Not sure if this has been reported, but when my base gets attacked, I can't repair, as the option doesn't pop up, to actually repair, I have to shut down, and restart the program. Which is annoying when trying to defend.

   1a. event ends that you were having issues getting rewards from
2. 7 days after putting in ticket get 1st response asking if issue ever stopped
3. respond "no"
4. 5 days later a 2nd CSR responds telling you the event had ended....as if you are an idiot
5. respond again "it was still going when issue happened"
6. 4 days later a 3rd CSR responds by closing the ticket without mentioning the issue
7. resubmit ticket and paraphrase what has already been said/done
8. get a response stating the event wasn't currently running and to submit a ticket if it happened the next time it ran
9. respond "so wait to put in ticket, then you don't respond fast enough to address issue before event ends, so i have to go thru it all again next time, where nothing will be done cause it will have ended again"

this all happened last treasury event, my ability to turn in treasury completely disappeared from my account on every device i tried

Earlier, but after the scoring issue was resolved I had a couple of "misses" that might be related or similar. 1. A relocation of a Base didn't seem to stick, reverting to the original location from beginning play. 2. I had two 5-mibute mission speed-ups, that I tried to use to expedite and Away team. Both speed-ups for removed, however there was No change in the mission time remaining. I've only been playing less than a week, but this seems somewhat like the scoring delay matter. Thanks.

I had the same issue. It’s looking at the system you need to go to, but for some reason it’s blurry. Click somewhere on the screen and click “go”, log out, log back in, and locate that ship.

Field Training is hung up for me for Ships AND Officers. Main FT Screen shows 24/24 for ships, but is hung up inside with 11 pts as the next reward on top. The CLAIM refreshes ever couple of minutes for a 3 min building speed up. Claiming that item does not give me anything. Similar situation for Officers showing 12/12 on the front, but inside on top, it looks like it's stuck part way under the last Moreau reward. That one is stuck on 20 Officer XP collect, which also refreshes every few minutes, but will never actually give me anything when I claim it. I have opened a ticket with Scopely on the website, which was closed after that CSR said they delivered the info to whomever they needed to. SUPER frustrating to not be able to get those Pike and Moreau shards.

There is an efficiency calculation bug affecting the client where specific values of total efficiency do not work. A possible workaround is to change one of the parameters affecting total efficiency like:
▫️ Swapping in/out Discovery crews(including adjusting synergy effects for Rare Stamets),

▫️ Increasing Cultivated Mycelium Jump Cost Efficiency research (Support tab, top row).

Hello, during the bp event today you have to help your teammates to gain points. With the new updates when you press the help button it automatically sends everyone help and you only get credit for one! Before when you clicked it you were given the choice to help all or individually, giving you credit for each one. Now you have no choice. It's making it almost impossible to complete the bp daily event! Put it back to the way it was. At least then I would get credit for the number of helps I sent!

You are too low level. Refinery options are ops based, not faction rep based. 4* starts appearing in ops 40, but only commons. Uncommons from ops 41

The notification will say +1, but the points will increase by the correct amount still. This is common with the notifications and multiple scoring, where it will only show one element of the scoring.

For the Orion Corvette Field Training, jsut go grind out some more BPs and build another one. I discovered that the Fostaa system was a decent place to do it. I needed 7 BPs and wound up with 10. Took about an hour, but you'll complete it and be able to finish the rest of the Field Training (OPS 39 btw.....so it can be done).

There are patters to the crashes. Do not expect to load a new ship and crew, it will crash. First red in a system, likely to crash. God forbid you target a blue in their territory. I have an issue with a new account. Both my "Ships" and "Officers" sections are showing they have completed steps ready to collect for rewards. However, when I collect the first reward, it "gives" me the reward (though it doesn't actually give me the reward, though it may have been given the first time).

There are several other completed steps that are ready to collect, however upon turning in the first reward for each of the two sections, it doesn't trigger the next reward. After leaving the Field Training section, the two reward paths reset, showing they are there to be collected.

I'm unsure what to do in order to collect these rewards. I've tried reseting the localization, as well as restarting the game, to no avail. Please help if you can.

In the Bajkran Fraction Shop one Button is missing for uss defiant since Update to eran amplifies. It's cost per usage 2k, now only 1k per day is available. Before update there were a second chest with also adittuonal 2k per day.

It's not possible to use that ship for now. It's absolutely not enough in relation to the costs.

I just wanted to recall my nova after the night, but my game was not fully loaded… instead of „recalling“ it back home, the game used instant repair with lat without any confirmation! And i have activated the confirmation over 300lat… this was about 3million lat!!!
Bugs like this should not be possible if it is about real money… thats lat of about 300$.

I realy hope CS can refund this… but maybe it would be good if we can deactivate features like this at all! Nobody will ever instant repair a ship for 3million lat!!! Repair boosts are more than enough available for free…

It seems like I am not scoring the full amount for the critical damage in the Heavy Hitters event. The event says it is 15 pts per point of critical damage for swarms and looks like I am getting about 8 points per hit. Sometimes as low as 7.5, other times like this, above 8.

Can‘t be, in the Locutus-event there is time for exactly 1 hit with double points, then back to single 😡. In order to do that event you have to activate him after every single kill 😡

fighting during territory capture, lag is absurd. we just went through a server merge, so now we are fighting constantly for control of the territories. for more than 70% of my attacks, my ships fly toward the enemy ship and stop at the point where they convene and the enemy ship just keeps flying past me and the attack never happens. i would suggest either upgrading/updating your servers, or reduce the ship cap so that we can avoid this problem and actually have pvp in the pvp zone.

Have you checked the actual score rather than the toast?

The chances are it’s scoring fine, the 30 seconds / grey chair is literally a cool-down preventing you from changing him. Used to be 6 hours, my guess is it was reduced because of today’s event but I’ve asked the question to make sure I know.

Looks like you've already unlocked one node in that category, there's only enough keys for one node from each grouping.

Have you used one of these refinery options yet?

The XSLB has specific scoring reqs. You'll need to refine to earn pts, or use Rare skill pts. I don't know which level uses rare pts, but you probably aren't there yet.

it's possible in a race condition... and sometimes the 2nd person to start it doesnt get notified that there's already an armada started... however, if you start it and the game has already registered the first armada then you should get a "hey, are you sure you want to do this" popup and then you can say.. yes do it, or no dont do it

we saw this a lot in the exchange armada event a week or so ago because there were so few armadas you could start in lower level systems

Check the image I posted. That's the 3rd image, and it's a cooldown for when you can remove the FC. It is not the duration of how long he's in the seat.

It is not a seated Duration. Once seated, they are seated forever until you remove them. That timer prevents you from unseating him until 30s have elapsed.

Meh, I agree, but having it swap in and out and stuff on a whim like that just benefits whales, the 6 hour cool-down made it so you had to plan and prepare, and introduced a point of variance into the game.
