The same applies for lvl 61-70 systems. These can be reached with the rip only, if you are G6. G5 and below cannot reach these systems with a rip. This goes down for every grade

These log entries are confusing. I was fighting a Klingon Bird-of-Prey (lvl 71 in Hak'Shanai) and the first shot I made does no damage but it says the hostile's shields were depleted. When I finally fire at the end of the round as shown in the second screenshot of the log, it shows that the shields clearly were still up because they take damage.

Is there a bug here? Clearly there is a log entry problem. Why isn't my ship doing damage the first shot? The hostile gets to shoot 4 groupings of 9 shots before I do a shot that does damage. An explanation of the mechanic would be very helpful.

Cause for the last 3 months I have been repeatedly providing evidence and opening tickets to your support with proof of a single player buying and controlling 2 accounts, impersonating other players, admitting to buying the second account off someone (on galaxy chat), and his original account has already been muted due to previous abuse.

All I get in return from your support is either tumbleweed or template replies that "you cannot provide any information due to privacy", while I never even ask for information, just for this matter to be dealt with.

I guess I can officially say, based on this behaviour of your support, that any player who wants to break ToS is free to do so, as long as they pay money for packs, is that correct, please? Please confirm, because the 3 months of zero action and template replies proves that any kind of denial of this is simply untrue.

I think STFC tossed the TOS a long time ago, as long as they get their Conor coins they do not care one bit what people say or do. We have an alliance with multiple botters that have been reported multiple times and nothing ever gets done.

Technically the community mod is breaking TOS but then you have multiple Scopely peeps that have admitted to using it.

Only time they will likely step in and do something is if someone manages to start getting packs for free then they will be dealt with within seconds.

Feel free to prove me wrong on nothing being done about cheaters Scopely.

Best of luck. A large number of us reported a player repeatedly and frequently for over a year and he's now permanently chat banned but rogue on our server and I guess he has a small group of buddies who have become mouthpieces for him because he talks to them on discord. They've all decided that his right to call us all racial slurs was taken away and so now we have to pay for it I guess idk. I've been reporting one of his alliance members for straight up making threats of violence against women daily in chat and nothing.

I have just about reached the breaking point on surges. When can we expect a fix for the dauntless that actually works in surge? I went 1 for 6 in surges where the dauntless made it through a 3 min run without breaking and this was after installing the latest “fix” for the dauntless freezing in surge. And the number of the ships in the system doesn’t seem to matter. It froze in both very full and nearly empty surges. If you cant stop the freezing then at least try to work on a button that can “reset” the Seek ability so u dont have to cancel and burn more juice only to watch it freeze again after a handful of hostiles

Aquatic enhanced ships have a 30% chance of death ray in round 1 with its 5th gun. If you're lucky, you avoid that and win. Otherwise, you explode.

At higher tiers, you're capable of killing low level aquatics before they have a chance to roll that gun. But that's closer to T6ish.

We had a player in our alliance today decide to leave the game. The cause? The constant lag and delays for claiming every reward.

In the state of the game, it was mentioned the goal was something like 99% not crashing. This is the wrong metric. It’s too narrow. I don’t think I’ve ever seen the game outright close/crash on me. The measurement must include UI locks and delays. ANY action in the game followed by an immediate re-login is a clue that a player did something that caused a long wait in the UI and they killed their own app to fix it. This happens multiple times an hour.

You can start by looking at the time it takes to claim a war room reward. Something like 20 or 30 seconds every time.

The only hostiles I've killed over the last few hours have been the outpost revenge hostiles, which aren't supposed to count as hostiles. Come one Scopely, either they're hostiles or they aren't.

2. refinery for artifacts. Tired of bouncing around to verify how many items needed to spend. A) Transogen. B) artifact gallery. Scrolling down to see what you need. C) verified that you can’t build any thing because you are maxed out because of your level. So back to Transogen artifact tabs.

Retrieving mission keys was already complicated enough and dumb by taking you out of the game and forcing you to the web store (yeah, I get it, Scopely wanted to capture that revenue directly). Now it's demonstrably worse with the email authentication system, which doesn't always work and takes longer than passwords alone.

Passkeys might be a good alternative - everywhere I use them, they're faster and more efficient than any other multifactor authentication process.

Scopley threw multi factor authentication out the windows. And requires a passcode now. Anyone who has hacked someone’s email (without a password). Can now bypass password request. To get to cc information. But if that’s security to you. You’re welcome to share your cc with people.

Routine gameplay requires a significant amount of repetitive, low-engagement manual actions (claiming rewards, spending currencies, managing multiple overlapping events) that cannot be automated. This results in players needing to spend large amounts of time simply “maintaining” their account rather than actually playing the game.

The design strongly discourages stepping away, even temporarily, as missed days translate directly into lost progress. Combined with alliance pressure, this creates an environment where players feel compelled to log in daily regardless of real-life obligations.

For players with limited time or attention bandwidth, this structure is not just frustrating—it makes continued participation impractical. The lack of automation, poor communication around deadlines, and reliance on loss-based incentives ultimately pushed me to disengage entirely.

I am providing this feedback because I believe the game would be healthier, more accessible, and more sustainable with clearer communication, post-event grace periods, and reduced reliance on time-pressure mechanics.

I’m with you on this one I just don’t have the energy anymore. I missed two days last week and now I barely even log in. 80% of gametime is spent claiming rewards, refinery & chest pulls, and scrolling through officer crewing selection to pick a particular officer for some niche task. So many pain points could be remedied by simple UI fixes, QOL additions or even reworking the game’s mechanics, yet Scopley refrains from it. Instead, we get sold simple QOL features that would be free in any other game as a 99.99 store pack, and reductions to events & features that greatly benefited player.

We have so many resources, materials artefacts, researches, ship buffs, buildings etc, yet we still don’t have any proper inventory management, or detailed analysis/overview of how these things affect combat or efficiencies. they didn't really break g5 with g4 scrapping the problem is in all of the hostiles chests we get while grinding there's like 99% chance of getting g3-g4 bps. Which in turn means we have an over abundance of ships that can be made and scrapped in cheaper game economy to get the economy that wasn't always easy to get. They did it to themselves by there own rng drops and now they realize that due to I'm seeing more g5 bps in chests after going above ops60. thing is I shouldn't be seeing g3 drops when I'm in 50s period unless of course I'm grinding hostiles below lv40 then that'd make sense rofl. Yet you get those g3 bps hitting lv60 freebooters and stuff even now. They can't have it both ways make random drops related to level of hostiles your hitting and then you can regulate the specific lv economy then scrapping won't make a difference

Once again. I previously contacted support directly, they did nothing. The Xindi event: 1) in the armada event, they clarify and state parameters clearly. 2)they do not do that in the hostile event. I completed the event as the parameters state and get nothing in the hostile event. I defeated enough hostiles in the Ai shown system to complete the Cherritos event, yet got no points in the Xindi hostile event.

My Continuum Refinery bugged 4 days ago, completely blocking ship progression.

• Day 1: Support asked for screenshots → I sent them.
• Day 2: Support asked me to “specifically tell what is missing.”
How am I supposed to tell what is missing when it does not appear on the screen at all?
• Day 3: No reply, completely ignored.
• Day 4: Told they are aware of the issue, but there is no ETA for a fix.

After that, I asked how players will be compensated for lost progression, since the ship cannot be upgraded — and I am being ignored again.

Bugs happen, but asking impossible questions, poor communication, and silence while players are blocked from progressing is unacceptable.

As far as I'm concerned outposts are a near dead mechanic not well thought out with virtually no plan for obtaining directives except via purchase. It's dead! Buying via Alliance Tournament store is same as no availability for most players due to the level required and the points needed that can't be used on something more important. Buying outpost directives is very low on the totem pole! How disappointing Scopely can't think through events before inflicting them on players.

What is worse for me ... I clicked the button for Tier 7 ... it showed the reward screen, yet did NOT unlock the level ... so submitted a ticket and nothing. Days later had enough, clicked the button again & since I was screen recording it worked.

This research should not relock if not taken when the Rev hits tier 15, and then its scrapped. IT should be a one time requirement. I have to tier it to 15 again (not a big deal) but it should be unlocked and stay available once you hit t15 the first time
