Seriously @umbral nexus .
I do acknoledge diplomacy/silence required in that kind of channel (Whenever there is any communication toward obvious problems).
But month after month, the scenario repeats all over again. Not only from a player perspective but also from a community/economist perspective.
Month after month you're ruining that game we once enjoyed. Lastly I considered myself to quit that game.
Too many stuff added, power creep keep increasing. Social stuff is the only thing that gives me some pleasure loggin in each day.
I used to spend one or two hundred euros a month in 40's, with pleasure. I am ops 46 now and I am not that willing anymore. Last two month, you'd only get 40 from me.
As many player requested, stop listening investors and listen players that pays you each month. Too many content. Too many bugs.
Maybe new players somehow leviate that loss, but CHURN relies on whales and we all know that.
Plus, a simple communication towards obvious bugs cost nothing.. I'll give RevDeuce's survey a Z for communication. Well diserved this month

I had a similar problem, my ships were docked showing “zzzz”, I had to restart every time just to get them back to “damaged”. So far today, things have been ok.

If it wasn't for the fact that we have an event that requires them, I would not complain about losing a transwarp cell. Sent my Vi'Dar to a system using a cell, went to check a post but my admiral, came back after a few min, my Vi'Dar was sitting at my base, and the cell was gone. Would love to have that transwarp cell back.

Scopely, something needs to be done at your end, every month we get a new ARC, every month we get a bag of bugs that seem to be bigger each month. Last monthe we just barely made it to the end with newbugs popping up all the time. this month has bee just a real bad start. if this keeps up the game may not last until the end of the month

Is it asking too much to fix the zoom/ targeting glitch? 6 months of having to type something in chat or restart just to select a hostile or adjust the screen zoom is a bit much. Had that bug lately but thought it was one of many that cropped up due to server merger of 76 and 77, which has resulted in a ton of ghost base bugs

yeah, it's unfortunately an issue if running out of mem - things which seem to help as a workaround: close all background apps and clear the local cache - certainly not a fix, but seems to ease the situation significantly (also on iPhone 8)

• 7 day crates are missing atm (intentionally temporarily disabled - being worked on)
• silver scar mission cannot be completed, since path is locked (issue has been escalated - devs are aware) (update 2023-08-09 4pm UTC: issue has been fixed)
• Rigel star system cannot be entered by some players
• launching the game stuck at 35% with PC client (workaround: disable VPN)
• a non-interactable chest is displayed in the gifts panel (it's a duplicate of the chest u last opened - note: the real chest is still available in its usual location)
• issues with formation armadas which result in "armadas_error_4"
• mission Greater Good part 10 cannot be completed due to missing borg unicomplex (workaround: complete a rare armada (f.e. in Samarklew))
• player ships getting stuck and end up being non-interactable (cannot be recalled or sent somewhere - issue acknowledged/being investigated - workaround: contact customer support to get them unstuck)
• trials are bugged for some player by means that you cannot recall ur ship afterwards (workaround: client restart - FTR: Tested myself with PC client - worked fine for me)
• cloaked ships don't uncloak any longer, when they attack
• Unity BP Event - clicking the "help all" button shows counts as one (note: actual counts are correct - it's just a visual glitch in the notification poup incorrectly stating +1 instead of the actual count)

this is just a collection of activity in this particular channel - it's not a compilation of all items - likely other issues have been fixed as well yet and maybe some of the issues in the list have been also - f.e. I haven't seen another report about the armadas_error_4 within the past 24h - so maybe this one got busted as well or was just a temp glitch which no longer occurs

I don't think it was by server - we have seen cases where some folks on a server have it and others don't.

First step is to clear cache. Second step is to restart the device. If those don't work, send a ticket.

👋 Anyone experiencing severe lag today? My s38 acct is barely playable - takes a few minutes to change a ship, minutes for a “Help” I supply to go thru, etc., etc. Doubt I’ll be able to finish today’s Battlepass as 90% of the time the helps don’t register, as well I cannot donate to the Alliance either. Also after a few attempts, I get booted and it “restarts”, but same issue. Any suggestions?

Hello, i have 6 ships farming XP in augmented space at the moment and no one of them are getting XP and no pve chest at all too…. They are not maxed and still plenty of room for xp to get. Closed the game, restarted it… no effect…. Recalled all ships, send back still no xp gains…

You have probably hit 2,000 hostiles since the limit reset. You won't be able to get loot/xp/rep from hostiles until that limit resets later today at 5am UTC, 1 hour after daily reset. Event scoring is unaffected.

You may have reached the 2,000 hostile limit for the day. After hitting 2,000 hostiles, you will no longer receive loot, XP, or rep from hostiles until the limit resets (currently about 1 hour after daily reset).

Game is no longer working correctly on my Google pixel. That's an Android. It was doing fun until sometime late yesterday evening. Game load slowly. If I try to navigate more than one or two clicks, it locks up and has to be reset. I've restarted the phone and double checked that I'm on the correct update. And my Wi-Fi is working fine.

if your game keeps crashing it could be at your end.whether on phone or pc you have a given amount of RAM. if RAM is full game will not play properly. check to see what is using the RAM on your device and if its get full to fast you may have to many items turned on that are eating up the RAM

I'm having similar problems. On galaxy s22 ultra and when connected to home wifi it takes forever to connect and boots me off within a minute or so. Switch to cell data and virtually no issues. And no, I do not have a VPN setup, either. The game is the only app having issues connecting when on my home wifi. I've restarted both devices, cleared game and phone cache, nothing helps.

They've cut out the middleman. Originally they were introducing the Unicomplex Tech as a currency gained from 7 day chests that could be exchanged 1:1 for the rare formation armada directives. Got a bug where I cannot complete the core mission invaluable asset with the romulans.
Completed every side mission listed by scopely support tray rewards datapads. My mission log currently shows-1/4 datapads on quest, zero damaged datapads in any of my inventories.

The game is dynamic, and with continuing updates, there may be issues with things that you've used in the past. It might still work with a VPN, but you'll need to figure out the configuration yourself. The 35% stalling issue is strongly correlated to VPN use.

Yesterday I attempted to clear the event called Clear the Coast by killing 25 to 30 eclipse and not 1 got counted by Clear the Coast I use a PC and did repair & uninstall reinstall and nothing worked except to finnaly get Borg to give me credit. Here's an updated list of issues after update 57. Hope it helps keeping track of the state.

Issues confirmed to still exist today (2023-08-10):

• launching the game stuck at 35% with PC client (workaround: disable VPN)
• a non-interactive chest is displayed in the gifts panel (it's a duplicate of the chest u last opened - note: the real chest is still available in its usual location)
• trying to start the 3rd leg of a formation armada results in "armadas_error_4"
• player ships getting stuck and end up being non-interactable (cannot be recalled or sent somewhere - issue acknowledged/being investigated - workaround: contact customer support to get them unstuck)
• cloaked ships don't uncloak any longer, when they attack (issue acknowledged on 2023-08-10 - it's being worked on)
• Unity BP Event - clicking the "help all" button shows counts as one (note: actual counts are correct - it's just a visual glitch in the notification popup incorrectly stating +1 instead of the actual count)

Issues last confirmed on 2023-08-09:

• Rigel star system cannot be entered by some players
• mission Greater Good part 10 cannot be completed due to missing borg unicomplex (workaround: complete a rare armada (f.e. in Samarklew))

Issues confirmed fixed:

• silver scar mission cannot be completed, since path is locked (issue has been escalated - devs are aware) (update 2023-08-09 4pm UTC: issue has been fixed)

No no you don't understand it normally is supposed to turn off after you hit one person. Now players with 30 minute cloak timers are killing everyone without being targetable because there cloak doesn't drop for 30+ minutes.

This is why cloak normally turns off after you hit one person. Right now we have a high ops player sitting cloaked killing armada's in any system them can without anyone being able to target them.

Yes it is possible. And its easy. Just understand how the scoring work.
Damage points count. So when you have an enemy with low damage and high hull (actian i.e.) you fight them and reach the 100 round limit without killing it. Then repeat until you die. Then repeat until you reach the 15min limit.

• player ships getting stuck and end up being non-interactive (cannot be recalled or sent somewhere - issue acknowledged/being investigated - workaround: contact customer support to get them unstuck)
• mission Greater Good part 10 cannot be completed due to missing borg unicomplex (workaround: complete a rare armada (f.e. in Samarklew))

• launching the game stuck at 35% with PC client (workaround: disable VPN)

@'game crashing': while from a player's point of view this appears as ONE issue, it's likely to have multiple causes. From what the Customer support on this topic states in principle, they seem to be aware of general issues with the resource consumption especially on mobiles with limited (V)RAM. Hence they tend to suggest workarounds to reduce the load of the RAM on such devices. In principle this seems to improve the situation.

@naive dove issue: I'm sure that's being worked on with a very high priority - since it hasn't been fixed in the past 48 hours it's possibly not as easy to be tackled as it was to get some of the others resolved. I'm sure it's getting fixed in the next days.

@issues with stuck ships: That's confirmed to be a high prio which they are actively working on. Again, presumably another of these things which are not that straight forward to resolve (if they already identified the root cause).

@graphical glitches: While this has been reported here regularly, it seems that fewer players are affected by this particular problem than by the other issues and might again be something related to resource issues on devices. Hence, I'm sure it's of higher priority in ur opinion, but IMO players having been locked out from playing the new missions was certainly a right priorization over this one.

That's their game design as it seems. It's the case for several missions where you can get them started w/o being able to complete 'em directly. At a guess it's their way of telling you that you have to progress ur fleet first before u continue with the story.

In the Delta Quadrant token systems where a Voyager can mine, the anomaly nodes do not refresh correctly.
Especially with the rare nodes. Either non-existant, already cleaned nodes get visually shown, which of course cannot be accessed for mining, or new nodes do not get shown at all.
Having to close and restart the app is so far the only workaround I found to make new rare nodes show up.

the event is working the same, the screenshot on the right is text they updated to be clearer about the way that using the voyager gives you a bonus. if you clear localizaation your text will probably update, but the event has been working that way the whole time so it's not a functional issue

It does get annoying you build an arc around a feature that does not work as intended. The formation armada errors are a pest, and should've been fixed long before you released a gazillion event days requiring them to actually work

Could not bring my miner back to a refreshed gas mine in Archer. Every time I hit the button for mining the shipped warped back home. Even when it arrived at the station it would not start to warp to the node to start mining. Instead it just left the station and floated in space doing nothing. personally, I find this one interesting but someone is likely gonna say this is "by design".

When you click on a hostile and press attack, the ship starts moving to where the hostile was when attack was pressed (not to where the hostile will be when you get there)....

Then, after your game registers that attack command on the server (up to 15 seconds later), the ship magically transports back to where you originally were when you pressed attack, and then ventures off to where the hostile should be when your course intersects with the hostile's course... (providing that the hostile is still available after the 15 seconds of trying to register the attack on the server).

While this isn't 100% reproducible in the US with decent internet, I had the ability to reproduce it 70+ times a day on my last vacation to a slow internet country where playing this game was a challenge due to problems like that... obviously the slow interent was the cause, but that seems like a VERY POORLY implemented design, and it gets me wondering why things like ATA assignments take so long to draw in the game client (spinning wheel for up to 5 seconds even with good internet).

I would presume that the ship shouldn't start venturing off to the location the hostile is at until it registers the attack command on the server, and calculates where the hostile should be when your courses intersect, since its just wasting CPU cycles on the client animating something that wont actually do anything and will be redrawn when it actually makes sense to do so. 😦

This is likely caused by some lag where the client and server's ship positions don't match. They catch up over time which then results in the "teleporting" effect you are seeing. It's a long standing issue ever since release but other than this visually glitch, it's not impacting the actual behavior much. Certainly would be nice if this could be improved, but I don't think it has a high priority compared to other work priorities.

the Q trial hostiles will spawn in any system within a couple of where you're station is located. you'll have to relocate your station to keep it from doing that.
