I'm on server 132, lag so bad, it is hard to refresh a mine - hostile hunting is near impossible with all hostiles on screen getting stuck, disappearing, combat lasting for minutes. Keep having to change to another system to get screen refreshes and updates, but it only lasts for a few seconds.

Actian systems are unplayable, get half the rewards, no buffs, and you have to attack the enemy twice to make it disappear, get stuck in battle loops for longer, the experience sucks, sort it out scopely

You should contact CS and see if they would reimburse your directives. That's a pretty unusual bug. I'd also uninstall before the new patch and get a fresh install.

I will not write to the support - there are no complaints about the directives. I just want to understand why it happened - it's a little difficult to do it because "1 directive per day" - it's hard to make statistics of some actions that cannot be done more than 1 time per day. and the fact that the armada time is 1:30 is also a bit difficult to navigate. I actually flew 1 time with Seritos. before that I killed 35 . but the last launch of 35 was a long time ago. today i just wanted to do a test with seritos 🤔🤔

seem to be having issues in systems where ship positions are not updating correctly - attacks are mostly taking place without animation, once hostiles have reached their zenith, they just get stuck until the system is refreshed (going to galaxy view and back)

I keep getting kicked out of armadas because my team members say my ship power is 9,7mill? But it is actually 12.7mill.
I will be in the circle in the last 10 seconds, my ship will also have the little circle around it to say I’m active. I’m usually about 5th in the armada list on power but in the final second the armada kicks me out and replaces me with a lower power alliance member. Please can this be resolved?! Current situation while doing swarm daylies:
target hostile, ship moves, nothing happens and hostile flies on.
retarget hostile, is declared invalid target, system reloads, hostile gone.
if I target another hostile, also, invalid target, system reloads, hostile is in a different place.

Multiple alliance members report the same issue, so it is NOT some BS about local client lag.

the new update did fix the iPhone 14 issue for both versions of the pro (not jus the max as described in the release notes).

However the notch/dynamic island spacing was applied to both sides of the screen controls. When you turn your phone to the left (so the notch is on the left), the right hand side has a large empty gap on the right too, the same size as on the left ... but theres nothing obstructing that side at all. All the buttons are just pushed far out for no reason. Looks very weird and unnecessarily using up screen space

You need to set your disco outside the base before it works. Very nice update, so when during a battle someone hit me with venom and i need to escape i need to go to my base first, put the disco outside….. then recall the ship that i wanted to save. By this time it’s already shot down already 😂

The Defiant in the game is a support ship and the only likeness to the DS9 Defiant is your artwork. I think it’s corrupting the ASB when trying to get the graphics for the new module. Its failing in that task and then putting the ASB for that person in a perpetual loop of preparing thereafter on the black screen

I reinstalled fully on mobile... got access to the ASB as it forced it to redownload all the data for the ASB.
i loaded up pc client... still spins and sticks on the ASB

Did another fresh install on IoS. That forces you to reload the data for the ASB and again I got back in.

This time instead of going on my pc client I simply shut the iOS down and loaded it back up. And… it broke again and got stuck on black screen and spinning again.

So, I have the wonderful job of having to reinstall the game every 6 hours to collect plasma and manage the star base.

I thought this was fixed? This is absolutely P1 critical bug in my eyes for anyone that has got their starbase to assembly 15 and got the salvage module, as it’s clearly linked to that. If any of the devs tell you it’s not P1 because there is a workaround then in no world does having to uninstall and reinstall a game every 6 hours be classed as an acceptable work around

Hi all, trying to help an alliance mate with game loading issues. No access for 3 days. Game gets to 90%+ and then just crashes/force closes.

Iphone X and IPad 7, both IOS updated. Game deleted and reinstalled/updated. All permissions okay. No airplane mode or DND on. Storage space is good.

He's on AT&T cellular data, no issues with browsing or other apps.

Another fix is needed. The bug that causes the game to hang on "preparing screen" when trying to open the ASB after building the salvage yard remains.

I can still operate the ASB, but need to re-install the game 3-4 times per day. Each time I re-install, I can access the ASB once. This is the same for all players in our alliance.

I'm assuming these are relatively long battles, with cumulative damage bonus, and high starting damage bonus. Difference over the entire battle could be pretty small, especially when you consider the kinetic only fires every other round and potential over damage.
You really need to look at the exports to say for certain if it's not working.

Basically a clean install works once only. Then when you close the game and reopen you forever get the following page

To get rid of it you need to restart computer/app otherwise you are stuck there forever.

To get into ASB you need to delete and reinstall the game

It only happens AFTER you get the salvage yard module which is at ASB 15 and a few upgrades to harvestors.

As not many alliances have the salvage module not many have the isssue

Personally I think the salvage module has some corrupt graphics which corrupts the ASB loading

The game is very much unplayable after the latest update.

So far, I'm unable to:

• Mine anything other than 4* gas and ore,ninclyding latinum of eithe type, isogen, 2* or 3* mats, dilithium, parsteel, or the green stuff

• kill any swarm, FKR hostiles, or eclipse

• collect payouts from the refinery (a few items worked here, but most just made the app unresponsive after clicking collect)

• look at events

• access the store

• open a ticket with CS (the menu never loads and the game freezes)

I've tried rebooting, clearing cache, and re-installing the app ( it took over 4 hours to resintall.)

An alliance member is completing one of the defiant missions and has to collect 10 edicts. Upon finishing one lvl 35 solo armada the mission is only counting 3 edicts instead of the 4 the armada rewards. Almost like the game only counts the rewards in the battle log that are skewed instead of total rewards

@umbral nexus I have narrowed the ASB bug down further. It only causes the black screen of death 💀 IF the salvage module is being built (any level upgrade, it doesn’t matter). Now I got ours up to 5 I set the magnetic harvestor off and the problem has gone away. I completed that, started next level of salvage module as a test and it’s come back again.

So strangely, this now seems to be narrowed down to a bug when the salvage module is in process of being built, not a “yes/no” on whether you have it or not.

About the retrieving circle of doom , clearing localization doesn’t work I still get that not just in the events but in everything. Sometimes it clears sometimes it doesn’t and sometimes it locks up my game forcing me to restart . I’ve lost out on collecting things due to it. Though reporting the loses scopley always says oh you got yet there is absolutely no change in my inventory. Even sending screenshots of complete inventory before and after I get same response oh you got it. It’s number one reason I don’t like spending money on this game

I would say biggest bug is scopley ineffective coding. Every update brings over 50k bugs and glitches that cause major lag times and other issues. I know programming isn’t easy but I also know many codes are copy and paste too nowadays to make it easier then the old days when you had to write every code and test them . can we PLEASE get some sort of actual fix in place for Mantis space? this ship is still currently paywalled, and Server 29 has 0 spawning Apex hostiles. They are NOT broken and stuck in place. They simply just dont spawn. And there are no visible stuck apex hostiles in any of the Actian systems. It's highly frustrating that the only option to participate in this loop right now is to kill hundreds of hostiles to fill a cargo hold, rinse and repeat.

Temporary fix idea could be something as simple as just bumping the chrysalis loot until Actian space is playable again. But in its current state, it's an entirely disengaging experience

To get the client to process that, you need to do something to trigger....such as taking ship off node and putting back on. Its been ingame for several months

T7 Vi'Dar I'm guessing?
The ship stat bonus doesn't work properly with 7of11, so your ship shows as though you have that extra 45% hull health bonus that his bonus you stats gets you to, but in reality it's not being applied (so shows higher in stats and scans, but lower remaining in the report summary).
I've mentioned it a few times, so hopefully it's on their list to fix.

The only meaningful response you will get is this: find a better run game. The consistent issues with breaking or broken features has been going on almost as long as the game has been extant. The can’t fix most things, or just don’t feel a need to because people keep spending without thought. They have no actual incentive to truly fix things in a timely manner or even communicate the issues with working on said fixes.
