specialty hostiles (Borg, Swarm, & Apex are what I've seen so far) will sometimes spawn in any type of trial. This is intentional:
(P.S. The specialty ship does work on them; i.e. your Vi'Dar/Talios will get it's massive damage increase vs this hostile to make it a lot easier)

Hello, I have a problem, i usually use the game in a PC computer, because my smartphone have a memory problem, then when I run an armada, and I destroyed, the mailbox showme that I got a chest, but if I try to open it in the computer, I can't open it, the game said that I haven't a chest, but when i try to open in the smartphone, I can Open it like normally i did it in any platform, I tried to open a case in the computer, but I never get a link to do it. the armada chests are, as they always are, items in your items bag and you can get the extra rewards by opening those.

There should be 3 events in there for active players right now: a bugged meta SMS, a bugged DD# event, and Epsilon event. Some conditions exist where they could have more DD# events, but it's a rarity.

I had over 100k latinum disappear from my account. I first thought user error and after I got over being very upset I continued playing. Since I only had 5011 left I watched it like a hawk. After yet another crash (average 20 a day) 1500 more disappeared that I know 100% was not user error. After thinking back there is no way I spent 100k without knowing.

I only had 107/108k latinum total to begin with. Was aiming to use it to max Chen so I could move up to Ops L30. Seems I’ll be a 29 for a long time now unfortunately.

Me and several of my teammates are missing the entire "complete new missions SMS". I open a chat to report 5 days ago and had had no reply yet. Is Scopely still working on the performance issues in the Android client? It's listed under Known Issues as being "fixed", which it absolutely is not. Any attempt to contact support about it redirects me to hardware requirements in the FAQ (which I easily satisfy) and closes the conversation. Ever since the addition of the FT content performance, which was already poor, has gotten worse. Responsiveness declines gradually during play until it eventually freezes altogether or crashes, which usually takes no more than 10 or 15 minutes.

The prime is an efficiency boost, it is not a cost reduction. You should use this formula:
costFinal = costBase/(1+bonus)

For this one in particular:
costFinal = 12k/1.5

Changing your station's location is for future bell uses. The "lost" set are gone, and maybe you'll get a reprieve from CS if you contact them. #👽-how-to-contact-support

With FT on a ship you cannot look at an alliance star bases. I know not everyone engages with this part of the game but please fix it so we can start pointless fights again. What I get is below. An alliance member always sees our star base when they select one.

And the icing on the cake is that it has been known for a long time. Scopley has more and more functions that do not work properly. It is not tested in advance or not properly. Or the people behind the game are out of place due to a lack of competence. But nothing changes. In any normal company, these people would have already been replaced. More and more content doesn't work and scopley then uses the same ones who screwed it up to fix the errors. What a shame and irony of the whole... An insult to the franchise Star Trek what at least the players love more than anything

It's entirely possible that the limit reset and then you passed it again before logging back on to test if you were afk for hours after the limit reset and have several ships parked in augment space right now, as those hits count.

Scopley is lucky to get $20 a month out of me now. I always look at the premium rewards and 90% of the time I say meh now. So I once use to be a $300-$500 a month spender and now I am a $0-$20 a month spender. I imagine many others have followed suit. There's more than a few players in my alliance alone that have racked up $100K+ in a few years of play and have gone FTP. They have to be banking on new players spending.

When I select a ship and then locate, the system it is in no longer zooms in/out normally. I have to reload the game to fix. All patches/updates applied. Changing to another system, zoom is also disabled. Sometimes it even disables zoom in the Galaxy map. Unfortunately no, it's like the mantis sting, cloaking fuel etc claims... not enough to do things every day to the maximum amount without supplimenting the income some other way (e.g. store/events)

So, e.g. with Mantis you're best off doing every other day to get both dailies more often.

With this one, to me at least, if you can push to the next milestone in a trial its best to try for 5 per day, otherwise if you're locked out of the next rank of trials by building level, stick with the 3/day just for the building material, or 5 every other day (not crunched the numbers entirely yet, I'm sure a CC will have by now?)

If not, CS ticket will be the way forward, make sure to include the phrase 'ship stuck' to get it on the fast track fix for that - it asks specific questions about dock etc. Usually those get resolved sharpish.

• Going to in events, there is an odd 'pause' then it acts as if you just entered the events.
• When switching to another system, it doesn't fully load up, requiring going back out and then re-viewing the system in order to see ships other than your own in that system
• Sometimes when switching systems, the client gets confused, so when selecting a node in the system your ship is suppose to be in, it decides to warp off to that point in the last system you viewed, REGARDLESS of switching back to the system you want.
• Random 'stuck' pinch zooming, where the game just acts like you are doing pinch zooming with one finger and refusing to let it go short of restarting your game.

Dear Scopely, you need to fix the lag. I have a gigabit symmetrical fiber connection. There is no issue with my connectivity. You're code is garbage. You have pathetic fault tolerance. The lag and crashing has gotten worse over the last 4 years I've been playing.

It's also obvious the issue is on your end when armada events are running. Because the lag gets considerably worse every time there's an armada event going on. Surely it's been reported already. It's persistent and mechanic breaking so I'll report again. Most of the time when I use a galaxy or multi-purpose exocomp it will place the exocomp as active on two or more slots, making those slots useless. If I try to override one slot, it removes all of them.

In this example I used the +50% mining comp in galaxy and it applied it to both multi slots as well. I went to the last multi slot to and started the plunder comp and it removed all comps and enabled plunder.

When they tell you to reset your router, or turn on/off airplane mode, it’s not because they think it’s your devices fault. The game is mainly ran off of the servers (with basically only your graphics and UI being physically downloaded) so your device and internet service have to hold a cache of information coming in so that it can proccess it since it can’t do it all instantaneously. Resetting this cache by doing a hard reset of your internet can free up space on the bandwidth of your router, increase flow of gameplay, and decrease the RAM your device is using by playing the game. They’re not just calling you dumb and blaming you. They’re genuinely trying to help😂

Hey my sister is playing on the pc version. She is level 11 she finished the battle pass event today but and she collected the rewards but the battlepass reward line says she has no rewards to collect. We cleared localization and rebooted multiple times it keeps making her reclaim all her event rewards constantly in a loop and won’t let her collect the battlepass rewards. We even setup a scopley Id for her and uninstalled and reinstalled the game still won’t work right. We installed the game on her phone and still the same exact thing. We sent in a ticket but since she doesn’t have discord I’m reporting this bug here for her as well. Hopefully a dev will see or hear about this and send some help her way.

I say lag, my ships are lost in systems for over an hour. Last time I tried restarting the game and they all popped right back home - I send them out and they're lost again.
