Not sure what's going on. First the Manage screen was all messed up, multiple instances of ship and when switching the next ship got added to it. Cleared localization and came back within minutes and the red 'REPAIR' button was flashing yet no bubble popped nor do I see any Log for an attack.

this is a lie. u get pts from hitting stations. the same way as in incursion. there just has to be a ship in it. getting between 200k and 2 million from each base hit depending on what resources i nab. i can also tell u exactly why it works that way. its the same code used as the incursion.

3m titanium mining for finishing requital part 9 is ridiculous. My best miner mines 16526 per hour so it would take 182 hours to get it. Max load is 1m and each 25k or 35k I need to refresh... uninterrupted it would take 7.5 days. However real time take 5 hours a day it would take 1 month to get the 3m.... and event finishes in 18 days to get reward for finishing the tour of duty event.... no need to say that is impossible unless not sleeping or working for over a week

Thanks for fixing some translation issues in the German version in this update, here are some issues still left though, Refractive Beam or Brechungsstahl still got the operators(?) left, which were sucessfully removed from other things, see #👾-bug-reporting message

A second bigger issue in the German version is Kirk's third ability tree being called Forschungsschiff (Explorer, the ship) when I am pretty sure it's supposed to be called Entdecker (Explorer, the person) this translation would be in line with his other ability trees.

Some people were confused by this thinking the whole tree only works for explorer ships

I have the same issue. I noticed that which item is selected is now highlighted, you just can't change them unless you can upgraded them. any of the ones with a status of "requirements not meet" are locked out, even though it is unlocked and fully upgraded for your current commander/cc levels.

@viscid cloud @umbral nexus Hello there are players taking part in the "Plunders of War" events who found an exploit. They're attacking bases and still gaining points as long as there's at least one ship in the base although the event cards clearly stat that bases are excluded. Someone please fix this because they're using this exploit aka bug to cheat in the event. This really isn't fair to players who are gaining the points the correct way. Idk if this is a problem thought out the game or just on server 90. I can say the alliance [PORT] is using this exploit like crazy. My proof is two screenshots of them attacking my base. Each time I only had one ship in my base. They didn't raid me, they just attacked my base...for the exploit for this event. You can send someone to test it out. Have them attack a base with a ship still in it and they'll see they'll get points from it. Hopefully this can be fixed and the rest of the event can be fair to other players. Thank you.

Oh yeah, I've heard of this. I believe it's the bajoran favour for critical damage reduction, as it's applied as a debuff to the opponent and based on ship vs ship; and so stacks with each ship.
Don't know that it's confirmed 100% as the issue, but that's the likely culprit if they had no crit damage reduction crews or anything.

The SNW La’an below deck ability has been bugged now since SNW Part 1, which has got to have been 10+ updates ago, right?

Her ability should be a game-changer for mining and loot grinding events (which have become like 75% of the game). She should be the difference for a lot of players on how many deployments a Feesha needs to complete a Lat Rush or BattlePass mining event, how many deployments a Vidar or Mantis or Stella or Amalgam needs to grind their specialty loot, how easy it is to grind Jem’Haddar for loot, etc etc.

Instead, for 10+ updates, the bug has not been fixed. Tech support promises me they’re working on it, and all of us totally understand that these things take time.

But it would be great to start getting some proper updates.

When the Treasury bug happened, you both were so on top of it, made it a top priority not just to fix it but to communicate with us throughout, and to compensate us for the issue. And that was for an annoying-but-fairly-harmless notification glitch.

This is a bug that is legitimately making the game more expensive for players — costing more in time, costing more in warp tokens and summoning currency when needed to redeploy ships to certain systems, or costing players the ability to finish SMS events if they don’t spend “more” in those first two categories.

Please, please, please can we have a little sense of urgency, a far greater level of communication, and maybe (one of these days) a fix?

You get the correct usable increase in cargo from La'an below deck, the bug is that the relevant ship stats are overstated (i.e. listed as greater than the specified bonus) for all of the below deck abilities.

Could be combined with another bonus, I'm sure there's a research that will reduce crit damage.
If you're not on unfriendly terms with the person you could swap up ships to something a little cheaper and try it with 0/1/2/3/4 ships defending and see if crit damage reduction scales by ship. This would confirm if it's a general ship based crit damage reduction stacking or not.

My T9 vidar is not recognised by the refinery as T9 and so I've been missing out on weeks of solo directives, now in this arc I either cant get the mission for the talios bp's or I completed it without paying attention and didnt recive the bp's. While I know that the busted leaderboards are a known bug to fix, do we have any ETA on when they will be fixed? Yes, pd and rss raided aren't really that big of a deal anymore; however, the alliance power one is a BIG deal. It helps to connect with others in other alliances. But, with them not working for months, new alliances formed since then are not showing up in the leaderboard, and if they aren't in TC, you can't use the LBs to find them to chat.

They don't have the same value. Eclipse directive sourcing are lot easier to get than normal directive for exemple. Solo directive would get mostly aimed at 40+.

G6 aren't introduced in game, it's also why they don't give points for spend event. They are only used for some prime research right now. Efficiency research won't affect them

Crits seem somehow broken in this latest patch during raid situations.

I was running HgWorf, Rom (Captain), Marcus on my Korinar against a station that only had ships with mining crews and PVE red hostile crews. Somehow all of my crits went to 0 damage. Makes no sense. New bug? @topaz aurora @thick pike @sacred parrot

Ok, Using Franklin to kill level 35 Swarm hostiles. With my current setup of Pike, Moreau, T'Laan. I can kill 9 hostiles before being destroyed. If I add Cerritos support I still only get 9 kills. If I add +80% Interceptor Damage exocomp I still only get 9 kills with all supposed buffs combined. Something has to be broken.

<@&509690795536941056> I don't know if the new behaviour of the iOS app of STFC is intended or not. Since the last update the game prevents the phone from turning off. This behaviour is usually reserved for apps like Netflix or YouTube where watching a Video will prevent the phone from going to sleep and lock the screen. While I see some benefit when the game prevents the phone from shutting off, however it also poses as a security and battery drain risk. When you forget to manually turn off your phone or send STFC to the backround and put your phone in your pocket it will stay unlocked and active until either the battery is dead or you discover your error. Please restore the old behaviour or at least give an option to select which behaviour the user prefers. I usually don't like my phone being unlocked while sitting in the pocket.

Others in this thread are right though. You shouldn't expect to see much difference even with the proper exocomp because the +80% is a small number compared to the Franklin's baseline damage bonus.

T8 FA has 45k bonus, an exocomp for an additional 80% is just a drop compared to that even if you used the right exocomp. You won't notice a difference between 45000% and 45080%.

Cerri buff has the same issue, and will most powerful only when you're engaging with content that can deplete your shield without it.

The announcements page says a compensation gift was sent to all affected players but that was before all players were affected (like you) or submitted a ticket. Members of my alliance (Server 91) have been reporting issues with Armada rewards since yesterday evening (EST). Only the leader of the (group) armada was receiving any rewards from a successful attack. This happened last night against a Cardassian output and again this morning against a U27 Romulan outpost.

There are tons of players with excess Diodes from earlier months. It's possible to have purchased all of this month's missions without having picked up any of the bp's diodes. I'd check your Tour of Duty SMS & mission list to see which ones you've done.

I completed the tour of duty SMS. I know i had a few left over diodes from the past. my inventory is 360, the day 10 event awarded 250 of that 360. I was used to the mission events opening based up battle pass progression, but it appears this battlepass has a calendar trigger for the next assimilation missions.

Using shared locations from chat or jumping to locations from battle reports doesn't work because it loads the base map, then tries to take me to the system (error you don't have a ship in this system) then loads where my ships are and alliance territory. So when I try to locate a ship, I can't get to it directly because "I don't have a ship in the system" when the ship I'm trying to locate IS IN THE SYSTEM, or my alliance owns the territory. This has been a nuisance for a while, but now... I can't locate ships in non DS/ territory. Franklin in swarm space, I'm looking at the Franklin and give the locate button a test: my view is pushed out to galaxy because I "don't have a ship in the system"! I don't need a ship in the system to view it. Fix the order of functions here. Maybe don't check for "can you see the system" until everything else loads

Lost 2 1 hour 100% Combat Exocomps - added them when I was in base before Combat, went to mission, selected one I couldn't beat the ship before because it was too strong, went to the location and all worked fine killed it. Repeated the process picked the next mission and went to the location and got killed. Tried again was killed. Tried using another ship from my base, killed. My original hour had not expired. Then brought both ships back to base, put on another 1 hr 100% Combat exocomp (yeah I'm stupid), tried a hard mission to kill a ship and neither ship I sent out was successful. Since completing anomalous phenomena I have claimed the rewards a few dozen times. The winner notification on the events icon keeps popping up. I wouldn't mind if I was actually getting the rewards multiple times but I'm not, I'm just having to click it over and over to clear it.

FC dust is only given when you get duplicate shards for a FC officer you already have (kirk or spock). Given than the chance to actually get some shards in the daily chest are pretty low, its not much surprising than getting dust is rare

The keys will naturally decay. They only work for the lockbox from the same month they were created. If you've exchanged broken rods for a working key and had the key decay, then put in a ticket. They've reimbursed broken parts in the past.

This has nothing to do with the resolution.
There are 0 differences between 1920x1080, 3840x2160 and 5120x2880, the INGAME UI remains constant at one size. And looks like back then 600x400.

Repair and reinstallation did not help.
