Armadas that have already been started show as unstarted and don't update for 5 minutes, they are also popping up already started by several minutes. @ SCOPLEY Please fix the issues with messages not coming through. It is pretty fundamental to an alliance based game. And this is causing a lot of mistrust and anger among alliance members especially during Armada events.

Example : Compare both these chats between mine and the the other person whose messages I did not receive.

I raised a CS report last week when we had the same issue during the Armada events, and was closed saying "we will thoroughly investigate and forward to the right team". But there was no acknowledgement that this is a widespread issue and a known bug, which is what I was expecting as a response. To me "will investigate" means that you are not certain that I am giving you the facts, so here is a screen shot example of how it appears. This should be enough evidence to say that "it is a bug".

Whenever I use SNW Laan below decks to boost cargo space, my ships display in the bottom left always shows a higher cargo capacity than it actually has, i.e. my mantis showed 30.5k when it actually had 28.5k. Battle report shows the cargo was full, but the status still says 2k spare.

The Titan is supposed to fortify the strongest ships in system. When running a normal armada, it's very likely that the strongest ships will be in the armada circle. However, when running an Eclipse armada, the support ships will often be a higher strength than the Stella. Can you please address this mechanic, as buffing support ships when running an armada is not helpful.

That's all anecdotal complaints. Ideally, if you're going to post in bug reports - you should give details on what you're doing when the issue happens. For your issue, I'd also suggest the device you're playing on and mobile os version and maybe what you were doing when the game crashed. This stupid ECP Armada Event is not playable. The timers are incorrect an your wood fueled Scopely servers are too slow to calculate the armada outcome so that 30s between two neighboring Armadas are not enough to fly from A to B. It's so 💩💩💩

Yeah it’s the assault research, it started showing up when I did the first levels. It happens for defense too, the bonus will only drop if you’re close to one of the cutoffs though so you don’t always see it happening.

EVERY time I swap a ship to the Talios, I have to repair it again. (Yes it was fully repaired previously.) This has now happened at least 3 times in a row (over last 3 days). Screenshots show what I’m talking about: the Talios immediately after switching to it from another ship, and what it looks like if I back out of the view. I am unable to switch that dock selection away, of course. My only way forward is to repair the ship again. (Interestingly, it shows having some remaining hull, but I know for a fact the ship was completely destroyed last use.)

here's a fun one. Twice now have i swapped from one ship to another and had to repair the new ship. First time was swapping my stella for the centurion. I thought maybe the stella was damaged and perhaps the glitch came from letting me swap at all. Second time has been swapping my meridian at full hull to my centurion. Now it's claiming my centurion is damaged. I see no logic in determining the damage randomly put on my ship as the meridian had 429k hull and the centurion now has 336k hull remaining.

Had one ship warping back to base that was damaged. Pulled Titan out of my base and buffed another ship. As buff is applied, the first ship is listed as destroyed but has buff along with the other ship. Wait a few minutes for the trip to actually complete for ship 1 and it’s no longer destroyed

I have just noticed that the territory defence scoring is flawed. People are losing directives due to server lag. An alliance member started an exchange armada but it didn't show on my screen. The game said it didn't exist in the end. We think it allowed him to start an already destroyed one perhaps. Directives lost.

When will Scopely fix bug with SNW La'an officer. It is set to 25% cargo in bellow deck. In game it show increased by 17% cargo and can get only 15% max. Let's get Stella for example. Max cargo without SNW La'an is 171K, if i put officer bellow deck it show 200K, but max cargo it can get is 196K. 196k-171k=25k, 25k is 15% of 171k.

I have a possible bug/exploit, although I can't confirm it. Apparently a alliance of 23 people jumped to our server, reportely by the admiral using a transfer token and moving the whole alliance. Some of the members are over the level 12 transfer limit.

He can't see us, but we can see his alliance list and you can chat through pm with them fine, it's funny, but we think they probably rolled on 109, transferred, and a dangling reference got left behind when he transferred over to the other server

Should point out, while we can see them on the alliance member list, it's only ever one of them we can see flying around

I have a bit of strange suggestion but this might help you as you are quite close to the turning point. I would test dropping your rep back down to the rep bracket below. Waiting a day then crossing your rep back over. This might prompt a response server side to give you the correct event.

The first slot is still blocked with an officer who is associated with an running order/assignment. I think overall there’s been a relapse in communication. Shortly after Bek was brought in it improved but the last two or three arcs it’s been very quiet except for the occasional announcement after the fact or uploads to youtube.

You may have misunderstood. The figures HD quoted look to have been base loot values, and you can then compare earned loot from the screenshots; where you can clearly see an increase when using 5of11.
The problem with your testing is that:

1. the bonus from 5of11 is only small for the exchange Armadas, as you can have over 1000% from the ship and research already.
2. it is hard to accurately measure what your base loot is with a group.
   Instead you would want to do a solo exchange Armada so that you know the exact % bonus applied.

You've likely hit the 2k daily hostile kill limit. You won't get those things past that. It should have reset 25m ago, I'd kill some hostiles and check again.

Ok, I know that the ghost ships glitch is a known issue, but it prevents other ships from spawning as well. In the Actian systems when an Apex gets glitched they tend to not spawn, making the system useless. On S32 the level 35 system doesn't spawn Apex at all, and most of the other systems have at least one glitched Apex, which reduces the spawn rate. Can you please do something about this?

The problem with logging a ticket is if you select the "Scoring Delays" option it just tells you to wait and automatically closes the ticket with no ticket number given. And given Scopely's complete lack of CS wherewithal to actually be of service, most people will just stop attempting to create an actual ticket and number.

Minor on the scale of things I suppose, but after opening the alliance starbase window and selecting a building, the collisional plasma and magnetic plasma values in the alliance inventory are also displayed in the XP section of my inventory until I restart the client. It's specifically selecting a building there that causes it; going to the alliance inventory or just the starbase screen without selecting a building doesn't cause it.

But if I'm understanding you correctly, if you don't submit a ticket for something that affected the entire server, you aren't entitled to compensation? Of any sort? When so many are already disaffected by the lack of quality game play and frustrated over Scopely's money grabs? Proper compensation for the entire server is the only way to continue to rebuild any semblance of trust in the makers of the game. I've already heard from a number of players saying if they get nothing, that's it. They're gone. You shouldn't make individual players jump through hoops when this affected far more than just them individually. Heck, we already have to jump through hoops when we can clearly prove Scopely messed up.

@viscid cloud Just so we can be clear with our teams, while the scoring is now working nothing has provided scoring in events and dailies for items that were already done (mining, hostile killing, etc.). Is it the expectation that anything that was completed previously will not back score at this point?

I believe this is where a lot of frustration with the server community is coming from, as a lot of players and teams had spent time and purchased packs for events last night and this morning which ultimately don't appear will be scored at all.

That tells me you take the game seriously. So think about how you've felt when issues have affected your game or your server and you're upset. You really want to be joked around with at that time?

I'm fully aware that any company is going to want to find out what went wrong and how it affected their customer base and then how to properly compensate that base. I get that. But Scopely's got a bad track record of denying problems and putting the onus on players to prove them wrong. So when statements are made that seem to again put the onus on players, the players get upset. And joking around, when people are upset, is not always the best way to calm an angry mob.

Okay, I have mentioned this before and have not received a response even as a joke.
I still haven't gotten any new shards for the new Fleet Commanders since they changed from the refinery to the gift store.
I have Spock, that's it. And a few of Kirk before they changed it.
They aren't shown on the Fleet Commander section of the gift store anymore, and they don't list any odds for it.
As far as I'm concerned they are only offering them through packs now.
Personally I would like to know when they are going to start giving shards for the Fleet Commanders again as I haven't received any since the change.
Blowing off the question will only make me more determined to get an answer, and I'm sure there are others beginning to wonder about this as well.
