I particularly love how after about every five actions the game freezes up and I have to do a hard shut down of the app and restart. It's usually always when I send my ship into enemy territory. I am having a problem finding the "Instructor Spock" shards to promote him ensign to LtJG in order to complete the Field Training. I'm higher ops, so a triple turn in was around 5milion iso (instead of like the 200k or so I would get on a triple turn in right now), I turned it in today actually at the higher rate, announced it in AC not too long afterwards, then it got ninja patched (they took the event reward down, it wasn't available for a few hours), and now it's back with the much lower rewards. Needless to say I spent the 5 million right away, good times lol

If it's stuck in battle, try using another ship for awhile. That'll be faster of a workaround than waiting on CS.

I have just completed the Away Teams Mission called Planetary Survey (around 05:22 AM GMT, October 5th 2023). It should have given me a number of Azetbur shards. My Azetbur officer is already maxed so I should have received transporter patterns. But, when I claimed the missions rewards below Azetbur's icon the number 0 (zero) was displayed in red.

I know this bug occurred for many months in the past when the completion of Swarm Hunt weekly events gave nothing if you had your Khan and Mara officers already maxed.

Unfortunately I wasn't smart enough to make screenshots with the Away Teams Mission rewards window, nor with my inventory window before and after claiming the mission rewards.

Ios app crashing is a bit better compared to last patch update (see no difference with new arc update). The app closes on its own less. But still does close. But I get internet connection errors all the time and so frequently its insane. It is rare I can play more then 5 minutes in a row. My internet connectivity is fine and very stable and other apps don’t have such issues, I can work fine with no disconnect from home. I live in a decent large city, internet is fine. Its so annoying I am strongly considering quitting this game. This occurs on both iphone 11 and ipad 9.

The preset issue is a bug. Treasury runs every month, I'd check back on Week2 ~Thursday.

Server 41 Bug report consists of 164 crashes since maintenance window. This includes, collecting dailies, refinery actions such as collecting items, switching ships, targeting hostiles, placing ship on mine, starting armada, AC chat, recalling ships from DS or heck even sending them out. This is useless as you'll continue to push new content before fixing the old. UI constantly glitches, can't click systems or ships, or one screen overlaps another. Getting boosted by someones Titan results in you showing up as destroyed in the dock, but your ship is still in space and can participate in the armada. You can't recall it and have to repair it even though not actaully destroyed. Reports as being killed by some random player that didn't hit you (because you are still alive and in the armada).

Three bugs to report:

1. Station being attacked 1a) is not sending notifications and 1b) not keeping battle report. Many players in my alliance complaining about it.
   I saw people complaining about "All Notifications" are off and/or disabled, but mine shows on (Samsung S22 Ultra). But still, despite the notifications, there is no battle report.
2. when ship warps, it still shows as staying there, even mining or parked... if I warp it again, it show an error saying ship not there or something like this.

Everytime I'm in an armada and call another, I can't cancel the warp, 'cause there's no X. Also the game shows me in armada, although the ship is already warping to another one. It takes about 30 seconds for it to show the correct status of the ship. Sometimes this means I miss on one of the armadas. Like just now for instance. FIX YOUR GAME!

When I call an armada in the same system, it shows I'm in the current armada, but the ship still travels to the new one. Again missed the first one because of that!

@sacred mango got stuck in battle too. There is a work around, if you don't want to wait in the queue for Scopely customer support. Just DM on workaround. The prior one to have another player hit your ship, may or may not unfreeze it. See the FAQ. The others are more complicated.

Error discovered for new players (at least as far as my wife's game is concerned):

1. welcome gift is not received when a scopely account is created and linked to the game. However, this is a prerequisite to be able to use the function on the website. There is no sense here.
2. practical training for officers: Troi should be promoted to rank 2, even if this has already been done. The practical training cannot be continued here.
3. practical training station: 10,000 tritanium should be donated. If you are in an alliance with a higher ranking, you have to contribute a much higher amount. In my case, 150,000 must be donated.

What are the levels of the two ships? Vorta Vor at level 10 is the same as a level 1 Nova for the ship ability and at some point a higher tier Vorta Vor will have a better mining laser then a low tier Nova. Plus also any faction research Vorta Vor gets as a Rom ship while Nova is factionless

It's more than that, the jelly constructor also has a cash shop component that has to be removed. It's probably what broke because that missing button is the same thing that happens to the jelly offer there.

Allows you to make emulsion to jelly bps exchanges in the territory store, and
Allows you to buy jelly bps from the cash shop.

When the jelly service drops, the cash shop offer will lose the buy buttons. It looks the same as the Mona's missing button in the exchange.

It looks like the middle bit of code was removed, and now there's a mix with an emulsion exchange that loses buttons.

You're misinterpreting my post. What players want fixed is valid, but shutting down the game isn't going to happen. Bug fixes are being done while new content is being made. They won't sacrifice one to hyperfocus on the other. This bug, and the others all have their priority, and they'll get to it when they get to it.

well, perhaps yer right and i'll concede that point. my main overall point in all of this was to separate the content from bug fixing, rather than mixing the two - often, the new content introduces new or even augments existing bugs. many of these bugs are long standing, like the lag in events screen, stuck ships (this has been around for months n months), disconnection issues, disappearing msgs in private chats (that's a biggie and a very long standing issue), systems not allowing you to "view" (requires restarting game) even when yer station is there, nodes claiming yer ship is on the node even though it isn't, etc, etc, etc.

i don't know if i speak for everyone, but i'm sure most/many would be totally ok if scopely focused on bug fixing for a little bit, and not added any content.

often the nodes respawn correctly, but the server doesn't correctly communicate it to the game client.
by reloading the area you can get most nodes to update correctly, and by restarting the game you can get all nodes to update correctly.

The scoring seems very inconsistent. For some players it counts when they leave after TC ends, for others it requires them to warp out DURING TC for the points to register. I found jumping ships between alpha and beta every 10-15 minutes was a good way to get the points to register consistently

Did you return the ship to base? Most things need a ship to be at the station to take effect. Similar for any mining boosts when you upgrade a research: it doesn’t affect ships already out elsewhere, until they return to your station.

I am not getting any TC points. I have 2 takeovers I just participated in and gained no TC points at all. I participated in one over the weekend and no TC points for that one either. You make millions in a month and you can't maintain a mobile phone game stable and funcional? If this game was not Star Trek based. It would have died long ago.

It's not a bug, it's a ship ability. Scan the hostile and look at those to see the description. Might be on your battle status report too.

what a compensation for two days of pain and also two month painfull bugs on 137. 6000 replication tocens compensate about 30% of not working SMS events for these two days and the black screen bugs are totally out of scope.

this is especially a reminder that the Daily sms events have g5 ressouurces 51+
