By Taking care of the suliban.
Multiple ways to do that:
1st:

• Get 2 ships inside
• Wait for Hunter to appear
• Smash 2nd ship against it
• Even when your ship dies, the hunter disappears

2nd:

• Send 2nd ship in first
• Send botany bay in at most 5 seconds later
• Warp 2nd ship out when hunter appears

Two ways: send a different ship ahead of your BB to trigger the hostile. Or, use: get away from hostile about 12 secs, hit attack, IMMEDIATELY hit recall and stop, then don't move until it stops chasing.

this is on server 91. See that that top alliance on the board is FLR. But when you look at the details of FLR they have less power then shows on the board. Our alliance TS has the highest power and is not even on the board. It has been this way on the server for weeks. Its like for the purposes of the alliance board reporting we are members of our old alliances and not the new one (TS).

Am I going crazy here? I opened a ticket because I felt like I was not credited with speedups when purchased by latinum. Scopely says I received the speed ups.... Here is what happened:

I clicked on the tier up for my mantis once I got to ops 38 (tier 4 to 5). It showed it would take 13 days and I had no more speedups. So I changed the one day speedup to 13 and clicked (300 lat per day). It asked me to verify I was sure I wanted to spend 3900 in latinum for the speedups. I affirmed and latinum was taken from my account. My Mantis still showed 13 days. How was I credited with those speedups if they did not apply to the tiering process? I most certainly didnt have 13 one day speed ups at this point. Yet, Scopely says they can do nothing because the logs show it was credited. SIGH

I'd start with easy stuff before looking for needles. Set reso to a more standard setting like 1920x1080 or windowed, and try that. Try the repair option in the launcher. If that fails, try uninstall/reinstall. Or get a new copy of the file from the website.

Past that, there's a log file that might help diagnose the issue.

This isn't really a bug, but there are two UI issues that come into play on my iPhone 14 device:

1. Since the screen now automatically spans the entire screen, the keyhole for the front-facing camera cuts off some of the UI elements; right now the way to work around this is to rotate the phone 180deg so unblock the elements on either the left or right sides
2. At the bottom of the display, it appears that iOS always displays the horizontal bar at the bottom of the screen that I believe is used to show where to swipe up to switch between apps; the effect of this is that the selected ship's health bar is completely obfuscated by the iOS bar.

You've likely hit the daily hostile cap of 2k, resets 1 hour after your dailies.

It's an issue with displayed jump cost, you need to change the numbers until you get a working combination of base cost and efficiency until a proper fix is made.
You can try: upgrading warp engine component, increasing efficiency research, or using various combinations of efficiency officers (just Stamets, just Culber, Stamets with Culber with and without synergy, Stamets with synergy but without Culber, etc).

When I press MINE on a mine it should go to that mine and mine!
Instead, my ship warps to those XY coordinates in another system… which is particularly odd if I just made an in-system move to reset the mine without warping away.

That's probably the issue then.
There's a bug with stat bonuses applying earlier than stated, which means you have more health than it shows in your stats, so when you scan targets whilst at low hull health you can actually hit a spot where it thinks you have no hull remaining.

I provided several screenshots and had support closing the original ticket with awarding the proper rewards for the 2 impacted events. The 2nd ticket they dragged their feet and are claiming they rewarded for 1 event but not the other and they're unable to provide the logs showing they awarded anything. These are the types of things that lead to our frustration. Can one or both of you please look at the tickets and find a resolution that can be verified so i know i didn't get screwed over?

I'd avoid having anyone use Kira on the bridge as she's linked to failure-to-launch on armadas. Usually happens in eclipse, but can happen outside as well. Contact CS to get your directives back.

Can't initiate warp while stung, but you can finish a warp already started and players can also summon ships out.

It's not a bug. The warp path between Wolf and babel have highter requirement than your warp range, hence why you can only go there using a longer path with less warp range requirement

Too many Kira’s in that armada fleet is 99% likely the cause. Armada mitigation went negative, which breaks the armada. So it fails out and ships get stuck, reset localization to get your ships back

The battle report inbox has been unable to clear and it's been like this for 2 weeks. I have restarted the app a dozen times, restarted my device, cleared localization 30 times, cleared the app cache 8 times. Any fix works for 5 minutes. Several members of my alliance submitted tickets and were told the problem was on their device. It is not, it's every single person on server 88. I am beyond exhausted by the idea of the fact that we keep being told busted coding on our server is just "restart your app" or "restart the device" when that doesn't work. Our biggest spender on our server quit the game and deleted her account over the failure to fix simple issues.

While we're at it, I have a ticket through the game open for these leaderboards not calculating. They haven't calculated since probably early September. Each alliance power calculation is off by tens of millions and I have asked, this is another thing that is broken for everyone on the server, I've been trying to get it fixed through chat for the last month, but I keep being told the same thing and no one wants to hear me. I've been doing all of these things for weeks because most of the leaderboards and the battle reports and everything on server 88 is wildly broken to the point of barely being functional some days, but I'm being told it's user error. I have dozens of other people corroborating it is broken for them. Support keeps cycling back to the same message with me.

This is a bug I have had for quite some time but my discovery won't jump. Alwas says update to newest version which has been done many times and through several updates since it first appeared. tried to uncrew and recrew and everything I have seen suggested by others with no luck. This is only an issue I have had with apple devices as my computer never had this issue before it died and neither did my google. Has there been any attempt to fix the game version from the apple app store that seems prone to this error or to see why it seems pprevalent on apple devices? With my computer down I am only able to play via an apple phone and a iPad which makes bothering to use what for me has become a useless ship if it can't jump systems?

How many crew combinations have you tried? Stamets solo, Culber solo, Stamets with Culber with no/half/full synergy, Stamets without Culber with half/full synergy? And do you have capability to upgrade the warp engine and/or efficiency research?

I have done some upgrades if those are under the ship tabs but been reluctant to put much into it if it isn't working. I haven't tried multiple crew change combinations other then completely un-crewing then recrewing with a couple different crews and or switching it with mining crews just to switch it with no change in it's ability to warp.

It's an issue related to the stated cost to jump, the number comes back wrong at certain combinations. If you can upgrade the warp engine or the efficiency research it may resolve the issue (though the are at least 2 spots where it was common, can't remember them off hand), otherwise best you can do is work through all the different efficiency crew combinations (try just Culber first).

It's an issue with the stated jump cost, you'll need to change the numbers until you get a working combination.
If you're able to upgrade the warp engine or the efficiency research this could fix it, otherwise you'll need to try various combinations of jump efficiency officers (Stamets solo, Culber solo, Stamets with Culber with no/half/full synergy, Stamets without Culber with half/full synergy).

Did you recall your ship after defeating the Armadas? Those ones are cargo, not sent directly to your inventory.

IPhone 14 line up was supposed to be adjusted in the M47 patch (it was in the patch notes) but seems it didn’t work. I reported it after the patch released that it still wasn’t fixed (hopefully soon)

I don’t have the ones from the 13 pro max. This is how screwed up the 14 pro max is though. All 4 corners are wrong, dynamic island interferes with the research/buildings progress, and it interferes with the display of cargo/ship power/etc. also the home swipe up could be lower and not interfere with your ship dock display.

While we are on the subject of scaling...not quite a bug but the iPad Pro 12.9 (4th gen) text/zoom scaling could be way better too. Screen resolution should easily support being zoomed out of the system more and still be able to display the hostile/ship/base text...but that's just my personal opinion.

Actian systems from 33-40 only have ONE system that spawns Apex (Server 27)
Does the client not ask for full system updates occasionally?
Is the issue server side?
Can there not be some kind of check in every once in a while to match the appropriate state of the system?
Can you not add some logic that checks if the hostile hasn't moved in n seconds then cull the object?

At the risk of sounding dramatic, this is beyond insanity that the issue is still around.
