T5 ships install MK6 components, and once all components are MK6 then you can tier up to T6.

Tier 4 refinery at T5 sounds like a bug though. Historically they're not great at fixing that though, you can raise it with customer support but you might need to wait until you can tier up again.

What is being done about the stuck ships issue? I have a player in my alliance that has had a stuck ship for over a week now and no response from support. If this continues he will not be able to participate in incursions and will also not be able to shield as he can't move his base. Please have support check and respond to their tickets I know they get a lot but it's been a week already.

If Support dont answer before incursion, tell him to try to transfer to the other server once incursion start. It solved the stuck ship for some players

PLEASE FIX THE ARMADA LAG. I have players getting stuck in armadas with the countdown at zero. Sometimes the armada doesn’t even run at all. Every armada that runs reads as “cancelled” even when it actually does run. Why 8 million? Because it's 75% of the difference between last and next faction store rep level.
Basically:
(Next lvl rep - current rep lvl starting rep * 0.75) + current rep lvl starting rep:
10 million - 2 million = 8 million
8 million * 0.75 = 6 million
6 million + 2 million = 8 million

Yes, and it seems to be both a combination of ops level and faction rep that controls availability. You have to be close to the right level to see them, I think.

I’m getting this weird bug where sometimes if I click on a hostile, instead of the normal scan/attack box it acts as if I clicked a spot in space and gives the message you would get if your ship was in warp.

At the very least it should be made less painful by increasing the loot drop from the regular hostiles. The loot drop rate for the jem hadar was decreased over night so I can’t imagine doing the opposite for the Actian chrysalis’ would be much different or more difficult. Please fix this or at least make it better. It’s gone on long enough.

I got 7 shards and 375 transporter patterns (each rare being worth 75 on conversion, so 5 rares converted for a total 12).
It will only show 1 shard when they're converted though, need to do the math on them (75 per rare, 400 per epic).

I dont have secondary accounts elsewhere to verify it's system wide. Any time you click on the flag for a territory space you have about 5 or 6 seconds to click the Back button on the top left corner. If you don't click this back button within that time frame it greys out and you are unable to click off the territory description screen. There are a couple of workarounds - clicking on the owning alliance or join takeover button resets your timer - but this is ridiculous and I can't believe it's not an easy fix. Sorry if already reported. Easy to verify!

Hey Eco, actian space has been broken for weeks with locked apex hostiles... Scopley claims to support reduced screen time but this is a very important part of the game for people who currently have a mantis .. system 35,36,37 broken 38 only has 2 hostiles ever.... I cant do the swarm event because points arent registered for pve and not one Franklin in sight for pvp (or fleeing the moment you enter the system), thats two events down. I just had a "one-in-a-million" bug that I thought I'd report simply because it's so unlikely to happen due to timing.

My station was attacked a few moments ago, at the exact moment I was swapping over one of my ships. In the battle log, the ship I was swapping out was destroyed, however it's perfectly fine and available in my list of ships to choose. The ship that I was swapping in is also undamaged.

ok, it's been over a month that apex hostiles have not been spawning in a majority of the actian systems. Only update we've received is that "it's being worked on". Why has it taken more than a month of no progress toward fixing this bug that's a huge issue? On top of that, this is a major bug for paid content. Why is it not getting priority? Why have mantis owners not been compensated for the loss of being able to effectively grind with their paid for ship? Stuff like this is pushing me closer to the edge of not wanting to play this game anymore. I definitely won't be spending any more money until it's fixed.

So I updated my Game on PC and now I am not able to open the Event tab. It's stuck in a black screen with "Preparing..." in bottom right corner. Clearing localization is not possible because it gets stuck in another black screen saying something else in the bottom right corner.

Currently deleting and re-installing the game 3 times a day (8am, 2pm, 10pm) in order to access our alliance starbase and empty the harvesters. Wow, can't post screenshots of bugs in here anymore. Okay let's do this the hard way. Trying to upgrade a building in the Starbase gave me an error message.

It appears there’s an issue with how events are being programmed for DST. Faction Hunt and the ticketed events seem to align with US DST. The Daily rep spend event reset an hour early. The daily events finished an hour early. The new daily events haven’t started yet, which implies they will at the new DST changeover time. And finally, the counter for all dailies says there are 11:27 hours remaining as of 11:33 am ET - a full hour earlier then the actual changeover.

What is the point of having a “Bug Reporting” channel if you can’t post a picture of it? It would be much easier to show than try to explain it.
Not a huge bug, but one that you can have fun with.. when at a spot on the map, zoom in a bit, then click a spot away from where your ship is that you want it to go, then click the “go” button twice to get an error.. then move your ship back to where it was.. you’ll end up with a line to where you put your ship with the double tap.. you can do this double tap as many times as you want in that system.. creating a spider web of lines from those points to your ship. Much easier if I could post a picture of this.

On server 65 we recently had two servers merge into ours. One alliance from 39 merged into an alliance from 65. Now the alliance power leaderboards are messed up. The old 39 alliance is still listed on the board with the same power, and the power from the players who moved to the 65 alliance never transferred over in the rankings. Really annoying because we should be ranked 5 and are ranked 15 and it affects server politics. Lol.

I just looked and I have 74.6k. Which means I had at least 74 when I looked earlier but I don't know about the 600

Swarm Sunday hasn’t been giving TP for neither Khan nor Mara for as long as it’s been running. I’ve had Mara maxed for over 1.5 years and have never received any tp from this event. Nowonshall even made a video on it just today as he realized this issue.

Well it’s never given TP … I would actually see it in the rewards if it did… I kill 75 swarms before collecting the rewards for either of the events and have never seen a single transporter pattern. I’m not gonna contest that.. but it has never worked for me… and to ask me to now wait til next week so I can screenshot the heck out of my game and to “prove” that when I see rewards there are none.. sort of ridiculous… but hey… guess that’s typical for this bugged game … already sent in a ticket for this as well.

You do not see patterns in the rewards. You see 5 khan shards and 5 Mara shards.

They are converted and goes in your inventory

It's your Inventory amount you need to check before/after. Not the rewards flash screen

I'm on server 91 player name NeverMoreOfMordor and I am unable to see the Armada Control Center pack in the store. Our alliance is new so we are unable to have anyone start an armada for us to earn the points for tactical cores because nobody has it unlocked yet.

The conditions to see an offer aren't disclosed to us, but you should expect things like level, historical spend amount, and limited availability windows to be factors. You should have the first hurdle cleared, the 2nd might require more spending, and the 3rd just requires patience and checking the cash shop from time to time.

This has gotten worse for me ( server 153) it used just to be a flash now it takes seconds where you start to notice it / it is becomming annoying.
And it is between every screen switch ( chat or system )/ tap something ( helps / free chests / refinery / you name it )
It is clearly an issue in the game app, as my connections are perfect, i clear local a million times a day ( usually when the game decides to collapse on its own and reboots 🤣🤣🤣)
any other app i open has no connection issues, no lag, no buffering !

On my phone, I do this process 3 times a day (8am, 3pm, 10pm) to manage the ASB:

Step 1) Delete the game and re-install
Step 2) Open ASB and empty active plasma harvester
Step 3) Relocate ASB to collisional plasma site
Step 4) Delete the game and re-install
Step 5) Open ASB and empty collisional plasma harvesters
Step 6) Relocate ASB to magnetic plasma site
Step 7) Delete the game and re-install
Step 8) Open ASB and empty magnetic plasma harvesters
Step 9) Relocate ASB to active plasma site
