I need help with everything else, I couldn't bring up the other issues that are truly plaguing me because of the screenshots restarting the game EVERYTIME

I'm no tech wiz but I do know these steps because they keep saying them, I keep doing them, and they haven't resolved the issue. Just feels like I Might be getting trolled by CS.

SOP appears to be standard generic response, blame user's end for problems, request they perform the action that is the issue in the first place, ask for additional information until it times outs and they can close the ticket.

This is a subject to be discussed tbh. From the beginning on you level increased and your strength as well but your ships ability didn't. Hence it might be consequent from that point of view that the level shouldn't increase as well.

ok now I think I understood what you want to say, but no, the level thing is a display error, not a a "bonus gets applied only if you dock thing", the ship does get his level up, the exp does change and reflect the new level, but the number on the management screen is left unchanged for error

Yeah but ONLY it's level and power/strength but not it's ability percentage. Imagine the ship ability is dependent from the level. Hence both then should change at the same time. At the moment when you dock and not on space.

I don't have data on the application of the ship ability after level up, but I do remember that prior to one month or two ago the ship level did update before docking, so it is a display issue, it was introduced after an update to the interface (the one to show the max level reachable within the ship tier)

Also, I already sent them the screenshots via email, and the video of it not working in-game, which IS THE Issue mind you. The game restarts Everytime I try to send screenshots to CS in-game.

But given that every flavour of android has it's own file API, and different carriers and phone makers have their own flavours of android...

2 people with the same device model
On the same phone network
On the same version of android.
Potentially taking into account other apps installed on the phone (keyboards/etc)
Then do that for every possible combination

It takes a dozen tries to zoom in or out for me on Android. Previously it would zoom in or out as long as I had physical screen real estate for my fingers. No longer the case. Now it takes a dozen pinches in system view to zoom in close enough to see names instead of just triangles.

There were examples of ships winning against enemies with double of their own power. In fact power is not everything unless you have maxed Northcutt...

Not sure if it's intended behavior, but when I put the mantis debuff on a survey ship that is actively mining, the ship gets debuffed but also becomes unattackable. The ship remained unattackable even after the debuff wears off. After it happened the first time, I replicated this behavior two more times on completely different survey ships. All of which were attackable prior to being debuffed.

My Mantis cargo size is not reporting properly. I'm running SNW Pike/SNW Ortegas/Marcus with La'an below decks for cargo bump. On the main screen it show my max cargo as 8085 but my haul maxed out at 7035. When I checked the battle log from a few battles before maxing, it showed maxed cargo as 7035.

It's not system dependent, and upgrading the cargo hold doesn't fix the problem.

Sometimes I get stuck on full zoom in or full zoom out. Cannot zoom during it. It happens to both system and galaxy view. Both unplayable (mostly on galaxy view and stuck zoom in on system).

Or it get worse. The game zoom in when you move the screen southwest and zoom out when you move northeast. Don't get that honestly.

For the general zoom issues try changing your motion smoothness setting to standard and it should fix the zoom issues

This game is not working atm. Nothing updates correctly without closing and reopening the app. Hostiles appear bunched up in corners instead of bouncing around systems. Warping into systems gets stuck at 0 seconds, and the ship won't show up in system. Attack a hostile, the ship gets stuck in combat, hostile never dies, etc. Leave a zeroed mining node, it doesn't show as reset. Go onto a node, doesn't show mining started. Recall ship to station, doesn't show cargo unload. Restart the app and some of these things are fixed, but that's not a practical solution. Attack a hostile, close app, reopen. Get off a node, close reopen, mine that node, close, reopen, see ship is mining.

I had this exact same issue (Android). Debuffing a miner on a zero node caused the Attack button to go gray. Since it often fixes issues, I tried doing a force kill and restart on the app, but the debuff had worn off. Curious, I waited for the debuff cooldown and tried again, this time killing/restarting the app right after applying the debuff (Attack button went gray again). When the app came back up, the target was attackable again (and still affected by the debuff for a few more seconds).

Previously the buff for the ship was displayed. The Positron for instance is a 10% Damage increase. For it now to say ship_ability_desc would imply its a bug.

How does the de-buff function work on the Mantis. When I use it my ships can’t attack the player selected and my alliance mate then attacked and it didn’t score any point on the SMS event. 😐

Known bug - if you exit to galaxy map then back into the system you should be able to commence the attack yourself. Not ideal but works for SMS completion.

Why is the last incursion server still showing in statistics?

My game doesn’t remember things like Mission favorites/bookmarks. New ships are labeled „new“ forever. Same goes for new officers or the ingame announcement about the arc. Anyone else with this issue or even better: a solution/ fix? CS doesn’t reply, only the automatic response.

The new labels are from the game caches being reset the bookmark issue is a separate thing I’ll give you the workaround now for

This is what someone did that helped them with this issue

Steps I took on iOS: sign out of Game Center, restart phone, uninstall stfc, restart phone, install stfc, restart phone, sign into stfc with only scopely ID, then bookmarks worked again. But…..all my old bookmarks had been deleted.

That’s because the system auto picks a different point to warp to every time. The time difference is your impulse speed across the system

Server 51 sucks compared to S50. Multiple zones with ships that you can't attacks. Hell Penumbra Space has 2 level 39's you can't hit. Someone needs to Ctrl-Alt-Dlt this server. One of the ships is right on top of the Armada.....lol

Couldn't attack (with the Vidar) a player on a node (iso1) after debuffing his ship (meridian) ... is it a known bug or was it just for just me? 🧐
The "Attack"-button was grey. After restarting the game it worked, but the debuff was no longer active.

Try the email option in contacting CS.

A bug from using Mantis venom on a target on a node can disable the attack button. Some players are able to get around this issue by going to galaxy view then back into system view. Others have to fully reboot
