This was fixed once, now it's back....I'm not sure if its safe to pop a fresh exo in the slots I didn't activate

I've played this game for 5+ years daily, spent more than I want to say and regardless of past issues I really have enjoyed the game. I've even made a few friends (and enemies Lol).
Having said that, I'm so close to quitting. Why would I, or anyone, want to stay when not only can the developers not figure out a fix in over 3 days, but there is almost no communication updating those effected?

This one is a fairly old bug, but it seems like it should be fixable? Cerritos/Defiant (maybe Titan?) boost a ship that already has some damage and you may see that your boosted ship now appears to be "destroyed" ... except it's still in the system, maybe still in an armada, possibly still killing things. Can't order it to do anything until you "repair" - which resets the "destroyed" state and it's usable again (for a while). Noticed a few times while running solomadas, also while running Second Contact events and Cerritos boosting.

There's a workaround for this. If you put that same exocomp in a different slot, that's what causes this. If you remember which exocomps you had in which slots last, you can avoid this. It looks like you haven't used your 2 multipurpose slots since you put the 25% research speed exocomps in them, so once you put it in the station exocomp slot, it duplicated to the other slots. The easiest workaround to this is to make sure you put less common exocomps or waste exocomps into the multipurpose slot to "clear" it before dropping the exocomp that you want in the normal slot, if you're planning on dropping some others in the multipurpose slots.

System>apps>stfc>clear data.
Back to phones home screen locate stfc app logo, uninstall.
Turn off phone, turn on or clear cache of phone.
(I have to turn off stupid phone).
Go to Google store, reinstall stfc once installed uninstall.
Then reinstall
Now load app take a while as its clean install.
Gets to authentication, can't log you into Google play fine np.
Exit app.
Go to Google play. Check you logged in. If need be select the account you usually use.
Load app from googly play by selecting play,
Should load fully this time, begins downloading from Google play. Your account.
Takes a while on slow connections.
Then should take you to station docks view, wait for UI to load fully.

You will find you have pips everywhere and everywhere you go will need to load images, system view etc, but you are in and on your account

So I alerted support that Norton says the PC version is a security risk at startup - you can't delete the file in question or the game won't load (I tried and then had to repair). My Galaxy Tab A running Android 11 won't load the game since the update. So their encouragement to play the game on a different device until they figure out the PC issue is...a joke? When I install the game move through the tutorial and login with my Scopely ID and load the saved game. All my bookmarks from saved game are gone! Or more exact the bookmarks from saved game don't get loaded and the bookmarks from new account (game install) will saved to the Scopely ID. Tested with pc client that the bookmarks are gone.

The ability is 100% it seems and makes these impossible to kill except for maybe I very high level. I am almost done tier 3 and the tier 2 hostile with this ability must be an error...... If the intention was to code these as Aquatic Xindi where the ability would be 30% and the NX-01 would mitigate, then this is not working as intended. Please help!!!!

This seems a little problematic, it isn’t just android users seeing issues. Whilst the majority of times I can login in on my iOS tablet, I’m struggling to get anything done. For example, when grinding, doing missions, territory takeovers or defence, do one thing, try a second and the game crashes, occasionally it will crash on the first hostile as well.
During an uncontested territory defence, not even touching the tablet, it crashed.
Resetting or placing miners has caused it to crash.
I struggle just to get through dailies, let alone anything else.

it changes damage at levels 6/11/16/21/etc. odds are you leveled it up to a breakpoint.
alternatively, since charging is done off damage dealt, maybe you're hitting different 38's that have way less hull

Hello, please fix the bugs. Teritory bug is awful, then in takeover need to restart game multiple times which you dont have time to do, bcz ships get stuck or ship missing and you cant do anything with it. This bug is knows for a long time and no fix...

Can you temporarily set up on a laptop? I think this error is not a Scopely bug of the month, it is the underlying UNITY update (updates of underlying code are always evil) and Scopely's team is at the mercy of UNITY support on this one. I'm telling my team to set up an account on a PC or other device so they can shield and meet dailies until the fix for their mobile phones is up and running. Above there is also a fix to roll back to an older version of the game, but that is an option I would only try when all else fails. Eventually it will stop working too once an update is required.

The game client crashes instantly on startup at the black Star Trek Fleet Command screen. Sometimes Android produces an additional popup that says that this app contains a bug. Sometimes the app crashes so hard that the screen freezes for some seconds, then turns black, and Android starts to reboot.
I reported this problem on Tuesday, and I'm still waiting for an answer from Scopely. I have been locked out of the game since that time, and no, I don't have access to a Windows PC.

Ported in the New Engine this bug, when the Station seems smashed you can't click anything. You must Restart the game.
But the Zoom bug is fixed thank you for that.

EDIT: Missed a research, here's an updated graphic.

Upon further inspection, it appears that the timers Evasive Klingons, Gas Miner, and Emergency Defenses are not actually going down. That means only Federation Weakpoints, Defense Strategy II, and Interceptor Plasma Conduits are actually progressing, which is the expected number of active researches.

But I'm extremely hesitant to touch anything. I don't want to collect any of those "completed" researches.

Hey, is there any way to get rid of the incessant red notification numbers that pop up all over the UI even when there isn't actually anything that needs to be seen? Example, my Refinery button shows a red "43" on it, despite there very much not being 43 actions ready to be taken in the refinery.

I can click on it, then click on each tab that has a number, and they'll clear...for about five minutes.
