I'm guessing that it has already been reported that you can't mark everything in the inbox as read. Not working on Phone or PC.

-Game crashes upon entering station or starbase.
-Game crashes upon hitting “go” button for research
-Game won’t load sometimes (like this morning is wouldn’t load AT ALL but now it loads when it’s too late to finish events
-Lag lag lag
-Endless red notification bubbles that never go away even when you click on them
-Battle reports can’t be marked “read” anymore

Did I miss anything? I’m sure there’s about a hundred things besides these…

@SCOPELY : Does Solo Armadas count as a hostile? I do not see them counting towards Path to Profit : Dominion (SMS). And if you cloak for your Solo Armadas, it does not count towards Daily cloaked milestones. If you do a regular Armada, it counts as a hostile, and goes towards Daily faction hostile or cloak milestones. So what is special about Solo Armadas?

They removed them on both the mantis and cherro I have no clue why is was good as it was before sometimes when they try to make stuff better and make it way worse. Perhaps as a moderator you should push back and tell Scopely people wouldn't suggest such things if they would actually fix the game and not make it worse with every new arc or feature. I personally paid for half the Mantis unlock only to find out those systems are broken, multiple broken hostiles, it does not work as advertised or paid for. Why would it be uncivilized or even wrong to ask for my money back on that purchase?

I like the golden circle when a ship is Cerritos supported. Was very disappointed when they didn't take this feature to the mantis and the 3 exos you can activate on her. No, with the mantis you gotta open the management screen to see how much time is left... losing even more time of the exos duration

Yeah I didn't understand why they just didn't have those three circles to. The tablet pops up when you target a new ship. You have the cargo. Why didn't they just put it right above the cargo on the left hand side. When you target a new ship with those three circles it would make more sense. I still strongly feel they do not have the games operation manager. They control what the devs put in the game It seems and feels like each dev just throws out there. What they feel would be great without anyone managing that.

I don’t mind the change with duration icon on ship being boosted. (The original one was hard to tell). But I use boost for solo armadas and need the cool down timer to plan when to start after one ship gets boosted.

Totally agree and have fed that back. The cool-down doesn’t really matter if you’re supporting one ship but especially with solo armadas (and to some extent before where you had one person providing support in a normal armada) it’s crucial to be able to plan.

This is the first time I've gone to Scopely about this but I am tired of wasting ancient beacons to not be able to fill my cargo hold. Occasionally, when you kill an Actian hostile that gives you your exocomp buff, they do not display or activate. Today I found out if you restart your client on the PC this fixes the issue, which I was able to confirm, after wasting 1 beacon. I reported this through normal channels and got this response, which is clearly incorrect.

Its not a "fix" but when it doesn't activate if you go to the CLAIM chest thing -> consumable son the far right you can enable the ones you've "collected" thus far and at least make the most of your run...

Yep that’s correct. If you hit a hostile that doesn’t carry a buff then you get no buff. If you hit a hostile that has a buff then you get it automatically. Occasionally it gets stuck and goes to your exocomp store or you need to restart to get it unstuck

1. Armadas failing to launch when using Kira

4. Frozen hostiles in some locations
5. Solo Armada - Some solo armadas don't drop loot chests
6. New Jem'Hadar hostiles don't count for generic "Kill Hostiles" daily goals
7. ASB - Unable to Collect Plasma from Harvester or Negative Plasma collected
8. Earlier reset of Daily Goals
9. Unable to access the ASB, stuck on the "Preparing" screen
10. Battle logs can't be marked as read
11. Research menu appears blank or crashes

I scanned all the 41 rares and selected the one showing 141k loot. On top of that I have the 50% loot research and my Jelly crew had Geordie and 5 of 11.

Despite this I seem to have come way with 129k loot lower than the original amount despite all the buffs?

The battle log only shows the loot of the strongest ship.
You did get everything in your inventory though 🙂

I consider that a bug. Before Solo armadas they were pushed to AC and client.
Then they introduced Solo armadas and some brain made sure it doesn’t show up in AC (awesome job) but nobody thought of push notifications. OR, some code exists that was missed and pushes it under certain circumstances

I found a way in to combat research. Go to your unbuilt ships area, click on biggest ship in there. Mine is level 50. I clicked on it and it showed research needed. I got in that way. Also worked for buildings I can’t build yet. I clicked on it and it showed needed research

I’d like to report what is a recurring theme above as well - I can no longer access the research page. This is specific to iOS, I don’t have a PC or android device to test on.

When I access the research via the building or “Go” option, any variety of issues will happen that ultimately means it won’t load. The worst issue is when it loads the background but none of the research loads and the game is unresponsive. Most of the time, when I click into research it just darkens the screen but I can still interact with ships/exit the error state.

a complete uninstall and reinstall will get me in once, but not again after that initial entry...and deleting and reinstalling the game constantly is not ideal

the only way to get in seems to be if your screen says "downloading" when you first enter, but thats for people who basically have never clicked into an alliance starbase screen or who install

The working ones last 24 rounds both times, failed on lasted 28 rounds, the issue is my kelvin and ent both survived on the successful ones and my kelvin had 80 % hull left so there is no way it should have betray me, and my kelvi had cerentos support and also I had 300% armada damage running on the successful ones and the failed on so sco have messed this up

There is no way it should have beaten me same ships same crew same setup and I was able to use my kelvin to kill two in one trip with both jelly and ent fully repaired and kelvin not, so they have changed stuff and my money is the maths, as I also completed armada research in outlaw that increases armada penetration today as well

Yeah, and in the loss your Kelvin would have been the only target left for 3 or 4 rounds, with no shield to soften the blow.. your outgoing damage dropped, probably a lack of crits again, and so you didn't kill it as fast and then it got the win instead. Just like the other 3 "broken" complaints I've seen this week.
Or find a PC and export the logs and we can pick through it in fine detail.

The way it works is that from the officer menu screen you see base values, unless they're on a ship and then you see their values including applied bonuses. From ship officer assignment you see with bonuses, though some additional bonuses are added when actually on the ship also.

Currently I have two events listed under espionage. friends and foes, and supply chain antics. I also have three Espionage actions available. Transmit information on Kira and Cisco, investigate Miles.
There are no actions compatible with the Espionage and I've already completed the Espionage events. Are there any other events I'm unaware of.?
I've already restarted multiple times and both the events and the actions end at the same time.
But they don't seem to be linked.

It's not an intel collected goalpost, but rather how you've spent your rods into the overall greater investigation. You need to spend 6x rods into Investigate, which gives you Transmit next week, and spending 6x into that leads to Receive the following one. Then spending 6x into Receive will give you the hidden event chain.

Not saying it doesn't need fixing, but I have yet to see any authority to respond over in-game issues. I'd say chances are bigger at the lottery and/or getting a meteorite on your house. Attempting to get into research either from the queue or building doesn't work. I get a blank background with normal interface or just a blank screen, respectively. I get the same blank screen when backing out of the event section. No changes on my end after the last time it worked right. Recalling APPEARS to move the ship but the ship does not dock and resets location to mid system
Other players seems to not to be able to see the ship
Clearing localization does not work

Recalling via Discovery Summon does not work
Having the station being attacked does not work
Other actions (moving, mining etc) claim the ship cannot move in its current state
Issue persists after game update
Support is unable to force a recall of the ship
The dock that the ship is tied to is the paid for dock

The only solution to a stuck ship is contacting support.
If they told you they can't fix it, they told you bogus. They did it for the past 2 years at least

Your desealing rods are cheaper than the other player's so the lockbox is also of lower quality. Other than people who were grandfathered in to higher Lockbox tiers, you'll need to progress your current tier by spending on desealing rods in the cash shop.

Strange. I have a feeling this is a variation of the old boot bug from about a year ago. It kind of disappeared about 11 months ago but after that it was mostly a visual issue

I boosted the kelvin with the cerritos in another system, then warped the kelvin to the armada system. Once the kelvin excited warp, I started the armada with the kelvin, but there was I think a small warp hiccup with the ship possibly not fully in the system when the armada started. The ship did arrive a few seconds later than expected, and travlled to the armada with I'm almost 100% sure the purple timer in the armada circle along with the other two ships.

Only the kelvin got booted, but it was not late to the circle. It arrived I think a few seconds slower than it should have according to the distance timer when I started the armada.

The kelvin should have been at he armada circle ~16 seconds after it started, instead it was about 21 seconds after it was started, so it was in the circle waiting for a good minute.

Yeah normal. The only thing odd was the warp hiccup. It was like when you are travelling to deep space and the ship says it's out of warp, but you can't hit locate and see into the deep space system for several more seconds, like the ship dropped out of warp but has not arrived yet. It was during that kind of period I started the armada as I started it as soon as I could with a ship that was in warp.

A week later they finally respond to my ticket and refuse to give me back my 16k ultra recruits that the game stole from me for this, without ever having even clicked on it 😡🤬. Like, seriously? It’s like getting gas at a gas station and getting charged for 100 gallons instead of the 10 you pumped and they refuse to fix it. This is just beyond a new low. Considering how much money I had dropped into the game this month alone, I’d think would at least result in a better customer service and consideration of request to fix an error caused by the game. 🙄😖

@umbral nexus What’s the point of the help tickets if they just get closed with no communication? I asked for refunds on a token for having a stuck apex hostile and got no response. I tried to open a ticket for a failed epic exchange armada only to have the system select some other type of help ticket. I’m assuming that will be closed as well with no resolution. This game isn’t worth spending money on if major bugs aren’t going to be resolved and worse not refunded for lost in game currency when you try to request a refund after a bug occurs.

For the "What's Past is Prologue" mission, its a fairly low level mission, and I'm supposed to just... go to a distant star... but the star system for the mission is Rainsford, which has a prerequisite mission to get there, "Retrofit" which I'm given to understand is a much higher mission... is this a boo boo, or is this supposed to be a thing? And if it's a boo boo, is there a work around?

Some missions choose a random system near your base to put the next location even if it's one you'd not be able to reach til much later. It could be a bug, contact CS through one of the methods in #👽-how-to-contact-support and see if they have a solution.

I have a serious problem with the game atm. I'm not be able to start any new research because i'm not allowed to go into the research tap/tree. It's started on PC version but was still able to do it on mobile but 2-3 hours later i got the same problem on mobile version.

if i click on start research is just getting blurry but i can get back with galaxy tap or locade ship.

but if i try to get via R&D building i get stuck on this screen and then i have to restart the game.

Temporarily if you go through the Stella “M” button you can get to the Eclipse research tree, and if you go through the research daily “Go” button you can get to the combat tree.

If you complete your current “Fleet Commander” research as well, that may (has more often than not) resolve the issue.

Do you remember how many shards you had before?

There a know bug when you get a full pull, that the number will show twice, once when you get it, and once when on the final screen.

Its a visual bug (very annoying). If you have any doubt contact CS they can confirm you what you got exactly and they will see if there was a real problem

On a similar note. The factions notifications seem to appear at random points in the day. They clear easily enough, but it really isn’t useful. I hit the faction stores every morning and just end up having to go back later in the day to clear the notifications whenever they decide to show up.

I have a treasoey problem. I've reentered the game about 6 month ago and bould now my building up to level 29, but bought a 5 EUR package in the early day and invested already the Desealing bar. But the components of the treasury did not increased after paying for this package. Now I had enough broken bars to exchange to a working bar. But also I have the initial content with 2 and 3 star resources and only 2800 Latinum. I have an lvl 44 account. It seams it is very strange, all other player's telled it will increase the content from event to event every time.
