Locked up on 4 occasions and now when I switch ships and system views then return to the first all the hostiles planets etc are missing from the system. Thank you Scopely for making things worse. The zoom bug now occurs everytime I shift systems, collect a gift chest, collect a milestone chest, and so on. I uninstalled and reinstalled game. You hotfix update made this even worse.

@umbral nexus please, please, give us Mac users an idea of what's going on with the app following Apple's release of Sonoma 14.2. The app is completely unresponsive and needs to be force-quit because mouse clicks and keyboard commands do absolutely nothing. I'm beggin' ya, just throw us a frickin' bone here. The game is barely playable on the phone these days with constant crashes and unexpected failures; being able to fire it up on my Mac has made the difference between me playing and throwing in the towel.

My game on iOS (iPad) keeps simply shutting down this is happening multiple time an hour at its worse it occurs every 2-3 minutes. There are no error messages the game simple closes and I end up looking at my Home Screen instead of the game.
I’ve raised tickets but have had no response, I’ve reinstalled the game and it’s no better and there doesn’t seem to be an acknowledgement that this is an issue & worse than that it’s a game breaking issue. I’ve invested a lot of time and a fair bit of money into the game for it now to be near unplayable.
Is anything being done about this issue, are Scopely even aware of how bad it is for some of us. Some sort of communication would be nice if you could watch an hour of my play the team should be ashamed of the service I and I’m sure many are provided. This issue of the game simply shutting down has been happening for months now but it’s getting worse month on month.

I want to report False Positives on the Censoring. It's annoying because I can't communicate with my team mates:

• in German, "Mona" (short for Monaveen) is being censored. "Moan" isn't so that's not where it's from

• also in German, "Hui" gets censored which is German for "Woah" basically.

@umbral nexus issue with MacOS version appears to be to do with the screen resolution and it only working now in full screen format. Anything else appears to lock the game making it unplayable and nothing can be selected or changed. Ticket in with Scopely

There are players who are dedicated to annoying the waves of the other players. They enter and then when there are a few seconds left to start they leave, when you realize you are two players or even that you are alone. You would have to put a form of penalty so that they do not do so. can make, or put the maps by alliance like the armadas

It is not normal that you enter in a wave that there are 5 players and when you realize it, almost all of them have gone and there is only you and another player. Not only do they not play the game. They also do not let other players enter. Busting the game.

server 187 unable to use Broken Desealing Rods to create a full Desealing rod to open the Treasury. both the button in the treasury itself, and the recruit tab of the store are greyed out and not accessible. i have completed the 700 points to satisfy the condition of the treasury being "full" and have over 6000 broken desealing rods.

Actually, wrong. In the last few weeks shields from multiple servers decay at a higher than expected rate. The only way I can get 12 hr shield is to get a 1 day, so yes I do believe along with all the other glitches going on in the game, that shield timers are also failing.

For those suffering from shield timer failure, # few points .. first donate down excess resources.. second before you log off get a SS of yer shield timer, and third, remove captains from yer ships. Without a captain, they won't defend and thus won't be damaged. If yer doing swarm and using the resource refinery, you got enough Bio minerals to keep you going until you can raid.

I just had the same problem with half of the refineries and after checking, I did not have the crystal and ore 4*, gas 3* and I had the problem with a materials chest from the Bajoran faction
