Hello, I just started the game several days ago and wanted to join the server of a friend, I'm only level two and I used the server transfer to his server but I haven't been able to play since then because I just keep getting an error saying I'm joining a rival server after the Infinite Incursion Event has ended and wants me to return to my home server which I don't have anymore.

Play the tutorial until you complete the Distress Call mission then you'll be able to login with Scopley. It might take you two tries though, like it did with me. After you login you should see prompts (a box with text) show up. Select No, Yes, and Confirm in that exact order. You should be back in then, instead of stuck at lvl 1.

Sorry to hear that. I had the same issue. I got back in my account. Follow these instructions to return to your regular account.

Play the tutorial until you complete the mission Distress Call then click through the dialogue afterwards. Then you'll be free to click on your profile image/avatar, then select settings, select general, select to login with Scopely, log into your account, you should get a prompt/box with text with the options yes and no (or the game could restart returning you to Ops lvl 1 on your first attempt. If it does repeat the steps and login again). Select the options in this exact order. No, Yes and Confirm. Once the game loads you should be back in your normal account again.

One of my alliance members says that there is a field training for the battle simulator but I do not have it. My ops is 35 my mom who also plays came to see my screen as well. I play on the pc and I cleared the localization. That didnt do anything so I closed the game completely relaunched the launcher nothing. Update on cursor accuracy. When switching from another window, after clicking on the game UI, my cursor jumps up and to the left. The authentication token was corrupted or expired, and it defaulted to a level 1 tutorial. Should be able to log in fine with your scopely account once going through said tutorial.

Issue: Ships are not leveling up correctly / not showing their correct level after leveling up

STR:

1. take a tier 7 level 30 Turas
2. battle hostiles with the Turas
3. monitor the ship EXP and ship level
4. battle one more hostile when EXP is about to max out

Expectations: after winning the battle, ship EXP rolls over to the next level, ship level should increase by one (eg. from 30 to 31), max level is 35, ship stats should also increase
Actual: after winning the battle, ship EXP rolls over to the next level, ship level remains at 30, despite max possible level is 35, not sure if ship stats ever increased

Go to Settings->Privacy->Analytics & Improvements->Analytics Data.

Look for the JetsamEvent logs.

I think this is not cool. 'm' key shortcut seems to be broken on Windows PC client

I'm having an issue with the PC client. I have an existing account I use on mobile (Android). I've installed the PC client and played through the intro walkthrough until I could access the Settings menu. I selected Player Profile>Settings>General, verified that the ID shown at the bottom is different from my primary account, and selected "Switch Account". This brings up the sign in page in my web browser. I signed in using my Scopely account email and password, but when it returns me to the game it says "Already logged in under this account".

I'm extremely nervous about proceeding because I do not want to lose progress on my actual account.

• Connection lost during wave defense, have to restart the app
• Ship stays in combat for 15-30 seconds, preventing it from attacking other hostiles in wave defense
• Zoom bug occasionally causes app to crash and requires a restart

I feel like these are mostly related to server performance, which was the big problem that we had yesterday after maintenance. I suspect whatever was done to "fix" it wasn't enough.

Is Dossier 2 Damage Control broken? It states it's for ops 40, but required a level 50 wave defense. Yesteday, you could not even target reds in level 50 defense. Today, you cannot survive even one hit in that system, unless you are ops 50 or higher with appropriate combat ship of at least 40M strength as the "level 38 reds are at least 40M" in the first wave.

We were running a set of rare lvl 51 formation armadas. You could only click on the madas once. After that the normal armada pop up would not appear, so you have no idea what your power level is, who has joined, and can’t apply stars. After resetting you can still only select each once. you can actually exploit getting s31 credits with the glitch of not being able to leave. join with both ships and then leave with both. Then the system gets filled by 5 other players. If you can still view the system, then the exploit worked. You can get s31 credits after the wave defense ends but it does not give battlepass credit.

At this point I doubt that you hear or even give a flip about this scopely, but here goes: S98 L41 acct . My speed ups are entirely ass broken, if I go in and I have no speed ups all I do is go back out and then I go back in and have the speed ups I should have. The recall button keyboard shortcut is still broken. The lag is absolutely terrible. Waves are completely ridiculous, where you got the idea that a level 28 Klingon should be 6 million power I have no idea. The mini game was fun but ultimately with only one level it was more of a gimmick than useful, and I think the time you all spent developing it could have been better spent on not screwing up this update so bad

Quality of life updates you gave us are neither quality nor improving our lives because you made silly decisions about what syndicate level people needed to be or otherwise are just completely out of touch with your player base. There are extreme graphics glitches causing multiple ships to be lost because nobody knows how much hull their ship has left or where the attacking hostile is. The lag also contributes to extreme loss of ships. Things are not spawning right pretty much everywhere, your UI has gone to hell and that's if and when we can get in the game because the "bug fix" you did on the random error codes was as shoddy as everything else you've put out in the last 6 months.

These Waves are terrible for lower players and lower Alliances. Does not encourage Alliances to work together, same as Formation Armadas - Each Alliance for themselves. Also when in Battle gets stuck there battling for 30 seconds. Need Lower sets of Waves for 35 and under players. That definitely checks out. I noticed that it registers the key press if I click a spot in the system to send my ship, then press "M", the "GO" button goes away. It doesn't do that with unmapped keys like "K" or "O" or the number keys not tied to available docks. Thanks for confirming that. I use it often and was certain I used it yesterday, but I guess I haven't used it for longer than I thought.

Killed a hostile and got a long kill animation during Wave Defense Wave 3, it died but stayed in the system with no hull (like they have been in normal systems for a long time).
