I noticed a bug since the last update of the Android app. The zoom in and out function seems to stop responding sometimes. The problem can be solved by closing the app, but it makes playing more difficult. The error occurs mostly sporadically.

If people are robbing you, then just keep trying to shield. There are gaps when it can get through, but yeah, lots of times when you can't shield because of battling.

The Tetryon Abundance Favor should be clarified, if not taken it says 0 > 300, which implies that you get your tetryon cap raised by 300, not to 300

instead it should say 165 > 300 (or whatever the basic cap was)

Today, the 2nd time something strange happed. After renewing a mining node on an android device and closing the game, then starting the game in windows not much later the ship was not on the node. Yesterday i thought it was accident or may be my mistake, but today the ship was in another system on other side of the galaxy. From YoDSutlj NaQ in Klingonspace to the New FreeBorg 40 System. Because of what happend yesterday i made sure the ship was back on the node before closing the game.

There's a bit of an old bug where the client can't seem to update the system, and your ships think you're sending them to that other system.

Yeah, I think it's two different issues.
If you lock your device immediately after doing something the command just doesn't always go through, you see similar issues with ships not going to Armadas even though you started them.

Yesterday you probably just closed it before the command was processed properly.
Today you probably got that old bug where it locks the selected system, and then when you send your ship to the mine it instead goes to the same coordinates in that other system that you were in. Unfortunately all you can do is hope you notice and restart the client.
Been known for a couple years, but Scopely move slowly unfortunately.

(if you see people posting out of warp range screenshots even though they're in the system, same thing).

start by loading them up from top to bottom now and save them back in their original spot.

now set the new preset to whatever you liked. all of this without closing the ship menu at all.

Hey all, the Syndicate mission is not calculating the correct rewards. According ti the event we should be getting 5 point per syndicate XP. I traded in 3 metaphasic xp chests which are 1710 XP points, 1710x5=8500, but the event is calculating 2850 per the attached, and i checked the math in the event also to see and it only added 2850 to the score which is 1.6667 per xp. I don’t believe i am misinterpreting the event.

570 is the amount of xp per pull, right? that'd translate to 2850 pts. The popup toast message is notoriously wrong at showing the total amount of pts you get for an action, to see it show 2850 is not unusual.

You should note the starting pts. Do the exchange. Then compare the difference between the starting pts and the end pts.

There are Starbase researches, Highway Robbery & Stella Loot Bonus. Looking at my research at Ops 41 for UC Loot that's 100% (base) + 600% (lvl 45 Stella) + 400% (Hughway Robbery) + 16% (Starbase research), so a 60% loot bonus would result in an estimated actual ~5.3% loot bonus assuming no weird ordering interactions (the Starbase seems too low to be useful). Research will be different, but in general I don't expect much actual impact from loot officers in Eclipse armadas (edit: Lower Ops will likely see more gains, but based on having a T3 5 of 11, guessing that's not the case)

Ever since this months patch, when I deploy our alliance starbase to start a new building, the game seizes on the black "preparing/activating" window. I am unable to access the starbase unless I reboot the whole game or ask another player to start the building/undeploy. Given the vulnerability of deployment for assaults I figured I'd report this.

1. Do Borg Solomadas count for the 10x points? I can't find any logical reason why not based on the event listing.
2. On my Solo Armada, I dealt 453, 887, 786 Critical damage (Battlelog and screenshot from Spock's Club attached.) but I only scored 1.62 b points (screenshot attached). Assuming BORG Solo ARMADAs count as 'Borg Armadas' I should have received 4.5b points (all caps for emphasis, definitely not yelling, appreciate all of you and everything you do!)
   2.a. Don't hate the crew, was doing tests to see if Picard triggers on Solo Armadas for all ships or just the ship he's on lol

Is there something wrong with my math with how I'm calculating this? Do y'all have a better in house parser than Spock's Club? I'd love to see the tools you have available to you! When Spock's Club went down, I kind of made my own to track everything but I'm sure it pales in comparison to your tools. Hey its that annoying guy again, trying to constructively give feedback... Y'all have a serious inconsistent language issue with regard to armadas and armada targets.

Players call an armada together, a group of ships, to defeat armada targets.

The player('s) ships constitute an armada. Yet, in nearly every place an armada is mentioned in game text, the target is referred to as the armada. Today's event scoring is technically instructing players to deal critical damage to ships in armada circles, not against armada targets. We are so used to this, people are now convinced the target is the armada. I will never let go of the truth.

Three examples to help illustrate this are attached.

Two additional images are both from officer Riker. Three TNG armada officer Captain Maneuvers provide correct framing of these concepts. Comically, unfortunately... their Officer Abilities refer to these concepts incorrectly.

Some examples:
Six of Elevent - OA IS CORRECT!!! The only armada officer that needs no correction.
JLP - OA incorrect
Troi - CM correct, OA incorrect
Geordi - CM correct, OA incorrect
Crusher - CM incorrect
Sisko - CM incorrect, OA, incorrect
O'Brien - OA, incorrect
Dax - CM incorrect, OA incorrect
Bashir - CM incorrect, OA incorrect
Ch'Kira - CM incorrect, OA incorrect

I know there are very large fish to fry, but I can imagine this also causes issues when translating to other languages. Please consider someday addressing this! ❤️

you should only ever be offered one pack for the treasury, the cost of which will be tied to the value of the contents of the treasury offered to you.
What you are offered in the treasury will be directly related to your server, your ops level, and your spending history; spending history being the one that will determine the cost of the unlock and relative treasury worth for your ops/server combination.
For myself as an example I see only the USD$99.99 unlock pack, and this is in line with the value of the treasury contents offered to me and my past spending history. If I could unlock my treasury with a $20 pack it would be stupid not to buy it every time as the value would be insane compared to every other pack in game.

Define broken?
Currently you should find that if the opponent wins the battle that they have their removed hull health restored (which is correct as Tal is not causing damage, but instead applying a combat limited debuff to reduce hull health). And if you win the battle with Tal your opponent will stay dead, which is so far unique to Tal but an intended design as I understood as there was unintended behaviours with the alternative.
Though I have heard of reports of opponents not staying dead if defeated by defense platforms, which is probably not intended behaviour.

These players have requested compensation for their lost resources, but I have noticed that some of them are receiving responses from technical support indicating that their losses cannot be identified.

I am curious as to how this happened. For example, in one case, I witnessed a player's base being attacked by enemies that were too powerful for me to intervene. I personally saw the player suffer losses, but according to a screenshot sent to me by the player, technical support is unable to identify the loss. Same reason they did last week, because the USA hit DST, and the game events switch with them to keep the biggest spenders happy.
Luckily, once your own region (mine will kick in end of this month) hits DST, it'll be back to the local time that you're used to

Completed the research this morning. Killed a bunch of lvl48 freebooters but it only completed one of my five swarm daily tasks. It completed only the kill 50 lvl15's. Ops 47.

Hi I have the same problem, I unlocked swarm sweep yesterday ~19:00 and today I have only 4 [ex-borg] swarm daily's other than before it was 5th. Swarm Slayer the big adv biotic one is missing. Which makes the refinery useless since you get only 30 instead of 180 biotic and I bought the prime for the refinery ... (ops39)
