bug could have a huge impact on any tc battle that’s close.

It's been this way for years. Standard practice is for officers to announce in AC to reset nodes after starting.

Which is exactly what we did, as I stated above. Taking the capture nodes after the clock started, with our alliance on the scoreboard. That’s why I’m posting this. We’ve been doing this for years. There is a bug in the scoring that has not been the case before. (Maybe it was a fluke, another server glitch blanking out for the start of the takeover. OR it’s a bug that slipped in.)

Anyone can confirm if the eye of ara is actually working? I'm looking at a few artifacts and my T8 Eye (9%) is NOT reducing ANY costs compared to what's on the stfc.space site. Both shards and remnants DO NOT show any reduction. I even tried upgrading 2 artifacts and full amounts were deducted.

Kindly fix these glitches and bugs they make playing the game taxing and frustrating. I play on iOS on my phone more then I play on windows on my laptop yet both have same issues. Hate playing on pc for hate how you have zoom feature only for mouse. I play on a laptop top without a mouse so no way to change zoom so I hate playing on it. So I play on my iOS phone more. The ex-Borg increase in kinetic/energy weapon damage does not count for ships outside of the base. I was wondering why the strength of our ships decreases when leaving the dock. Always thought it is because of the research for “increasing weapons damage when defending the station” - but that would be not enough. So, here are the comparisons.
First 3 pictures: ship inside the dock (more power and weapon damage), ship outside the dock (less power and weapon damage) at the current research level for those to Ex-Borg research in the bottom.

Now: the same comparison, but with increasing level of the research:

As you can see: the power of the ship and the base damage outside of the base remain the same - before and after getting those additional level of base damage.

Pls get into this! This ex-Borg research is broken!!!

I got this on monveen refinery yet I have the ship and refinery open . I get this on others I have open too. I don’t know why I’m posting these glitches and bugs . to get those you need to tier up faction ships.
each faction can get you a full set, so if you've only used federation you need to build an augur, D4, or higher level romulan/klingon ship and tier it up a few times to get another set of parts.

Hi all, there must be an ongoing bug for rewards we receive. When we choose a reward, it will tell us in a popup box what the reward will be and always states at the bottom that this is 'GAURANTEED!'

This implies that the reward shown in the box is what we will get guaranteed, the minimum to expect, which implies that we have the chance of receiving something more by random. This is something I have never seen happen in ally time playing. Which would seem that there is a big not giving extra rewards or that guaranteed was mistakenly put in the reward boxes, has anyone ever gotten any extra rewards than shown in the selections?

You have probably hit 2,000 hostiles since the limit reset. You won't be able to get loot/xp/rep from hostiles until that limit resets later today at 5am UTC, 1 hour after daily reset. Event scoring is unaffected.

Not sure if it is a bug or an intentional switcheroo, but the Gorn eyes frame that I earned in the SLB in the last arc now is just some stupid silvery colored boring frame after the last update. Problem with upgrading officers. Tried to upgrade my SNW Kirk and he completely disappeared from the officer screen on the PC. He was on a ship so I went there to upgrade him, it then took me to Gaila's upgrade screen. I used the phone app instead and he was on there so I could upgrade him. Then when trying to upgrade Airiam on the phone the same thing happened. Logged back into PC version and could upgrade her there. Very buggy.

I'd examine the battle log to see why that happened. It can occur when your ship lacks enough dps to kill a target before round 100. If it reaches that round, the winner is declared by most hull hp and both ships will survive.

If you use the new officer filter, then attempt to use the "Info" option on an officer from the Away Teams selection, you get the wrong officer because of the filtering that was previously applied if that AT officer was filtered out. AT's do not appear to be using the same filter!

Kir'shara is locking more hostiles as "invalid" and it's getting confused between "attack" and "queue" button since updating. It's also still dropping hostiles just as bad. Nothing is fixed, it's just worse 🙄
Having a separate button, as you would for a ship ability, would allow you to choose between queuing or cancelling the queue to attack a different hostile entirely. Might even solve the confusion/lag we're seeing in the button change.

When doing solo armadas, if you have unlocked the armada speedup ability, the speedup button appears roughly when the first ship joins the circle, with one or two ships usually still being a few seconds from joining the ring. If you click the 10 sec speedup button before all three ships have joined, one or two ships do not join properly, even though you issued the 'go to' command for all three ships beforehand. The speedup button somehow confuses the ships still outside the armada ring - they stop inside the circle, but don't join, leaving only the properly joined ship/s to take on the armada. (EDIT: Amending the timing of the speedup button appearing, e.g. delaying it by a few seconds so it appears once all three ships have stopped inside the circle, might be more logical UX-wise, and hopefully a relatively easy fix)

Hi <@&509690795536941056>, I found two bugs with the new officer filtering. Both appear in the officers view.

1. You can click multiple times on the filter button despite it is already open. When doing this, the filter opens once again after closing it.
2. The reset button does not reset the toggles. It resets only the checkboxes.
   Can you please pass this to your dev team/QA team as at least the first one should be part of basic tests?

My favorite part about introducing pvp incentives is making it impossible to control a ship after rifting without restarting the app so I can't avoid being destroyed.

Fix the warp paths, if you click on Mirror Hoevven (for example), it says it has a warp path direct from Mirror Wolf, which it does not, there is only one warp path you can use from there!

If I can't open systems it's pretty much impossible to play the game. Just says scanning over and over then dumps to that. I've rebooted, cleared localisation, reinstalled and WiFi is fine.

After about 30 seconds in a Xindi system, it looks like this. None of the hostiles “bounce” from the edge of the system, and they just end up in a few clusters. You can tap “Attack” on one of them, and you end up going to a completely different place in the system because they are still moving but just don’t display as such. It’s utterly unplayable.

I think this happens in normal hostile systems too, but Xindi move a lot quicker and so the clustering becomes apparent much sooner.
