Day 1: Attempt to delete account using account deletion request form. After 5 attempts of it throwing errors. Gave up and emailed them. Provided all details the form requested and gave screen shots.
Day 2: Nothing
Day 3: Email asking for SCREENSHOTS like I had broken some rule by using text...you know...the stuff the form asks for. Sent them anyways (again)
Day 4: Nothing
Day 5: Hey we can't see your screen shots, sent them again.
The fact I provided the details on the form anyway should have been sufficient for verification purposes
Seems like I am purposely being given the run around here, is it company policy to not allow people to delete their accounts and remove any relevant personal data? if so...the EU are going to want to fight you.
