Is the respawn of the rare anomaly nodes bugged? I just cleaned up 4 common ones with my T2 Voyager but not a single rare anomaly node spawned. And since my cargo hold is full now, I have 0 rare anomaly sample from my spending my token.

I'm having a really annoying problem with my game on my LG G-Pad 10.5 screen. The screen starts zooming in and out when I try moving it around and won't zoom normally.

I'd also like to report that my miners keep "leveling". Most commonly drydock C.

I have the miner (horizon) out mining in a node. Leveling animation goes. Mining appears to stop. Click on ship and click Locate, takes me to a Galaxy View of a completely different system. Ship management screen shows ship has gained XP. After 30-60 seconds the ship is back mining at the same spot it was mining (I can now "locate" it and it's in the correct spot and it displays that its mining). XP is back to what it was/should've been and it's like the whole episode didn't happen. Playing on Android.

The same has been happening to me. Yesterday it was mainly my miner on G drydock but today it has been my miners of A and G. Plus just like yesterday it is doing it again today. Kicking me out of the game telling me to check my internet connection but my internet connection is fine. Stopped doing it yesterday evening until log out. Thought maybe it had been fixed until I logged in today and it is doing it again.

I highly suggest waiting to use lucrative tokens until after this spate of bugs are fixed. I lost the opportunity to fill the second half of a ship in rogue space, and only got to mine a few hundred thousand in borg.

Hey Scopely. This is now an ongoing bug where ships will not be where they were momentarily then the app crashes claiming internet connection issues. This is making the game unplayable.

Looks like it’s been reported but having the same random ship lvl up/sleep/black alert across the known universe along with lag and game crashes every ~15min to 20min.
Server 45 and others in my alliance are reporting the same, started after the update.

I'm on server 15. Using pc version, I have a constant screen flash when trying to go to galaxy view, opening up a ship in dock or in system. I can sometimes stop it from happening by closing the build/research window. PC is Windows 11 64 bit pro with all windows updates applied. Viedo is Ndvida GeForce RTX 2060 also up to date on a 32 inch wide screen monitor. Issue started with the latest battle arc and has progressively gotten worse. Have tried clearing local cache, uninstall and reinstall of game, adjust graphic )all options tried) with no success. This appears to only happen on this pc, as my laptop has no issues (also running Windows 11 pro 64 bit) with Intel graphics. Looking for suggestions (if you have a smart a** remark send it to me privately please). Oh, and I can't change the resolution to anything but fullscreen. No other game is having this issue.

I'd contact CS and see what technical suggestions they have. In the meantime, I'd try windowed mode and see if the problem extends to your desktop as well.

About a half hour ago, the launcher on my PC crashed. I was doing other things, so I just let it close, but trying to start the launcher causes it to crash immediately again. I've since uninstalled and reinstalled the game. Now, when I click on the launcher icon, nothing loads - not the launcher, not a crash report, nothing.

If I keep a close eye on Task Manager, "Launcher" appears briefly but disappears after a second or two.

Maybe not the smartest idea, but I just also manually ran UpdProgram.exe, assuming it's the program that the launcher uses to update the game. This deleted almost everything in the game folder. Gonna attempt reinstallation again.

No go. It's back to not displaying anything when I try to run the launcher.

I have been chatting with one of our level 27 alliance members about these problems and they have not experienced any of them. The main difference I can determine in our loaded content is that I received the new USS Voyager refinery and they did not because of their ops level.

To follow up on my earlier bug report, I've since restarted my computer and reinstalled the game, and it seems to be working normally again. Still unclear as to what caused the initial crashes or why the launcher wouldn't load after initial reinstallation, but it seems to have resolved itself.

I am destroying bioships in system FSEP-505 but they aren't registering. the only ones that have counted are the ones i used the Voyager ability to expose. There is no mention of that requirement in the task, it just says destroy species 8472 bioships

I'm having a repeated problem with my ships disappearing from unattended activities (mining, warping), and locate then moving my view to Galaxy view of the Exchange systems. It doesn't actually locate the ship. After some seconds, the ship then reappears where I expect it to be, and continues with its original activity. What I really can't tell is whether anybody else is seeing that same behaviour from my ships (I presume they're seeing the same behaviour from their own ships!) If they are, it allows for the possibility that they'll start mining the same node that I've disappeared from, and chaos will result when my ship comes back...

I should add: this only started since the patch on Tuesday. And logging out, and back in can still show the ship in its missing location. Even if I change devices (between PC and Android). That suggests to me that it's a server-side problem, rather than client-side (or a synchronisation problem).

When are you guys going to address what is happening and give us some update on when a stability fix is coming?

Just some of the issues:
-ships randomly recalling
-ships disappearing from where they were sent
-being kicked out of dark space like you blew up.... but you didn't.
-game is forced restart every 10 min
-warp times are crazy off (1 min it says it will take 8 min, get distracted and go back to actually send and it now says 12 min)
-list goes on and on, without even a acknowledgement. And most of our posts are being ignored and not even replied to.

And let's not forget that changing Kira is once again broken.

We did an Armada earlier where the station blew up, it didnt disappear, yet it reported succesful in battle log. Also ships that normally "bounce off" their spawn point and go in another direction are just disappering instead of bouncing off.

Its gone down to 90 seconds to 4 minutes of play in bursts before it restarts. Its obviously some kind of server load more players on now its bugging out more we need some assurance we need some announcement but I guess its not affecting revenue stream so thats fine.

That is the only way. you have to kill heavies. Since update standard capital traders do not spawn without killing heavies. This is a pain in the hoop. Why has Scopely made it really difficult to do daillies. We always had a minimum of 1 standard trader, normally more.

There appears to be a display error for nodes appearing to be empty when they are not. It seems to be on zero nodes and it seems to happen on both PC and android at least. The player ship is visible elsewhere in the system. Problems really come in if you have no shield up and potentially attack a node you otherwise thought was vacant

Most of our servers have row that does not allow for upc hits on surveys. @umbral nexus @viscid cloud @earnest crest this has got to be the top priority. We have to know whether there’s a ship on a node. Yes, I want to know that I’m not going to have my other two ships in token space spontaneously recall… But at the same time, it’s more important to know that there’s actually a ship on a node before you try to mine it.

To avoid that problem, I'd suggest having a shield up even while you're active. That way you'll get a popup if you try to attack a node that looks empty, but was actually occupied.

It is an issue, and they'll fix it. But that's not a priority one concern to me.

Grinding level 46 borg probes and after hitting a few, one of them will randomly deal a 84M damage when it normally deals 1.5M damage. Something seems way off. This seems to affect others in my alliance grinding level 40 borg probes as well. This happened to me yesterday and today. Anyone else running into this?

The new Voyager mission in the Holodeck I just found majorly bugs out this game. If you try and buy it up throws an error "Default error 5" and most of the screens stop working and your station view disappears if that doesnt tell you its this Voyager patch I dont know what does.

I think the play testers for this patch went to Las Vegas and they aint back yet.

Let's have a list of bugs that have been introduced with this arc shall we..

1, "please check your Internet connection", game dropping out every 15 seconds rendering it totally unplayable.

2, miners seem to be doing their own thing, often showing not mining and can't locate them either, their cargo hold capacity keeps changing too.

3, warp speed seems all over the place, yesterday my Newton took over 30 minutes to travel a distance that usually takes 11 minutes.

4, event completion today?? Ops47, one Rare 50 Eclipse armarda launched and defeated by me with Stella paid out 20k points for some reason?? (Good bug).

5, General game performance is awfully slow, when it is actially working but there again, its Apex day and this event has been game breaking for months now with no fix. Then for some reason someone made it weekly rather than monthly, screwing up the game more often.

And through all this, there's been zero comms from the devs respite repeated tags. Atleast acknowledge the issues rather than ignoring us!!!
Many of us have paid for the battlepass yet can't complete the events due to your game beung currently even more awful than normal, so will you be crediting us event completion RSS rewards seeing as it's your fault we can't complete???

It's time someone stepped up, put on their big boy pants and spoke to us, the paying customers!!

The client is bugged, Rob. It is having serious communication issues with the server that it erroring badly to the point it will make your game lose connection and you have to restart the client to get proper information.

The randomly teleporting ships/ships being unusable is due to the new client having a bug in it and how it is communicating with the server. The loss of connection is also related to this.

Restart your client - It's a communication bug with the client to server that is causing it. They are currently investigating it.

@umbral nexus This update is a mess. My Miner has levelled up like 40000000 times in the time it's taken to mine 5 mil G4. I keep getting my view booted from systems because the ships that are there suddenly aren't there but then they are again. I think other members of my alliance are having the same problem but it's hard to tell when my messages don't show in Alliance chat half the time.

Apart from defeating exchange armadas with a stella not scoring points, I've noticed the eclipse hostiles I am killing are giving me an incorrect amount of points for the level bracket as well.

Killing a lvl31 eclipse hostile should be scoring 550, not the shown 890. Perhaps the armada defeat bug is related to the game reading the armadas as +1 level, thus resulting in an even-numbered armada being defeated and even-numbered armadas do not score per the event.

EDIT: lvl30 Eclipse hostiles are also scoring 890, and level 29s are scoring 680. 680 isn't even one of the options available, so I am at a loss.

Due to the timing of when the ship checks for a buff status, it's possible for a ship to not get the benefits of the artifact the same round that hull breach procs.

It's a visual bug due to the size of the 8th round hit...causes it to show negative. If you read the skill of the 8472 ship, it says you'll be dead in round 8. have to kill them quicker than that

I've just had a meridian on an iso1 node disappear into thin air, the "locate" button shows me a galaxy cluster, and then it reappears and levels up (despite being max level) a few seconds later...

Talios just did it too, when it was docked...

The latest update is one big disaster! Constantly changes the status of the ships. Ships on mines alternately show that they have moved up in level, then they mine again. I can't even change the crew of a ship in the dock, because sometimes the ship is in the base and sometimes not. But it's docked all the time! On the way to a system to an armada the status changes permanently between "on the way" 8 minutes, then "asleep", then it is suddenly 14 minutes... Then the points in the Apex events are not counted... The connection is constantly breaking. => The game is not playable in this state! 🤮🤬

My Cousin has had the problem awhile, as I said. We've tried many things to diagnose it. Best option is that it is issue btw Game Packet config and the Phone's / WiFi s Carrier's software and how it is recognizing incoming/outgoing game data. Some Carriers intentionally incorporate ways to 'deter' people from using their Phones/Data Service for Gaming.

Best thought I have right now. We've tried many times to get this addressed by Scopes, but to no avail. 😔

As I stated earlier, Jam. 'Connection' is more than hardware or data speed. there's also Data Type , etc. Which can and is specific to Gaming. Even specific types of Games. STFC is based on Unity Game Engine. And while I have limited knowledge of Unity, there would be a a whole layer just for Data Packet design and flow.

Many Carriers can and do try to 'deter' ppl from using Gaming apps across their Services, whether Phones, Tablet and PCs. Even specific to types of Devices.

So my miner is getting XP notifications even 5 minutes and it appears to stop mining. In deep space it also kicks you out of the system. If I restart it looks normal for a couple minutes.

Desktop Player - Just joined this server and noam t sure if this has been reported. I too am experiencing the docked ship issue. But what is very frustrating is the "missing ship" issue. I'm in Borg Space taking out Borg probes. Then, all of a sudden I get the error, Your ship is not in the area. Then my Vi'Dar just disappears altogether. I'm also unable to locate it or access it from the icon at the bottom of the screen.

my BB keeps telling me it's sleeping in space, then it's home. GF's acct simply refuses to remain connected. scopely is not concerned. they're workin on making sure the points are awarded correctly. which is more important? a large swath of players not getting points, or a large swath of paying players who can't connect to do their events so they get their money's worth from elite BP? Priorities seem....skewed (since i'm not allowed to curse to vent frustration). And the silent treatment is now beyond infuriating.

Ships keep saying not docked but they are, get booted out of system though ship is still there. Keeps disconnecting me . This is ridunculous. Fix it scopley🤬🤬🤬

This is what is happening every 10 to 15 minutes. I go to target a Borg probe and then my ship Vi'Dar disappears. I am unable to locate my ship nor access it from the menu at the bottom. After about 10 to 15 seconds, my ship reappears. Almost like a cloak was activated. Hope this helps.

Also, all of my miners keep "leveling up" in the bottom ship menu screen.
