Anyone notice some of the new Starbase researches "Resistance Defensive Maneuvers" lvl 5 requires R&D 31 and "Cardassian Weakpoints" lvl 3. "Cardassian Weakpoints" lvl 3 requires R&D 37 and "Territory Mitigation" lvl 4. "Territory Mitigation" lvl 3 and lvl 4 requires R&D 38. Also, "Cardassian Assault Damage" lvl 6 requires R&D 31 and "Territory Mitigation" lvl 4. Seems like something is wrong here. Both of those new branches have issues like this on all 8 of the researches.

One of the claims is limited, there's a counter on the bottom that shows how many are left. The remaining claim you have now refreshes daily, the other won't when fully depleted.

Hello, I have the 4000 broken bars together and the treasure chest is full of 700/700 points. But I can't put together a whole unlocking bar. The entry for this under recruitment is missing for me. I deleted the localisation and restarted 3 times. None of this helped. Please fix the error quickly, as I only have 3 days. It can't be that such errors keep appearing in the game! Something that used to work suddenly doesn't work at all. Why doesn't scopely test its software thoroughly, why do you keep annoying your customers?

It's a common error affecting players scanning a base with 8 docks. I've seen reports that the base is only bugged when most of the docks are filled up with undeployed ships.

Myself & several members of my alliance have been getting a weird bug with ships since installing the latest update released today. @ random, ships (including their command console) will begin flickering between several states, full cargo, docked warping, dead, mining, etc, buttons changing on the console appropriate to the ship's "state," but you can't actual use the command console or move the ship. Resetting the app appears to fix the issue for a while, but @ least one of our members has had the bug occur a few times now.

Tried using cadet maccoy to boost SNW Pike's captain maneuver. The damage mitigated by shield was 25.9%. Using full synergy SNW Pike I got 27% damage mitigation to shield. Replaced Cadet Maccoy with keenser and the shield mitigated 25.6% damage. Is Cadet maccoy working correctly in this case? I would expect 7% more damage mitigated to shields compared to Full synergy SNW Pike.

Are you working this based on total damage?
While not wrong, it's probably more helpful if you do it based on unmitigated damage instead.
You get damage reduction applied silently first (so the total damage you see is after damage reduction), then damage mitigation is taken away from this number, and then 80% (or whatever % it is in the instance) of the remaining number is taken to shields.
Standard shield mitigation % is 80%, with SNW Pike + synergy + 12% cadet McCoy it should work out to 90.08% of unmitigated damage instead.

p.s. thats an industry wide epidemic... but QA is incredibly expensive... and never perfect. i know companies that implement programmatic testing (making sure that the functions return the expected data) but not functional testing (testing every feature in the UI) after updates, because the functional testing for every feature is the incredibly expensive (and time consuming) part.

I.E. testing that an update in the treasury doesnt break the attack subsystem would be something that might get overlooked (not that it would... but thats an example)

I did some testing with another alliance. Apparently when an alliance moves their starbase it can leave a 'ghost' on the previously left node. If another alliance starts an assault on that starbase, which looks real, when the timer gets to zero it will simply fizzle out because it's not really there. However it shows up on the nodes, and alerts the defending alliance, and everything else like normal without actually making it to the combat phase, and causing you to lose the assault directives.

This needs to be looked into.

We now have EVENTS we cannot progress on because of lack of armada access.

This is the same ship. No crew changes. First image is docked. Second image is undocked. I have upgraded treasury. I have done research to upgrade cargo and protected cargo. There shouldn’t be a difference with cargo size or protected cargo amount. The undocked ship should have the same protected cargo and the same cargo size as the ship when it is undocked.

1. My alliance is small. They are the 2nd top alliance. It is impossible to defend. My comment is on the tiering of attacks
2. The game crashes trying to undeploy and they are allowed to start the next assault with a low cooldown (within a minute).
3. It did finally undeploy after they assaulted it a 2nd time but the game displays an error

My treasury rewards are very low and uninteresting, compared to some players in my team with a lower ops level than mine (I am 39, compared to 34 or 36…). Our treasury building is at the same level. Chat support told me my rewards was ok for my level one month ago but no, I have seen screenshots from other 39 players, it’s a joke ! Someone told me it’s because I’m a F2P player, hope it’s not the reason… 😈

You can increase the value of the treasury but you need to buy (pay or broken desealing rods) and next month it will give you a better value one

Did you contact CS to get your broken rods converted for your treasury. There was some tickets where they were taken out of players accounts but not given a rod. Is this you?

deleting the localization does not help. if i switch the extended zoom on or off, the resolution is ok again. after a restart the error is there again. I did not change when the error occurred.

That is not related to the nodes but to the harvesters. Relocate to a node with another plasma type.

It is only depleted for your Star Base. Since the number you see on the node is based on your Plasma Processor minus what your Harvesters for that Plasma type mined without being on another Plasma type.

It's just some extra latinum and ultra recruit tokens in the 24 hour chest, the bajoran credits and syndicate XP are in the top milestone chest instead.

If you've 0 capability in refine module you can't harvest magnetic.
Node size is determined by capability to process plasma in plasma processor

Ie if colisional is 2m but mag is 0, then you can harvest 2m colisional and 0 magnetic. So placing base on mag will yield 0 node.
But on colisional node size will be 2m

Has nothing to do with what you have inside your Starbase. The deciding factor is what you mined of that Plasma type without relocating to a different Plasma type node.

I cannot update the “Announcement” panel on the alliance page in game. It doesn’t matter what I type, the new text doesn’t save.

I’ve cleared cache, reinstalled app, and had a different person take the admiral role and try to change it. Nothing works.
We use this panel to share info quickly with members and it’s been broken for over a month. Any updates?

There are major problems here: There is a ghost ship that follows you everywhere it is a Vak from APEX, you can see it can't target it. On the PC, Targeting is hosed. Click on a target it comes up 1" SW of the target and says WARPING. It was in K space and is now in R space; Lower half of DS9 is dancing across the top of the screen. Finally, the isogen timers in the refinery is messed up. I claimed everything 2 hours ago and Iso 1 & 2 are ready to claim again but 3 has a 21 hr timer on it. For all the crap we players have had to put up with the last 2 months and with everything worthwhile costing $100 - we the players think you us BIG.

I’m not defending it, I’m explaining what happened. The idea is not to make it a no-win scenario for smaller players, because if you’ve seen some of the battle logs the shots in some of the rounds are biblical. This appears to me to make it less of a whale-only toy.

I don’t like the not victory defeat victory sort of get some loot, I think when you have to explain it like I have done it’s not clear enough.

Best thing to do is for them to log a ticket with CS, check that Game Center is signed in (if iOS) or Android stuff, or ensure Scopely ID is signed in if that’s in use. PC can be a bit cleaner for that. Is he on iOS?
