My webstore has been extremely glitchy since the website makeover. Pages only load fine but if I scroll around or click on an item everything stops refreshing. Then if I scroll down the page, the page is blank. Reloading or refreshing the page doesn’t work. I must delete the tab & start from scratch only to have the same process start over immediately

Here's a list of game bugs I have encountered for months (iPad/iOS specific since it's my main game device, PC client got none of these issues):

1. pink mining nodes (not game breaking but eyesore)

2. ship being recalled instead of getting on a node when the "mine" button is clicked

3. getting kicked out of territory system view when your alliance owns the territory

4. frequent and random crashes! it will happened when I am actively playing, or when I put the iPad aside with the game running while doing other stuff in real life (this got worst since 2-3 updates ago, it is really annoying!)

The new exborg efficiency research does not appear to be working correctly. As far as I know there is no other research for cost efficiency for this tree. I spent the $100 for the prime and I am only receiving a 33% cost reduction instead of 50%. You can try. But if you get past the tutorial you should be able to access the settings menu to be able to sign in to your account.
It may ask which account you want to keep though in a confusing manner and I can't remember which option you're meant to hit.

As for your Antique beetle token, they start on the enemy, and after you kill it, you'll get it in the ship's cargo hold. From there you'll need to dock your ship and then it'll go to the inventory. You can lose this if your ship is destroyed, or you may never get it at all if your cargo is full when you kill the borg.

Thanks for letting me know about returning my ship for the Antique latinum refinery to open up. Now to the other matter that needs help. I've made purchases such as the last purchase I made... It didn't show up in my inventory. It was only a 19.99 purchase, but that's still 19.99 that just got thrown out. I was supposed to receive 3 star gas 200 or so and I didn't get it. Among other things. I'm 58 years old and this is the first game I've ever liked besides Skyrim. I have had this happen to me a few times. At first I thought maybe I did something wrong but I didn't. My wife saw it too.

I just activated Relentless Assault on my Centurion and it was marked as destroyed, but didn't go to my base. I repaired it and continued on in the system I was killing hostiles in. It's not lag. Once you have enough shards to max Ghrush, you no longer get the daily drip income, and no TPs from it. You still get TPs from the shard batches from leveling.

Is it a known issue that crew presets will sometimes disappear? I haven't figured out exactly what does it yet, but it seems like I can't ever use all my preset slots. If I save to an empty preset, another one will eventually go blank again. This happens across iOS and macOS so far.

They seem to perform nearly zero testing, so things go live with a myriad of bugs. Then they plaster over them and hope that whatever randomly broke will randomly fix itself (and it rarely does) and so we're left with ancient bugs that none of their coders seem to have any idea how to even start with (like how ship power numbers fluctuate when you join an armada). This swiss cheese of code becomes the foundation for subsequent updates and so even if one of their programmers had the time and inclination to go back and try to fix a long-standing issue, they'd probably break any number of other, seemingly unrelated features and systems, and be told to just leave it alone.

Am I wrong? Is anyone from Scopely willing to say that? 🤔

First, federation war armada are singular ships if you look, not armada targets. Second, they do not look to even spawn in the game. Third, I'll conclude that this looks to be some kind of broken data, so we're expanding the bug report to now include it.

I posted my language critique months ago, before they released these brand new "formation armada" targets. I actually wouldn't critique that, because it is being used correctly. The formation armada is composed of several nodes which are just copies of the ships flown by species 8472. Since it is then actually a fleet of ships, the language checks out.

The directives description makes that a bit awkward though, as players also "start a formation armada". I'd change that to "challenge" perhaps.

Nobody will convince me down is up but it is news to me that this has been used correctly, somewhat, for a change. Thanks!

I scan the hostile, and it shows I should lose 36.6k fed rep by killing.

I had other members of my alliance scan the same hostile and they saw the same number.

I wrote down my current fed rep, and then killed just 1 of that hostile and then subtracted that from my previous and found that I lost 45,384 rep. Even more than what the scan even showed.

We tested this several times with the same outcome.

That's just how the event works. They've done projectile events a few times, and hostiles count if you have the refit.

So, what I'm noticing with the glitch of "Partial" when it should be a full Victory with the Formation Armadas is if the leader of one of the armadas is destroyed. I think that's what's causing the glitch to show Partial victory until you log out and log back in, forcing the game to recheck the status of the armada. Can anyone else confirm this?

Plus, subsequent omw message players could not see earlier 'omw messages' and so attended, thereby displacing players who had properly announced their intention to help.

This was not a one off, but happened repeatedly. It makes running Armada's all but impossible.

Exchange armada lags, delays, Alliance Chat bug, etc. persist, especially during "rush hour(s) or beginning " of the Apex and "enemy of my enemy events today, [STFC server 145.] So if you are trying to complete the apex and gathering intel "enemy of my enemy" be patient, is what we shared with our alliance, (ofc clearing game localization, too.) However, this does appear to be a continuing problem with all recent exchange armada events.

The continuing AC bug appears when certain players comments in AC are not seen, as we organize teams to hit the exchange armadas.

I don't know what kind of ideas it is, but I have cerritos and I will use it as a support, but when the support ends, I can't support again even after 20 minutes. I don't know about the ship having any deduction for additional support. After restarting the game fine, but I won't restart the game for every problem, I wouldn't do anything else. Lags daily, then 20 times (sometimes more, a record maybe 50 times) I press to return the ship to the base before the warp countdown even appears. Although it still says the error that it cannot start the countdown, but the countdown still does not run, I have already lost the ship unnecessarily several times. I don't want unnecessary notifications right in the game, I don't care who helped me, the miner doesn't mine anymore, someone launched an armada, because of such unnecessary notifications I don't notice that someone is attacking me, because it only alerts me after the attack, the record was only after 30 minutes when I was in the game, that's completely off. 2 hours when I was not in the game, even worse, I have it turned off hard.

This latest one for eg, I finished a repair, swapped out one ship from dock, both of which happened with no lag, go to swap another dock and tells me my connection is gone.

How exactly does tal work? Mines lv10 so -6% Hull per turn which off 148mill Hull should take away 8.88M Hull from it yet it only takes 1M Hull away. And it activated twice by the way. I mean I'm happy a realta can know 1M off a sanctus but something is fishy about scopley maths.

Against players, the hull hp removal from Tal isn't supposed to be persistent if your ship doesn't survive the fight.

As a point of reference, Tal reduces the HHP pool instead of causing direct hull damage. This means that Tal's impact is actually included already in the black portion of the hull health bar and the "starting" HHP in exports. Instead you would need to compare before and after, though HHP from scanning isn't really accurate either (so you need a basic hit to set the baseline HHP value, then Tal to see how much is actually missing).

Your inbox will show the direction of attack. If it shows you attacked, then the options are that you did, or a bug affected you in some way that led the game to believe that you attacked.

That's an old note, it's not accurate these days, and you can finish Unity by using bulk contributions.

I always finish those with a bulk lat donation, I don't like seeing toast popups and that clears them out fast.

Anyone else having an issue where (on PC) you close the main game, and it doesn't close? I click on it a second time and the windows popup saying that its not responding and I have to close it that way. THEN the loader doesn't respond. I'm having to use Task Manager to close it. Then last night I noticed that my CPU cores were all going nuts when I had next to nothing running. Got looking in Task manager and found out that Prime.exe Isn't shutting down. When I try to End Task (Or Tree) I get an " Operation could not be completed. Access is Denied" Message.
Only way I know of to end it totally, is to reboot my system....

Here's another bug that keeps cropping up sometimes after playing on a client session (maybe partially caused by me switching back and forth between servers on a single PC client, doing stuff one server at a time.) Occasionally, items from a different system becomes overlayed/underlayed into a different system, which in this case is Klefaski Alpha's planets and mining nodes appearing together while viewing Beta Vordunn system

This goes away with switching servers again but something that should probably get fixed regardless of ease of making it go away

There's no solution to that. You're doing something unusual: playing on two different servers from the same device. It's unsupported game play, and you should expect issues.
