There seems to be an issue with the resources raided leaderboard. Multiple people are reporting that the score is not updating. I myself have been raiding over 150B and the score has not changed.

As for how to stop it I found a temporary fix. Go to your settings and disable all notifications. That puts a stop to it. But the error code will still pop up.

None of the alliances power numbers or rankings is correct. A.new power alliance has formed in the last month and they don't even show up on the lost. If you look at their stats on their alliance page - they are at #5 (but still don't exist on the rankings)

We thought it had been fixed, but when we started the level 16 salvage yard upgrade, bug came back. The work around remains re-installing the game.

Thank you for giving me the SAME copy and pasted message as I tried to file a ticket since your "Your Treasury is full" message is making the game unplayable for me on my cell. I have now gotten the fallowing message three times:
"I can see that your message best belongs to a different category. I will now redirect you to the appropriate option. Once given the option, please select "Latest Release Issues" to find the details about your concern."

Please note that due to the message bug, the game slows down, if not crashes.

Your bribe of daily resources doesn't mean a thing, since I'm only level 19. But your company has a good history of not caring about lower level players. So for FRACK SAKE fix the game.

If you open the gift chest with 400 token, you get 40 days of gift so you will have a new one every day. The banner will bring you to store, check 2 tab on the right in "resource" to get it

Right, got a way around the game throwing you into a new game.

The game is failing to access Apple’s Game Centre credentials, that’s why it’s throwing you into a new game. Once you complete the tutorial, click on your in-game profile, then Settings. Now login via your Scopely ID account (hopefully you have one). It will detect that your account is already linked to a game, so it will ask you whether you want to link your Scopely ID to this new game. Answer NO and it will restart the game with your previous game progress.

Please reinstall the possibility for the discord to call other ships while sitting on a node mining. It is a total nuisance to first skip mining e.g. by hitting the warp key and immediate cancel before being able to call the required miner. Only since about half an hour ago the ships I buff with the Defiant are destroyed immediately. When I repair, the ship pops up in the same location where it was before, not fully healed. Just now a buffed ship even got destroyed while warping when the buff ran out.

Now, this was my Stella. So not expensive to repair, but if it also will happen to my Newton, I wouldn't be overly excited... Not that I am excited now, of course. Well maybe a bit, just to find out how this mess got coded into existence, mainly.

Due to the current level of our active plasma harvester A and plasma processor (both level 15), I need to access it a minimum of twice per day to keep it running.

To access the ASB screen I need to:

1. Delete the game
2. Re-download the game (several hundreds of Mbs)
3. Complete the introductory tutorial (around 5 minutes)
4. Link the game to my normal account and avoid deleting all my previous progress by clicking "yes"
5. Access the ASB screen, empty the active plasma harvester, use some speedps, relocate it to collisional plasma, then relocate it back to active plasma.

Then, as my game is completely re-installed, I have:

1. All my missions "new" and unarchived
2. All officers new with a red pip
3. All factions full of red pips
4. A notification of every ship being unlocked
5. Warnings about how dangerous mining is, what happens in territory space, dominion space etc. etc. etc. -

Again, I need to do this entire process at least twice a day to keep it running. It's the worst bug in the game, ever, by far - I'm not aware of any other bug that requires complete re-installation multiple times per day. The progress of the ASB should be stored, the feature parked, and re-introduced once fixed. A massive compo chest for the massive amount of time/effort wasted for us to manage this feature would also be appreciated 😂

Sure, but you're talking about 3 different things.

1. the PC exclusive 24 hour chest is separate to the regular/bajoran favour boosted 24 hour chest. You should get both.
2. the bajoran favour for the 24 hour chest "Prophet's Tribute" does not add syndicate XP.
3. the syndicate XP and Bajoran badge favour "Prophet's Gift" has no impact on your 24 hour chests at all, instead adding an additional daily milestone rewards chest at 270 daily milestone points.

Learning more about the ASB bug, which has disappeared again for us now. The issue appears to relate to upgrading the salvage yard (any level) and the diplo center (at level 15 and above). For these upgrades, it is recommended to save speedups so that you can rush them in one go. Will update as we learn more.

I'd try uninstalling/reinstalling the game since a recent update addresses this problem. Default error 5 is usually a desync'ing issue so you can also try resync'ing by opening the cash shop and event store, then claiming something from gifts.

Your distance calculations aren’t working in tc. I have a base set up so that it’s at the closest point to the edge of the system next to the system that I’m mining in, so that a recall should take 20s or so at most. And it’s taking almost 2 mins to recall. It shows an instant warp to the home system, and then another 45s to get to my base within home system, with the entry point drawn far off map.

Ok, this last recall took “35s”, but it then repeated the last two seconds of the docking to home station repeatedly. My ship couldn’t dock until I changed its path to a point next to my base and then tried recall again. What the heck is going on with the navigation??

Anyone else having Officer Presets erase when you save a new set of officers? I recently leveled up to Syndicate 15. Got a 4th Officer Preset. When I saved 3 bridge officers to preset #4, exited & returned, #3 erased & reset back to NEW. When I saved 3 officers to preset #3, exited & returned, #2 had erased and reset back to NEW, and so on....endless bug loop.

Hmm ok seems my theory is wrong. If you have enough speed ups I and you haven’t finished the event today, you can take some screenshots of your event before doing it and after you complete it. If the points are wrong then you can contact CS and they can give you the missing points and rewards

Please. I beg you. Can someone PLEASE fix the lack of hostiles in Penumbra? You keep giving us events for it for the battlepass and the hostiles are broken. Im starting to think this is intentional to make us purchase points packs. The three systems above penumbra (Resara, Andkara and Kemetja) have an over abundance of low level hostiles that can't be killed if we filled the system.

I really am starting to think it's intentional to try and force us to buy points packs.

Or change one or two of the systems above penumbra to be the same level hostiles? This should be a super simple bug to correct.

We seem to have a “stuck” epic eclipse armada in Lindstrom on 44. Two groups have tried and when the timer gets to zero, we get stuck in combat for 20-30s then are told the armada was cancelled because the target is invalid.
