I think it's intended to be 4x 1d events for the heroic, enough runs to complete Kira, as stated in the announcement. Either way, it's been escalated.

It looks like you have a tier 1 Franklin-A with the cargo component upgraded, which is a base cargo capacity of 4000. 75% increase from 4000 is 3000, which is the increase you have.

There's an issue with the numbers at some combinations of warp component and jump cost efficiency, where the client returns an incorrect number.
All you can do until they fix it is to change these numbers to find a working combination. This could be from upgrading the warp component, the efficiency research, or by using different values of jump efficiency from officers.

I’m getting notifications on my Apple Watch saying “your alliance has formed an armada” but it’s doing it when someone starts a solo armada and there’s no alliance armada. iPhone and iPad aren’t getting the same notification.

Are you taking into account that you have other variables influencing your maximum cargo? For example, the treasury and research? Bonuses are relative to the base number, not the cumulative number. So, for example, if you have a base value of 100 and you are already applying 50% to that base number via research and buildings, you're going to see a current max cargo of 150. Then if you have an officer that boosts cargo by an additional 100%, that's not applied to that 150 number, it's applied to the original 100 number. So now you'll see 250 (150 + 100). But if you were expecting your 100% officer bonus to be applied to the value you saw before putting the officer on there, you might have expected to see 300 (150 + 150). So that might account for the discrepancy. Bonuses always apply to the base.

Cardassian Armadas are failing to go off, they take armada tokens, show you going into battle, but then no battle report or pts or anything after

I've not had any issues of using Kira on the bridge when attacking any other Rare or Epic Cardassian armadas... now she has been causing eclipse armadas to fail yes

but if this new update has now made it to where Kira is an issue vs the armadas she was created to be used for, that in itself speaks volumes of the Dev teams inability

It's not her presence alone that would cause a FtL, her ability needs time to stack, and that's easier if more than one person uses her. Though the issue might exacerbated by 6, would need more testing on that.

I was able to get a research going, but it took logging in on my laptop which I had not updated and bypassing the launch screen. So there is a Research Bug work around for someone that plays on multiple PCs.

There's no real definition.
Basically there are three factors that determine what you get in the vault: ops level, server age, and spending history. Higher ops, older servers, and higher spending all lead to better contents.
The spending part is tied to the cost of the rod available in your store, which increases in cost with your spending history. More expensive rod means better vault, and is certainly the reason you can't save rods for later.

Not really. I had a device laying around that had STFC installed but had not been updated to the latest update and that works without issues but I have not seen a solution posted anywhere or any acknowledgement from Scopely about this issue or the "can't mark inbox as read" issue.

Battle logs in the Inbox will not clear. New Battle reports create red pips, but you can't get rid of them. Clearing localization will get rid of the pips temporarily, but the Battle logs stay marked as unread. Any new logs will create new pips.

Dear Scopley, As all my bug tickets get auto closed and the problem remains, hopefully posting here will get results.

Server 56 has a serious issue with the Apex ships getting ‘stuck’ in several systems. These ships have been stuck almost a week. Since that was the last time your ‘cleaner’ script was run.

You designed these systems to function a certain way, but the players CANNOT play the game the way you designed it if those ships are ALWAYS stuck.

I will attach screens shots of the systems that are affected. I have only unlocked 33-37 Mantis space so far, so there are probably more stuck in higher levels, I’m sure.

Please fix your game, or at least run your ‘cleaner’ script on a daily basis so players can get their farming down in a ‘reasonable’ amount of time.

The Kira officer ability is working as advertised to the best of my knowledge, it just is nearly useless. 10% of attack stat subtracted from armada mitigation is a drop in the bucket that just doesn’t do much to the damage dealt to the armada hull in any reasonable way. Certainly not better than a number of other armada officers to take that seat.

I’m sure the double synergy works, but I haven’t remotely found the need for that magnitude of mitigation. It already is so much more than 5/6 offered.

That said as candle and others have said, there is something up with Kira’s interaction with exchange armadas that is breaking them.

You generally won't need full synergy with Sisko, even at the lower ability % of 5of11 people already hit or come close to max mitigation (and even 5 without synergy can add enough in cases).
You need to remember that these mitigation bonuses are applied before your % bonuses, and so can go a long way, and if you're already at or near max then the extra synergy isn't really doing anything.

There is no other Borg officer I would run with 5 other than 6, because you’re wasting an officer slot for a non-ability officer. With DS9 it gives you the option of running Sisko with Kira to get the synergy with one armada and then running Miles with a different crew on a different ship in another armada. You lose that option with Kira being broken.

I’ve seen many users over multiple servers on here complaining about it and several pointing towards it being a memory issue and it has been affecting all platforms of play. It is too far wide spread to say it’s due to an individuals device or internet connection. Scopely had this problem before and it’s not surprising it is occurring again.

@umbral nexus I've got a complaint about Scopely help desk. Twice now I've had my current account suddenly revert back to my Original account that I've haven't played for 6 - 8 months. I've asked repeatedly for this old account to be deleted, providing all the appropriate info. The Scopely help desk take week(s) to respond and when I've said they have lost a client, they respond within 4 hours with Case Closed, no trouble shooting just essentially goodbye. I like the game and all, just can't stand the UNHelp Desk. Any help with this would be great!!

All rest of borg officers provide a synergy boost for 5 and for 6, but do not have combat abilities as they are miners, the synergy bonus is still an increase.

No it's not an officer ability, but a synergy bonus can be much better than an officer ability, like kira gives to sisko 500% increase in suskos captains ability.
Borg officers do much the same for 5.

No, the argument is that the additional synergy does 0 additional benefit for mitigation for both Sisko and 5 as with the one synergy already maxes out your mitigation so again the boost to health or other stats don’t provide a viable benefit. Kira brings an additional action against the armada. Nobody cares about borgmadas as they are irrelevant to the game, even when they run them as an event the rewards are a joke for the borgmadas.

This is what my screen goes to after trying to select something after trying to start a new research. Locks up and I have to reload game

My 3 running research are 117 days, 133 days, and 78 days. I started the 78-day research yesterday. I hit the start button, and it got a loading spinner. Nothing else happened, so I backed out of the screen, sent helps, opened gifts, then went back through and hit the buttons to start that research again, and it worked that time.

Some people are saying that changing the way you're getting into the research screen could help, so maybe try:

• Dock Stella and tap on the M-number box to go to the research screen
• Tap on a drydock or defense platform space that you can't do because of research and click "Go" next to that research
• Open your daily goals and click "Go" next to the research daily goal
• Finish a research item and tap on "Start Research" in the newly available research slot

Hey, I experience a bug with MANTIS where I often need to restart the app (on iPhone or iPad) in order to get the buffs accounted when shooting Actian Chrysalis hostiles. (+1 or +2 indicator). Somehow, when the indicator doesnt show up in the front-end it also doesnt account. I can reproduce this bug.

Some players have success reenabling research by clearing all the research queues.
You may also access some trees by:
Clicking on the M inside the Ships button under Stella to reach Outlaw
Clicking on Drydocks F to reach Station
Lower level players can click Ships and navigate to a ship that requires still locked research(Stella or Horizon perhaps).

🔹 I can't click the back button!
A bug grays out the back button in some menus. Navigate away from the affected screen (eg. click a name, or location button), and exit from there.

🔹 My armada didn't launch!
Kira is suspected to be linked to the recent rash of failure-to-launch armadas, especially in Eclipse. Avoid having anyone use her on the bridge.

Any updates on fixing the apex hostiles spawning in the actian systems? Server 26 - only 33, 34 and 35 systems are spawning the apex hostiles. Super annoying.
