I would love to see skin shards be a general currency so ppl can decide which skins they can spend them on, instead of being ship specific.
would be nice if alliances could have a way to test pvp crews within the alliance. a small part of territory systems where the alliance protection drops or something. that also disappear during takeovers.

Perhaps the servers could be split into pve and pvp servers as many other games do to cater to different play styles. It will help with player retention as the pvp players feel restricted by ROEs put in place and pvp players feel bullied by constant attacks from pvp players.
I don't care what we are able to exchange ship BPs for, just give me a way to get rid of them without spending over 200m trit for the BPs I currently have

When upgrading R&D Department you can't see inside what you want research if your research are in process. I think it should be changed so you can see what to research in any time.
I would like to see the space station have places for officers and out lying support staff with the people we have that are not in our ships at that time this will be more realistic and make our station more defense able

It would be nice if officers could be assigned to a ship in addition to a dock. The dock assignment could be the default, but being able to assign officers to a specific ship would help to maximize the ships potential without having to rebuild the crew list each time a ship is swapped. Having to do this is really annoying!
Why limit alliance contributions to Parsteel OR Tritanium? Why not allow players to contribute whichever one they want?

I think that when we scrap a ship we get all the blueprints back from scraping it, and if we upgraded the ship, we should get back what we used for it... and then we should be able to trade out the blueprints for rss, lat, ship parts, officer credits, etc. Also we should have a trading system that allows players to trade things privately (based on level) or in their alliance where they would host a trade meeting. Players within the range of 3 levels (like if I am at lvl 39 I can receive and trade with lvl 40s, and lvl 38s) should would be able to trade with each other. The trading thing would be in a new part in the refinery section.

Yeah, that works too though it's annoyance. I understand how to accomplish this objective now, just thought I'd post my 'suggestion' formally. I'd consider it a valuable improvement to allow you to do it after a warning.
I really feel a way to hit someone's base is borderline abusive if you can as an admiral and commodore know when the last time they were on was.
Hitting someone's base is sometimes the only way to successfully defend it. Yes, I can drop them, but that has impact on alliance stats and then you have to deal with the cooldown.

while yes that is a valid way to defend a base in STFC it isn't a reason to be allowed to hit your own person's base

yup, another TC event and 6 alliances flood a system to prevent a fight. This is why TC is broken. You have to block players who are not participating from entering the system or take out their shields. while I was part of MH I found this tactic lame to play, sitting around doing nothing as a 'defense' and now that I've left them I find it lame to fight against it on a 1:6 ratio 🙂
I know that Scopely is thinking about different services they could add. Would be nice if we could get an automated defense service. Not something that could handle a lot of people, but just like 1-2 guys looking to kill miners. That might be worth spending resources on. Also might be worth thinking about allowing people to relocate into enemy territory (but no shields allowed while there!)

Place a toggle for turning off the message banners at the top of the screen after every single kill, power update, event update etc...it gets in the way when trying to work with the already limited space on the screen.

Agree with @opal mirage territory capture should b a last man(alliance) standing situation. No rejoining if ship destroyed! 2 alliances per scuffle. Winner repairs for next alliance that joined capture. No outside help or entry for non alliance members of the participants. Something like that😅

An idea I had to help with territory lag is to make it so only certain ships are eligible to score points based on ops level. I don't think event ships or miners should be eligible for points scoring. Territory capture should be a pvp event, but it really turns into a circus of who can send the most reltas.
Narrow the PVP range. 10+ levels is too much. You have whales acting as defacto trolls who just prevent people from playing. STFC already takes up HOURS of the day to just complete the events. Add the unnecessary PVP and your day is shot without completing anything. This is supposed to be a game, not a second job.
Suggestion The ability to scan ships of players within your alliance so that you can see their stats and crews.
Too many armadas fail because people turn up with rubbish crew, would be nice to have a way to check this rather than losing and then seeing it in the battle report.
At least the ability to see their research level on Stellas would be amazing.
Suggestion: when attacked by another player, put a 1 minute timer with their warp path on it. That way, trolls can get their justice.
Fun idea, but the player hitting you and others would stay in the system longer or just warp somewhere that isn’t their base. Usually 2 systems away is a minute so they don’t even need to be worried their ship is being hit, or perhaps the next system over, hit a few people, then warp another system over, when done pick a system 2 minutes away. Once arrived, recall.
i have an idea for scopley. most games have daily goals. but most that do also have weekly goals. i think itd be a good idea. like for example one of them could be

We need a decent Borg invasion system.
They should have random Borg Cube Armadas pop up in random systems, and if they're not defeated, then player's can't mine in those systems occupied by Borg.
Also normal Armadas in those systems Occupied by Borg would be destroyed and no more spawns until system is clear.
Borg would take territory, day by day, including Borg ships (Spheres as Scouts & potentially a new design as hunter hostiles) in systems.
Standard Cube = Uncommon Armada
Tactical Cube = Rare Armada
Borg Obelisk = Epic Armada
Thoughts and any other ideas?

an idea to add to that. when a system is taken over by the borg. the ships that were in it should get a new design and become like 10x stronger. and instead of making it imossible to mine. they should make it so while your in the system borg probe scouts come after you and attack you (these are really strong no matter your level)

How about an alliance log of all pvp interactions. Retainable for a week. Downloadable in excel format. Simple data. Timestamp. Attacker. Defender. On a node or not. Opl. Zeroed node if on a node. This would let alliance leaders know who did what. Who is active in hostilities. And who is causing trouble for everyone by being a putz. No more ‘he said she said’ bs trying to figure out who started crap.
I would like an export feature in Battle Log. Trying to figure out what happened in a 6 person armada is incredibly difficult. I'd love to see summary infomation, but I'd settle for the much easier to implement "Export Log" as JSON or CSV or TXT. Then the community could write our own processors and analyzers to get the info we're looking for.
Can you please bring an event where you can by all the ships for example the northstar, Kumari. For people who want to collect all the ships
There is an event shop usually at the end of each arc. So in about 2 month I assume it will return. There you can usually buy ships available for every one + factions ships of the faction you are on good terms with.
I think that 2 ships should be able to attack one ship. Say a level 30 is in territory takeover ,2 ships should be able to attack him simultaneously.

I've seen this idea said a lot but i'm going to say it again because it needs to be put in the game. It needs to be made to where you can only attack players 3 to 4 levels below you and 3 or 4 levels above you. There are a lot of asshole griefers in this game that hit our mining ships just for the LOLs. And it's getting on my last nerve and i'm about cut my loses and quit the game in faver of another game where the game devlepers are more willing to do what you won't. And i'm already playing a game that has done that. And they punish their bullies way better then you do as they give perma bans to griefers.
Frankly, If they did that, there would be no targets for the higher levels. Ops 39+ players are the ones likely to quit when the upgrades get to be too expensive.
Dude there are low level players who are quiting now on my server just from the griefers alone. There are tons of tag-less bases with no ships in dock and they show have been raided long ago. They've been sitting there like that for several months.
My alliance used to be much bigger. Now we're down to just below 30 active players at any given time as more then half have quit the game in the last 6 to 7 months. Mostly do to bulling and trolls as well as sexism remarks our female members get on an almost weekly bases.
One disabled kid that used to run with us no longer comes around even after we helped fend off the jerk that was tormenting him in game.
@drowsy jay , what would the reward be for making those goals? Also, the mission requirement is either redundant (dailies are missions) or impossible to meet at times. At ops 35 I only have a few incomplete missions. 2 complete when I hit ops 36, 1 effectively requires me to get to deep space (the only level 42 Hostiles are chasers) and the others involve ships that I can't deal with yet (or any time soon). Even with a Battlepass, the only way I could do 7 missions would be for me to hold off on using my keys or hoping that the event store offers replays on older mission chains.
@turbid prairie, the Northstar is one of the few ships that you actually need to buy with RL funds. Everything else at least through ops 34 has at least 1 way to acquire.
@chilly gust, I'd say take Kirk, Gorkon, Nero and Khan out of the Transporter Patterns and replace them with a rotating selection of other officers that are harder to unlock/promote.

Why don't we have the ability to trade un-wanted ship bps? Like for example augur bps....I've already built one, and through chests I now have enough for a 2nd one but I don't need it. Its like officer shards, once maxed you either get xp or transporter patterns....do something similar?

Maybe make those discomadas drop refined mycelium instead of raw mycelium? It’ll make these armadas worth more and wouldn’t break the game
Would Scopely consider introducing a "Hardcore" server where maybe the first month is free, but subsequent months are based on a subscription model? What's hardcore about it is there's no P2W stores so everyone will progress organically through dailies/grinding/raiding/events but it will be fair for all as there's no way to advance faster via in-store purchases. To offset the cost of hosting this hardcore mode, the subscription should be enough to cover what their usual spend by the average player so it's not F2P from a business standpoint.

1- make armadas enticing by changing the loot: Sporemada rewards to Discovery Refinery Tokens, borgmada rewards to meaningful amounts of inert nanoprobes, or straight up charged nanoprobes, and Isomada reward to iso emulsion. I believe Scopely would sell more armada packs.
2- modify the outlaw officers to either: have a high chance to trigger in any round of combat -or- have a 100% chance to trigger in round 1. This would make the officers viable for use, and allow players to run armuddas out of a different dock than their kirk crew. Scopely could probably sell recruit packs for them. The officer tickets are currently slow going for the grinder, but acceptable.
3- Create a daily mission to destroy Doom Worm Hostiles. Daily mission should reward 50 Doom Directives. This will allow us to do 1 rare doom armada per day, and 1 doomsday recruit chest every 10 days. Another option is to change the uncommon doom armada's rewards to recruit tokens, and reward enough directives to achieve the same result in # of chests per cycle.
4- mining yields ship xp at a rate of 1 xp per 10 resources mined or so.
5-please get all your events perminantly off daylight savings time, so it all syncs up
6- replace relative time stamps in battle logs and reports with a time & date format. Does not need to match local time. Also include the 'who attacked who' symbol inside the actual battle report (not the battle log and not the list of reports).
7- disable all banners for attacking any and all target types. Defense banners are ok. Modify event banners to trigger either when you complete a milestone in a milestone event or trigger when your rank changes in a ranked event
8- add an untrustworthy diplomacy setting, a yellow symbol would be nice, but very distinctly not purple or red is good.
9- please add 1 more science officer to the miners and surveyors crew group. Protected cargo would be a nice compliment here.

And a warning system. The Alliance bank is full of ressources, let us build a denfense plattform for the territory. Only against miner attacks not against take overs. These one man player destroy the game and people are thinking about leaving! Do something please 🖖
Create a blackmarket to exchange faction credit and other items. Trade G2, 3 and 4 ore, gas and crystal, also resources and latinum.

Please consider allowing players to trade minor commendations in for credits. Players who have bought officer packs often have many commendations.
Can you provide an estimate on when Jellyfish blueprints will be available in another event or as an offer for lower level players?
Scopely needs something besides TC for players below ops 39 to be able to mine 4* mats. I realize that we can't refine them any time soon, but the change in the mining daily at Celebrated Rep means you stay at respected and maximize your dailies, rep dance and hope you don't screw up, or go to Celebrated and pass on the mining dailies. At least with my current set up (Triple locked, Feds and Roms rep dancing at 30m), when I screw up, I can still do my Hostile grinding in Ursva and hit 41's.
Is there a way to have what resources are required to show for research you're not eligible for yet? Getting up there in the levels where anything under a week long timer is a blessing but it would be great to be able to still plan ahead so you don't shoot yourself in the foot and spend your resources unwisely.
It would be great if there was some way to see the refined progenitor component amounts from the territory refinery instead of having to go look in the Alliance inventory.
It would also be good if there was a way for alliance leadership to disable one of the progenitor alloys refinery options (cores) to prevent members from refining them if the alliance doesn't need them.

Make the damned scrapyard available at 15 or give some goddamn warning about hangar space. Putting borg into their own faction store and being able to get borg recruit tokens from inert nanoprobes similar to eclipse codes and possibly removing transwarp cells. Then removing all the borg from the ultra and premium recruits so the balance can be restored to officer pulls... Please please please consider this ,... Please.. I am a lvl 36 without a maxed chen. You a need moreau to tier 3 to be able to do lvl 37 swarms in one trip and neither officer drops anymore because the muddied pulls. Otherwise it is a 14 minute warp... Ok so something similar may have already been proposed.
So this is meant to be a PvP game where you can raod bases, kill overcargo miners and ships. But it seems a pain in the rear to find a base to raid where the player has poor shield management and/or a decent level of resources to raid. Sometimes it's only a couple million of I'm lucky.
What this game needs is a massive injection of raw resources as mining takes so bloody long to achieve, even with all the available buffs and the generators are obsolete after you reach a certain level and amount.
So how about once every 3 months a week long event where this massive injection can take place. And not just the piddly little amounts scopley give us. I mean a massive injection.
For a level 20 player we'll start with. For the week long event they can earn:
500mil steel
250mil trit
50mil dilithium
10k common refined materials (all 3 types)
5k uncommon refined materials (all 3 types)
500 rare refined materials (all 3 types)
500 hours in construction speedups.
Enough officer tokens across standard, premium and ultra for 20 chests on each.
A chance to get a full pull/unlock of an epic officer.
5k faction credits for each faction.
This increases every 2 levels by 5%.
This allows the players the opportunity to develop and progress. Also those with poor shield management, a chance to raid those resources from them.

I’m pretty sure crew presets have already been suggested, if they are too complicated to develop could we have crew favourites instead? The ability to “star” any crew, which then would show first when assigning to a ship. It would make assigning crews much quicker, currently I have to scroll and search every time I need to switch between hostiles and armada crews
mycellium mining sucks. Please add a few zeros to the nodes so we don’t have to stay clued to the screen refreshing the node every minute. Boring boring boring. No one has time for that

How about this : you can go up a level when OPS and shipyard are upgraded , everything else is optional ? Takes ages to upgrade everything , spending rss on them and for what ????? We can’t do anything with our stations ! So what’s the point upgrading all guns , platforms , vault and generators ? Refinery sucks always at any level ! All others things might help when upgraded but let that be the players choice !!! ... just an idea
Make it possible to build an alliance base (could be DS9 themed). Alliance has to donate rss to build it. Once built it can act as a trading post between the alliance for bps or rss (ferengi tax expected). If DS9 themed then it could be expanded to enable a worm hole to either a common planet system between servers for higher armadas or inter server PvP. But don’t add any more currencies to build it/trade/travel.
Put refit shards (5 at a time) in the cosmic cleanup
The armadas on the megacube should have some that you have to find that have a special reward where an alliance that beats four of those will blow up the whole cube for a prize for the entire alliance

The ability to drop selected cargo - surprisingly I don’t need 56k para steel from the hostiles. Perhaps this could give the ship a temp speed boost and or maybe even a slow if someone were behind you?
Tiering up your ship should happen in the shipyard, instead of making one of your docks useless for the duration of the corresponding tiering up.
Swap officers that are on the ship, while not docked.
Earn Officer xp through battles for officers on the bridge.

1. MOVE the refit button to some other place, it MESSES up with the SWAP SHIP button
2. Bring the MANAGE button even on MINING ships
3. bring back buttons with appropriate branches for AMOUNT of chests (in event store) / tokens (like tritanium or dilithium) to be used for bigger investments
4. do not mess with player power based on actual ships in docks and their power.... it's nonsense
5. allow ALL members of alliance to see online status, it is ridiculous for members not to see who is online and who is not. Don't say its because of spies, that is ridiculous... you should know who you are having among you alliance..
6. do something with the MEMORY ISSUES, resulting in graphics errors, SHIPS dancing all around, NPC fighting with each other, etc... And thus game becoming more and more busy and slow!!!!
7. Make the missions info panel RETRACTABLE!
8. DISMISS the notification banner popping up in the most unwanted time!!!! lets replace it with icons ( :ship__type_battleship: for attacks, :white_check_mark: for victory, :military_medal: for milestones as progressing, etc...) - that area will be clickable and bring a similar windows like battle list...
9. MAKE a SCROLL BAR for Battle LOGS !!!!!!
10. FIX officer abilities not being activated in battle
11. FIX the ARMADA join mechanism (ships NOT being in armada even though being JOINED) and fix the ARMADA SHIPS POWER SUM !!!

Add new types of research: one type is a reduction in officer xp costs to level up officers, expanded cargo capacity and etc, and any new research trees should use some extra material that does not use uncommon materials such as gas, crystal, and ore as well.

One of the most bug is: I press Claim button on the right to get that 10 min chest. The game starts to load. But load becomes too long, till it shows error message. Screen is blurred. I have to recoonect. It happens at least twice per day.

Common and Uncommon shards convert to Officer XP, Rare and Epic shards convert to transporter patterns that can be spent on epic officer shards (although not for all officers)

How about an alliance trade system where members can trade resources to help each other out - ship bps - rss - mats etc - let members get rid of stuff the never use and allow other members a chance to grow a bit quicker or get things they need

The fact that you only get 2 rare armada directives for every uncommon you run is upsetting. Suggestion is to up that amount so the alliances can easily keep the armadas rolling.

This game is lame, its playable only if you have all day to pay attention. I've been raided before with a shield on, so that sometimes doesn't help.
the 12 hr shields are buggy as all get out be careful with them.

Seeing how the event store credits decreased exponentially, Make the Event Store credits the same tokens for every arc, just like you did with ticket events, so we can save them up to use for what we want.
Got 3 qol suggestions surronding specialty/event ships:
- Remove cap from disco mycelium refinery
- Make stella cargo 5x size (even through additional research would be fine)
- Make Franklin A warp speed 3x faster
Please add new systems to the Rogue space spawning exchange traders only. Ideally lvl 36 and 38 systems for higher level stellas to reduce congestion in other systems and the grind.
More cargo space would be nice as daily spend at partner is 120k, where stella can only hold 100k
ok this suggestion won’t add any quality of life type of content to the game but it’s something i think would be really cool to have added regardless. like the ships you can view in AR, i would like to be able to view Officers in AR too.

I do not, that has been proven to be the culprit behind the shield glitch. Leaving a ship out, getting attacked and it thinks you attacked for some reason and shield drops

That does include passive mining. Don't ever leave a ship out while logged off....it won't happen again.
@calm ocean, I haven't tried it becomes I'm nowhere near partner and my Stella is only T6, but would it be possible to run Stonn on an up end Stella to boost cargo capacity and hit the systems past Penumbra? Say Pike, Moreau, Stonn and head for Resara?

So a noob mistake by me. Took my new Sarco out for lvling and didn’t know it needed special materials for repair. So now is not only my dock A locked by a broken ship the officers is also locked because i cant repair it. This is kinda stupid... what if I didn’t have access to a territory?
Extend transporter patterns to work for all officers, not just epics. There are green officers that would be far more worthwhile upgrading, but have a very low drop rate e.g. Paul Zhou

Why is the respawn rate for rare and epic Armadas so long?
Surely an increased respawn rate would allow more players to run them, to spend more armada tokens and then want to buy more armada tokens to run even more?

To help balance the g4 economy, and with the success of the dual research and dual builders, I suggest you add another queue to the scrapyard.
In Items > Other can you make two new sections at the top, or at least above Misc:
- Armada Directives
- Transwarp Cells
If those affect the base shields then he base shields are buggy.

Here an idea. So in navy's across the planet and indeed as seen in star trek, old ships are/were refitted to allow them to continue servicing their fleets far beyond their recommend life spans.
So why can't we do the same here??
Have a refit research at each grade level.
For instance a G3 refit allows all G2 ships to be upgraded with G3 parts and materials to become G3 ships. A G4 refit allows G3 ships become G4 ships. This would make ships like the Kumari or the saladin worth keeping and upgrading.
This wouldn't stop players still getting G4 ships as their plenty ship collectors out their, like me who wants at least 1 of every ship in the game.

Time to open up territory space like any normale space so we can see in the systems and relocate there .... people are hidding there and it is blocking the fun . Territory research is incredibly valuable
Add battleship impulse speed research. I get battleships shouldn’t be as fast as explorers or interceptors but battleships are ridiculously slow as it is. Better yet, just increase it without the need for research.

Can we get an original Augment ship with Khan's new engine? Maybe an Interceptor with a large cargo to aid in PvP and Station raids. And a new crew set that synergies Officer abilities like Stonn, Krass, Klaa, and 5of10..

An idea for refit shards, allow those with extra blueprints to covert to refit shards for the ship they have. Eg if you have extra augur bps, convert to bird of prey shards

Make all armadas 15minute timer with attack button. Then the time is whenever the teams ready.
We're getting a lot of players hitting outlaw reputation with the Rogue faction, and now they have to collect 300k security codes. This requires 3 runs because the steps only good 100k total cargo. I think adding more Stella research to increase maximum cargo and maybe another for protected cargo would be useful so that we could collect more security codes per run, considering that we reach full cargo before we're even halfway damaged.

Just add a research that increases cargo capacity, a research that increases drop chances from pve chests, a research that decreases officer xp costs, a research that decreases the amount of shards needed to promote officers

As we can't seem to cope without an 'Arc', ask scopley to run an existing old arc and they spend a month developing Alliance tools.
And this is where you bring all your great ideas such as:

AC armada channel (so AC is freed up for anything else)
Ability to see who hasn't scored in the event...

How about a mining officer that can increase the amount mined from a node by X%? "Finds More Nuggets" or "Barrel Scraper" ability. Make the Data and Mycellium grind particularly less painful 🙏 🙏 🙏 🙏 🙏 🙏

Please stop "rewarding" us with non usable items or amounts that do not get you anything when given event store to use those things in order to purchase items or event to get only to see that the 5 tickets you got as a reward...is useless because everything cost 10 tickets to get....Feb. and Mar. Of last year when we got Borg premium tokens it said to redeem to of them for rewards, well as you can see many of them in my inventory...but because of lack of clear language on what constitutes " two of these" when in fact it was not two of those at all...you had to buy battle pass to recieve the 2nd premium points in order to use them...not at all rewards for those like me at the time could not afford pass...but did do all events thinking I could use "2 of these" to get things in event store ...but did all that grind and work for nothing...zero compensation or care from scopely...now for the new stuff coming in game ...I undsrstand level 35 players and above are the people who made millions for company so ideal would be gearing things towards them as to keep new revenue coming in....but actually you are slowly going to lose the new money or retain lower level players who now no longer have those who use to assist lower level people to build up thier games ...because they are way off in deep space or swarm armadas and to far off to be where the 80 to 90% of their alliance is needing their assistance to do better armadas so they can grow as well....there should be a Wormhole for instant travel from deep dark space to regular game space ...not the 10 to 12 min warps at their level they should be given some way to return quicker to reg space since they have invested so much into this game they deserve it at least.

I've noticed alot of people including myself saved up our Borg War Funds to spend once the event was over. Most event stores seem to go for another handful of days following the events to give us ample time to make sure we spent our event store currency. Many people I've spoken with wasn't aware the store was closing so soon and didn't spend any of their borg war funds. I was wondering if the Devs would please consider reopening the Borg War Funds event store for an extra 24 hours to allow everyone who didnt spend thier Borg War Funds to spend them. We would all really appreciate it. Thumbs up this post if you agree guys.
It would be cool if the capital traders had a specific icon for the heavy or non-heavy--don't care, so that when i've fully zoomed out i can see what they are. In current state, i have to zoom in and scan the system for the hostile i'm looking for. It seems very 2 years ago. Remember when they didn't have the little ship type icon??? When they added the small survey, interceptor, explorer, battleship icons it was game changing!

Just curious if more server wide leaderboard categories will be introduced. I wonder how some of my other stats stack up against my server. Like hostile kill counts or total damage done to players, since the stats themselves r already viewable individually. Or even some negative type categories like total resources lost instead of raided.

For an upcoming arc, how about a ticketed event that pays out a good amount of officer xp? There may have been some as rewards at the beginning of this arc but it was paltry. I mean like 3 million or more if you complete all the milestones for the higher ops levels (I'm 39 for example). This is less than a round of faction hunt and we've really been starved for it imo since faction hunt is largely gone other than the occasional between arcs run.

I was wandering if the Rom feds and kling hostiles randomly fight each other. Then you can go in the area and join a team. Depending who you choose you get reputation for that faction. I thought this would be a good idea.
It could be an event or just added to the game just so there is variety to how you get reputation
please please 1 million times please give us the option to turn off the on screen event and battle notifications! I know I was victorious - I clicked attack, saw the battle, saw myself winning. Do I reeeeaaaaallly need that banner every time? NO! Same for the scores.. I don't care! I'll go into the events section to see the score if I want to.
fwiw the swipe to dismiss works ok but it's a hassle when hunting probes

I'm sick of the response we are looking into it then he gets a short ban then he is back again with the same abuse. Dear scopely, please consider adding an Alliance bulletin board, so admirals can send messages to all alliance members. There's plenty of room within everyone's station for such a bulletin board (similar to scopely's in game news board). This alliance bulletin board would benefit coordination of territory defense and takeover and for sharing other Alliance needs. It would relieve some of the pressure on the Alliance chats.

Like how about we just have 1 type of shield (1 hr) but then we stock up on them and there could be this slide bar (like for speed ups) so we could select how many hours we use at a time. Like lets say I have 100 shields (1 hr), and I am off for 5 hrs... I can drag the slide bar to x5 and use a 5 hr peace shield. And we could get around 10 of those 1 hr shields per day.

i have a suggestion: there should be an option to trade same tier faction ships in faction store (for example if u already built an ent & have surplus bps, u can exchange them for augur or d4 bps in their concerned faction stores), but the catch is u need to unlock the desired ship by reaching the faction rep, this will benefit players who give alot & grinded for dual or triple faction locks..

We need warp speed research for the Franklin-A soon and cheap. Five-minute armada timers for systems with 8-minute travel times? Maxed Franklin-A slower warp speed than a Jelly or Valdore with no upgrades? Please fix.
Similar story for order-of-magnitude increases in Franklin-A repair times/cost.
Just a couple of suggestions if anyone is reading this.
- A way to turn Off the popup banner to be added in general settings.
- Ability to save preset crew loadout.
- No fog of war in our own territories.
4.full screen navigation tab, so we can switch between full screen (no missions, alliance help, gift, events tabs , etc) and normal screen. Hello together, im lv 49. Over all Servers, people quitt the Game. Cause: its getting worse and worse with the Events. The items to win are really not worth playing them. We need! The F2P player really. But if they cant do Events well without to spend in real money it gets boring for them. There is no well balancing like before 1 or 2 Years ago.
That there is an regular Part of Battlepass and an Prime one where is to pay for it, is ok. But to pay for the Missions for it, ( to be able to do all) is not an good idea, really not.

Hello there is a problem on some servers that 2 or 3 big alliances help with territory takeovers and can determine which alliance gets which territories. Is there not a way that during the takeover only the alliances can fight that have actively joined the takeover ?
and seriously... armada event with no armada anywhere to be found... or events where a level 35 has to kill 500 level 40 - I'd make developers do every event for one week with a free2play account... maybe finally somebody might realize something
here is an idea i hope someone will read and at least think about it.an alliance cpt. choose X amount of players from he's team. this team will fight an equivalent amount of team members from a rival team. it can be 5 vs 5, 10 vs 10, the sky is the limit until all out war. at a certain time all will meet in a designated star system for an all out war. the team members will chose it's best ship for the task. the ship types would to be coordinated with the est of team. (not all battleship or interceptor, etc). than both teams will fly to a special star system for an ONLINE war with all hands on deck. everything is happening TOGETHER for a complete star wars!! one may choose to attack any other team he want providing he has a chance of winning. or he may choose just to weaken somebody do he's stronger team member would be victorious. the last man standing would yield a victory to he's team and of course personal glory. the prices can be very high to worth it while. to balance it our it mst be same amount of players and the combined strength should be similar.

Add the ability to filter the battle reports so we can see the attacks from one user at a time. I don't need to see everyone's attacks. The reports are really long if they go for many rounds.

Would love to see a territory defense service that could pop rogues just trying to kill miners. Have it with a "spin-up" time, so slipping it to kill one miner or so and you won't get hurt much, but if you stick around for a while in enemy territory with the service you will die. Might also be nice if this replaced to prohibition on enemy base relocation (so relocating was allowed, but you couldn't stay long with the territory defenses blasting away at your base)
Fix refinery output to a fixed number of refined materials (proportionaly distributed among common, uncommon, rare). The way it is right now it a fecking joke.

I know we're all strung up on the other Star trek series and releasing them into this game, but here's an idea to expand on the current elements. Both the Bajoran Occupation and the Orion Syndicate happened during this time period.
Please allow the ability to move crew around even after you left the station. In reality (and on the show) crew regularly get up from their station and swap with someone else. Not being able to move crew is so unrealistic.
Similar to latinum spending, add a confirm purchase button for things like faction credits, just wasted 6200 rom credits due to a misclick, could have been avoided easily for me and many other players

We need a proper grouping mechanism. Armadas are either chaotic or require a lot of chaotic noisy organisation. An ability to start a fleet where up to X players can join would be great, where X is the number of slots from ACC. A player could start a fleet waypoint anywhere in a system and others can join it pretty much like an armada, once all ships arrive at the waypoint, the fleet is formed and ships merge into a fleet entity controlled by the leader. The leader can then start armadas with the fleet.
Fleets could also have more purposes than just armadas. Base raiding for example, pvp etc.

Can Scopely please consider adding some more options to convert Zeta Tokens into Independent Credits? I've been sitting on 60 for over a year and have no way of using them. Maybe add a 1 to 1 and a 10 to 10, and keep the 100 to 100.
I would like an export feature in Battle Log. Trying to figure out what happened in a 6 person armada is incredibly difficult. I'd love to see summary infomation, but I'd settle for the much easier to implement "Export Log" as JSON or CSV or TXT. Then the community could write our own processors and analyzers to get the info we're looking for.
Stop with the stupid server mergers. You have now ruined server 10. You're going to lose a lot of paying customers because the server is too crowded and the game isn't fun anymore. You can't even fight fair in TC because multiple alliances can show up.

An officer ability: Officer ABC adds 75% to crit chance, but with each round, the crit chance is reduced by X%
T1: X = 40%
T2: X = 31%
T3: X = 22%
T4: X = 13%

The benefit of the officer is that the officer will make you do more crits initially, but, if your battle lasts long, because the crit chances reduce... you will not be able to do any crits as the rounds progress because your crit chance is below 0 in long battles

There are many crew setups which amplify your damage or survivability in long battles... like khan, decius, mudd1, spock, and many more ship abilities

I’d like to suggest a bit more control and structure to the territory takeover events as follows:
Only those alliances that click to join the takeover can take part.
Players from other alliances should not be able to block capture nodes if they’re not scoring points and they should not be able to attack ships belonging to an alliance that has joined the takeover.
By implementing these controls it will enable a bit more fair play and stop the movement and rotation of zones becoming stagnant.
The first control eliminates the need for the second control, except in one scenario.

Yeah proper combat logs would be amazing. Not everyone has the ability to extract the data easily and have some display graphs. Damage per round, before and after mitigation per player, damage of burning etc. could all be displayed in a really nice way.

We need the ability to evict inactive players outside of alliance from territories. We have a couple of territories with unshielded stations taking up real estate. It’s clear those players are inactive and no longer play. We should be able to move those stations out to the nearest non-territory system.

Why are these ships the weakest in the game? Sure, they don't have the speed and agility of an interceptor, but their armour and weapons should surely outclass a quickly moving ship. Sure, they might not have the warp range and speed of an explorer, but that's because they are designed for battle, not exploration.
So, Why are these the weakest ships in the game? Well, balance is why.
We need officers who can use that armour and shield piercing so they stand a small chance when an annoying little buzzy ship flies by.

Officer - Negotiation - Prevents Opponent from firing in first 1/2/3/4/5 rounds of battle
Introduce research that reduces refine cool down times, a research that increases the payout from the refinery, for each category from materials to ship parts, a research thay reduces the amount of officer shards needed to unlock or promote officers, a research to reduce officer xp costs to level and promote officers, can also do a research that reduces faction credits needed to promote officers and most important of all.... Don't make them cost uncommon, or rare materials and don't make them ridiculously long research times

But it would be nice if we could have it to where the 3 different chats (General, Alliance, and Private) had their own individual message limits instead of sharing a single 300 or whatever the limit is. I had a lot of interactions yesterday in private chat that when i logged in this morning are gone cause of the limit erasing them.

I agree with the notion, but the example lacks the acknowledgement that we can mine/hunt with multiple ships. One main issue is we can only repair one thing at a time, that would help immensely.

How about a mission list with an indicator of whether or you not have completed it. Or simply an outstanding mission list?
I recommend a battle log summary. This would be especially useful in Armadas. Log summary at the beginning of the battle log to tell you how many rounds you completed, how much damage was dealt by the hostile and/or each player, Officer skills that activated, etc.

I‘d like to make a suggestion about the faction hunt event. With lvl38 I have to shoot 280-300 Hostiles to finish the event, thats way too much because it takes too much time to do it. Especially if it is three days in a row. So please either lower the requirements to finish the solo-events (by 50% for example), or at least dont give us the same event three days in a row.

Here's a suggestion... with my maxed Gorkon... when trying to get more shards. " yes I know its maxed" give out officers XP! instead of 400 transporter patterns...
no one tries/wants to waste their patterns for xp. Just max other epic officers or save up for few more to show up. Scopely is being nonsensical with not adding more officers there but eventually they will imo.

I can literally build 20 Vaklas right now if I could convert each ship into say depending on what ship: 3 Enterprise BP’s, 5 Intrepid, 8 Saladin some kinda of conversion like that.
I’m 100% FTP, playing just over 1 year, and I have an 800K or bigger ship. And and least 7 ships (first two faction ships and Vi’dar) all T4 or better.

Please add a way to kick people from armadas. An alliance member joined mine even after I said I was going solo. It wouldn't have been a problem but I needed the creds for the armada pack which I couldn't get enough of and because of that my directives were basically wasted.
When you put the shield up on your base, you should be able to add the time remaining on to the new shield instead of losing it. E.g. put 2x four hours shield up should give you 8 hours of shield time.
Armadas. Literally the star button NEEDS to be pushed to allow participation. No stars, it's a solo. 10 people can join, but if no-one has a star, they won't take part.

i think we should be able to stack peace shields like- if you have 7 hrs remaining and want to make it longer and put on 12 hrs, it would be 19 hrs intead of just 12-

When trying to "multi task" hitting hostiles and data etc.. switching between ships if you're too quick the options on the left dissappear and you end up clicking missions rather than locate.. just slows swapping ships when trying to be rapid. Sometimes I'm switching between 3 or 4 ships..
Could you alter the rewards from epic armada packs. Why are there hijacked ships in there? Up to 28 understood.. up to 32 at a push.. but 34?? I'm trying for augur etc and get legionary bps... total waste and very irritating. Same with fac miners.. in the packs too long.
Also the new notification location internally is even more annoying than how it was. Just allow people to choose the kind of info they want.. oh great I've killed a ship!! I know!!! I'm doing it!! Don't care stop popping up and blocking half the screen. Same with mission pop up. Hitting hostiles I nearly always end up with the shield or bookmark screen popping up as the area you press for those options is so large, rather than just the shield icon and bookmark icon and mission icon. Screen is cluttered enough, without the inability to use half of it incase you open another option window. Slows game play.
Can we get a bolo marker? We have allied, friendly and war... we need at least 1 more just for be on the look out... make it amber color or something.
• 1-hr shields would be great, instead of returning to the base during an attack, players could activate it and complete the daily/event.
• Also a shield, that has a timer, that would recharge over time, similar to one on a game called - state survival, it would be useful for players who are low on shield tokens.!
• During an attack a pop-up screen would appear of the enemy's Base/ship's when you're "inside the base!" repairing the damage of the base at the same time, so you can attack them! Without going in and out.
I specific tab just for armada items as there are so many types of directives and loot/credit. Scrolling through a list of items in other is tedious. Can you also fix the power displayed in armadas...it’s been broken since the ship power update in November of 2019.

Better alliance management tools would be great. Even if you could just export things like power growth and contributions, it'd be a huge help for growth focused alliances. As well as the ability for leadership to send 1 message to the PM's of all alliance members simultaneously.
It would be nice to have the ability to save Captain and Bridge Officer combinations. That way i can choose a pre saved configuration rather than scrolling through my officers looking for the ones I want. Give us a few (like 10) configuration saves.
How about the ability to know what the officer level is without having to tap on them. So that i know which ones still need level ups
I would also like to see the Armada function be usable against player bases. It would allow smaller players to team up on a larger player. Tired of having to sheild my base all the time, while i see the high level players with out sheilds as they know the smaller players cant touch them.

I’d like to see the upper level lock removed completely. I should be able to hit anyone higher than me - or be able to crack a base and have low level players be able to raid. Lower level lock should stay in place. (Perhaps adjusted a bit as per previous suggestion).

I’d like to see crews saved to individual ships. That way I don’t have to change crews each time I change ships. I switch from my Sally to my miner and the crew’s switch too.
Move the first Obliterator shot on the Augur from round 2 to round 1. This allows for more officer variety on the Augur with many of the round 1 officers, such as Harry Mudd, and helps its base-cracking potential. Currently the Enterprise is a much stronger base cracker than the Augur, which makes no sense as the Augur is a battleship, and it's only fast enough to catch a stationary target anyways. These round 1 ability officers really aren't useful on the level 34 g3 ships anyways, so this would give a viable option for using them in some niche situations on the strongest set of g3 ships.
We could also get rid of the pop up banners...just a thought

Allow us to sell previous currencies for lat. For example, 5 currency sells for 1 lat. Except Tribbles lol. Make it 10k is 1 lat. 100000% of players are tired of their inventory being full of garbage from previous arcs and events

I was thinking of research branches that improved Captain's abilities and others that improved officer abilities. We already have ones that improve officer stats (attack, defense and health) but nothing to improve abilities.
Plus another branch to improve synergy.
Furthermore, we could use research branches that increase officer intel gained and ship exps gained.

Can we get quick readout of mining nodes without having to click them? Just like we see ship level, we can have small readout like 1k, 5k 12k etc. showing how much left in the node. This will help save time when searching for node.
At least make it where we can control it. It's useful, SOMETIMES, but in the way other times.
We could have cargo transfer feature as well. One ship can transfer all or upto the cargo capacity of the second ship in field when in same system. This should be fairly easy considering transporters are pretty standard in star trek

An Alliance Headquarters: a base that would have an Bank for alliance members to save/earn interest on lat and other rss and materials. A place for bartering rss and materials with other alliance members. A separate place for bartering lat, rss and materials with OTHER alliances. Amongst other things. Places to trade off excessive ship bps, or trade unused officers etc.

Origin territory is considered deep space, thereby limiting visibility. I agree with this, however, once an alliance occupies a zone, it would go without saying that subspace relays and scanners would be placed in that zone. Therefore, once a zone is occupied, that alliance should be able to see into it without having a ship or base there.

In my server, as I imagine there is in every server, there are a few players who are (too put it politely) obnoxious.
My suggestion is that we should be allowed to hold a public vote every month where each server can vote out a player. These players would be thrown into a special server for cast offs and general nuisances.
The player must get at least 70% of the vote to be transfered.
Only players under level 35 can vote
I like the idea from @twin path #💭-suggestions message and I’d like to add that it could be a simple mechanism. Put in 3* Uncommon Gas, get 3* Uncommon Ore or Crystal. Put in Tritanium and get Dilithium. This is only in an Alliance. It would be really great for helping other members. You could also just donate extra rss or bps to the exchange

Should change the alliance battle mechanics allowing more than one ship to tag team larger targets during takeovers. Heavy hitting ships can almost clear out the battlefield on there own as no single small ship can survive their attacks
So Multiple attackers on single target during takeover would make it more interesting

I don't see the point of the drone ship suggestion. If a drone ship doesn't tie up a docking pylon the same as a regular ship, then it's open to abuse for people to tie up nodes they're not mining. And if it does, well then why not just use a regular ship? It adds no value. If you want to hold a mining node, just put another miner on it.
@light hemlock provided you're allowed, say, one free name change a month, say. Or even per week.
This is part of my suggestion shortlist that I drop whenever Scolepy does a survey:
- Tiering up ships should happen in the shipyard, not on a docking pylon tying it up for possibly days
- If we repair ships at the pylon, then we should be able to repair multiple ships at once, one per pylon. It's stupid to have one ship with a two-minute free repair blocked by another ship that's waiting on a 3-hour repair.
- Let us assign crews to specific SHIPS, not to specific docking pylons.
- We should be able to reassign officers from a ship that's being repaired. Maintenance crews will be doing the repairs, not the ship's officers.
- And as long as we're talking crews, why on earth do we have to return all the way to base just for two officers who are already on the same ship — maybe even both already on the bridge — to swap seats? We should be able to rearrange a crew at any time when not actually in combat. James Kirk must have said "Mr. Sulu, you have the bridge" a hundred times.
Please make this crew happen.

Everyone has said this for ages except more along the lines of allow the creation of crew presets each player can create based on their needs that can be assigned to any ship.

We used to be able to do that till Rev Deuce decided to make a video that showed the glitch abs scoeply overnight patched it. So thank that asshole Rev Deuce for losing the ability to pull officers off repairing ships. The glitch still works for ships tiering up last I checked. But again speed ups and alt make repairs and tiering up not an issue.

I had an idea . Is there some way to use the available crew not on a ship, to help build and maintain the base. It would mean adding a function on each crew member that relates to the base only. They don’t have to do much but could increase yields from mining, add strength to armada control or speed up research a fraction. Or help build or scrap a ship

This one is sort of petty but, there should be a slide bar when buying things like shields. They have them for speed ups so why not shields?
We should be able to create certain officer groups for bridge crew at a minimum. Like a saved and labeled mining crew vs pvp vs hostile etc. Also I’d like to see some additional things thrown into diplomacy like a yellow alert versus the target and be able to differentiate between TC allies and non TC allies
This is but a small sample of stuff sitting in my "other" inventory. I'm sure we'll have at least one new currency in this arc - PLEASE have a way to spend all of it so this doesn't keep growing and growing!

Under the "Battle Reports" screen, would it be possible to separate hostile reports from player reports.
I.e. have a separate tab or option for each player vs hostile reports and player vs player reports.
Bring able to differentiate between player vs player and player vs hostile reports would be extremely useful.

I don't really see the Star Trek spirit in this game. Exploration ships should be able to discover planets and establish relationships with local populations (gain various resources and bonuses). Each planet would allow a first contact when we enter an unknown sector. officers could give a first contact bonus or, on the contrary, a penalty. The first contact would be a mission specific to each planet.

Concerning Discord user name. In our server APAC188 it is encouraged to add the acronym of squad before user name. From my old game(Star Wars Commander) For outside chatter we added the flag of where you are from and a second for where you reside or heritage. It really helped to understand some. And even made it possible to meet in real life.

I do wish the cease fire shields actually meant what it was called. I get its basically another Peace shield but i do think it should also go on all ships outside of the station. just the ships shield goes away once either the player logs back in after or the ship moves. most likely the first one would be the better one.

Please base the amount of Armadad on the number of active players on a server. When you all banished me to server 47 the active player to armada ratio was fantastic. Server 31 not so much. There are no armadas anywhere about L27.
Would be nice to have an option to use lat to update buildings, even if it has a requirement of something not purchaseable with lat. Simply allow it if the non lat purchaseable bits are present, and spend them normally...

An idea for a new mining officer I had: The mining officers captain's ability is a risk vs reward scenario. The more OPC you are, the faster his mining speed becomes but needing to be OPC means you're a lucrative target. Pair it with a Stonn type cargo hold expansion for the secondary ability.
Just tried adding Keenser to an away mission - he was on the ship in dock C, thus preventing the away mission assignment.
Could we have a "are you sure you want to swap the officer" dialog appear, similar when you try to assign an officer who is already on another ships loadout?
Could the little shuttlecraft icon when tapped take us to the away mission screen rather than a tool tip? [or maybe a button next to it that does this? ] TIA
Server 61 has dozens of players that would like to buy the vidar but it hasn't been offered for almost 2 weeks now. I'm one of them.
Would buy 2 packs immediately upon the offer being available in the store.
It's holding up our progression, yet shield packs have priority.
With all the TNG stuff coming out the Vi'dar pack got pulled I think. Several members of my alliance would like it to be offered, many members on the newer servers are waiting on it.
My dudes and dudettes... I can't progress the shuttle bay because I have no 2* uncommon ore (I'm lvl 35)... so now here I am mining in Fastolf like a chumptastic lvl 14. Why can't you just let me use 3*?

Please consider making an API service that will allow STFC server diplomacy Discord admins (after application to receive an API key from you) to run bots that can determine an account's current server, alliance, and rank within that alliance. Possibly also current in-game name, but that's entirely up to you.

Can we get a rebalance on klingon ships? especially the one with a one round bonus? what could you do with a 1 round +15% bonus compared to an all the time +20% bonus or something similar? the one round bonus should be like +50% at least.
Can we please get background information about the Away Missions? My officers are doing something called "Bloodwine Contest". Cool. What are they doing? Competing? Breaking it up? Preventing an assassination? What? This is a Star Trek based game. Star Trek = Stories.

With even more officers coming into the game now (TNG will have two full sets), it is becoming more important to have a better way to sort them and look through the list when assigning crews.
The recent change allowing to sort by stats is helpful, but still not great. Here are a few ideas I have to help even more.

Officers on an away mission should not appear as available but move to the end of the queue the same way they do when out on a ship. This helps thin out the list a bit.

Be able to hide or 'archive' certain officers or groups that you don't want or you never use so they always appear at the end of the list.

Create a category filter for the officer groups. That way you could select ‘Miners and surveyors’ for example and only see those eight officers or have them display first in the list.

Be able to sort by rarity so epics would show first. This way you could, for example, quickly pick Gorkon as your captain and then sort by group and all the Klingon patriots would show up first.
