The inventory was not changed when they removed the 7d loyalty chest exchange. Once they've fixed the problem with it, they'll bring it back and you can use your tokens then.

Allegiance tokens were not removed from your inventory, you can still search for them in Other. Loyalty badges are also in the same section. The 7d chest exchange will come back soon with additional contents.

You're confusing Loyalty Badges with Allegiance Tokens. The latter are used in 30d chests.

So I really dislike the Scopely mentality towards it's players, and lately it's gotten worse. Poor communication, measly rewards, pay to play events, and a cornucopia of bugs that make the game unfun to play.

To me, and event store month should be fun and generous. A time where players who took some time should be excited to catch back up! It should be a celebration! But consistently, you've had buggy launches that made the game borderline unplayable, and then expect us to throw money at you for bad feature events that rewards roughly 2 epic officer shards...

I understand you don't like cutting into your bottom line, but happy (yet stillchallenged) players are much more willing to spend than unhappy players. Your turning a once fun game from work to a root canal...

And honestly, I’m ops 49, have two 46’s about to go into the 50+ range. Never going to see an epic, and no desire to add to my grind by the sucking chest wounds of diminishing returns that is the 50+ ops. Sooo, why do I need it. The new features don’t excite me, the game itself is a job more than a game. And last I checked…I don’t pay my job for my time. Been replaying New Vegas more than this. Yeah, I'm level 60. The new station researches could have been handy when we kept shouting about the G5 economy. Now they are just jokes.

They keep dropping officers that you have to either compete for (spending) or buy outright (spending) while doubling down at every turn on armadas which are about getting people to spend on armada directives.

Meanwhile, I have 2.5 million transporter shards and no officers to upgrade them with. It's a joke.

All I see is this big pulsing cash monster when I look at the store. I don't see anything of value for me, and I honestly don't see where the fun is anymore.

So they want me to pay more and enjoy less. Seems like a bad mix to me.

This is why people just stay on the servers and grief other players. Even quitting is confounded by idiotic bureaucracy.

Though not an ideal solution, try tapping on the font icon near search bar. You can change the scale down to 50-75%. You may need to close the tab and restart it once more, but the store usually operates a bit smoother after.

If you scroll back on the convo there’s usually a case number they give you. I’d open a new convo and say you’re continuing with case # whatever. Then you can provide your ss or video, etc

The change to Pon for the explorer crew is truly insane to me. The explorer strike team is the weakest of the strike team crews in the game. And you actually went and nerfed Pon even more so now he is only good if being attacked? Will you fix the actual crew so its able to handle itself properly against its strike team counter parts? @tacit obsidian please I beg you to talk with them about the balance on the explorer team they are by far the weakest and the nerf to pon just makes it worse. Sadly it wasn't always while attacked. It actually had some use for people willing to risk its low proc chance. You either went down super faster or you would occasionally win or at least get some damage in. I saw several people from my server using it to punch up a little bit at times it was very high risk vs reward but it gave another option for the crew to be more viable. Even right now the crew is practically a joke. I find more use from it just using pon for defense and weyoun for raiding. I know the valdore is absolutely terrible in pvp but I still find it sad that it does so little. I have almost max pve/pvp research for my ops at 45. I can understand losing since he was slightly higher ops but I barely put a ding in their armor. And I have punched much farther up with my Intercept/battleship strike teams.

In my mind its unacceptable that the only change they've done to the explorer crew is to further nerf the already worst strike team in the game.

I've just received a reply from CS in German. I translated it and it's a standard "we'll look into it" with no specific references to the problem. It would seem to indicate that they're not even reading tickets at the moment and just hitting a button to autofill a standard reply and they couldn't even select the button for the correct language

That's why I took issue with the instruction to not file a ticket. Scopely has a track record of releasing untested and error prone content, and expecting people to pay real money for it. Discord doesn't help because Scopely's communication through this channel is lacking, at best, and there's no easy way for there to be a tracking mechanism. If 30% of the player population all file a Ticket, however, a huge spike in the log file, even for auto-closed tickets, is hard to ignore and it is preserved and can be used to hold people accountable

The 100 units of currency is supposed to be exchanged for 200 directives. This currency was not put in the 7-day chest, and was instead replaced with 100 rare formation directives - half of the intended claim amount.

All of the g4 ship parts drying up in lew of g5 is pretty disappointing. Have to grind for refinery as there's no option for bajor armada pulls, daily quests, etc. at a certain point. With all the specialty ship requiring g4 parts there should be some sources, even if they are connected to the ship, to get those parts. Relying on refinery for defiant/talios or Cerritos/titan/voyager is getting pretty tight and feels like a punishment & extra grind for being high ops

My alliance is busy running armadas this morning, and the timer/armada graphic simply stops. I received a push notification that the target was destroyed, but had to search for a battle log in game to be sure. Is this a glitch? Lag?

On Monday I’m trying to log in briefly to reset my miner which was on a zero node. After hitting the locate button for the ship, the system won’t load; no hostiles, nodes, or other players. Back in and out of the system 2 times and I can now move my ship off of the node. However, I can’t move it back as it still shows my ship is occupying the node. Back in and out of the system a few more times and a reboot, and I can move the ship back. A simple, mundane task can require this much effort with such lag! People aren’t going to spend money on features if the game is unplayable.

Nobody is going to buy a car whose lights only work 60% of the time and the right turn signal honks the horn. I hope you all get it sorted. 🤷‍♂️

The only way one would finish this if you step foot in the extra token systems with a voyager and use your 500 per pull@ability therr and kill a LOT of borg cubes that spawn from the ability. Why do random other enemy types spawn in the wrong Q Trials? I'm completely roadblocked by a 76m power swarm interceptor in my EXPLORER trial. I have a high explorer trial level cause I have a big battleship so I can hit big explorers. Then they throw in a scaled up interceptor as if I had a 13million power franky A just because my battleship is 13+. My frankie A is maxed for my level, I know how to crew it, I used an exo, max fortify, fortify, and cerritos and still barely got over half. Why is this thing here?

Due To the “Known game instability habit of closing”(which is sad) create an attack lock out on nodes 5 seconds before achieving a Z node. A 3 minute lock out post Z allowing reset by the occupier. The is major flaw with the design of Q's Trials. When you push as far as you can in a trial but can't finish it, then you can farm the protomatter needed to upgrade the FT since you can't beat the hostile.

Granted this only applies for the first series of trials since you can go back to these after you unlock the 2* trials.

Guys, everyone was waiting for that event store this month. Now it’s there and I am super disappointed: it’s not only bad equipped with almost nothing we need (where is the Feesha Skin? Where are all the projectiles? Where is the defiant cloaking?), the worst thing is, that there are so few events that you can’t even effort to buy something meaningful there! The last time 4 month ago I had close to 1 Million event currency at the end - now, after 1/3 of the arc, I just have 100k! That’s a shame and a punch in the community’s faces! I was super excited about the Voyager arc - but unfortunately the game gets worse and worse, what a pity! I am sure most of the player will have left in less than a year from now, if you continue the path that game took in the last couple of months!

It’s always been the case that you get enough free tickets to do 1 event each day that ticketed events are run. The idea being you choose which activity / rewards you prefer. If you want to do more without buying packs you just have to save some. Event store months are a good time to save them since you don’t get a whole lot of store loot from those events.

Is there a issue with chakotay officer ability not working correctly? I hit a borg expansion cube with chakotay and full synergy. Had 28% crit chance for ship and in round 6 got 1/8 crit hits. Chakotay is supposed to add 8% per hit for 2 rounds and I did 10 hits in round 4 and 5 combined. So 8% x10 being 80% plus my ship crit of 28% being 108%. Round 7 I got 2/4 Crits and had done 14 hits in round 5 and 6 combined. 8% x14 being 112% and my 28% on ship being 140% crit chance. And rounds 6 and 7 combined for 3/12 crit hits. And it followed that same pattern entire battle of 22 rounds. So does his ability not work as it’s worded or what?

Perhaps you should be FORCED to play it every day and see how bad the game performs. It should be part of your job requirement.

He unlocks with syndicate lvl 26. You get some shards with the lvl unlock and start getting them daily from there till he is maxed. Just like Grush. Been playing 4 years (almost) here and I am “just” getting to syndicate lvl 26 (1500 away) so I feel your pain 😉

This game crashes more than a NASCAR race. And only seems to be increasing. I'm at 7-8 crashes this morning in about 1-2 hours of play. This is constant. Yesterday about 30 crashes over 5-6 hours of play. This has been going on for months, since the first DS9 update earlier this year!!

Same here. I suspect it's due to the excessive amounts of currencies and poor memory management in the application. But the end result is the same for me. I have to restart 10-20 times per day.

I just think yes once they started adding more it added to the problem, but somewhere along DS9 addition it went from a solid app to a different code fork where there's obviously a large memory leak now. In January is started crashing 1-3 times a day. Now it's 5-10x per hour, sometimes more

It doesn't always crash per say. Sometimes all the objects become painted with a purple and you can't make out what's what. Crash or not, the game becomes unplayable and the client needs to be restarted many times per day. It's not due to undersized/old hardware either as my ipad is the biggest baddest one that Apple makes.

I think we need the following assigned to various players:
If you have a certain amount of PvP Ratio and get flagged as malicious, you get a Pirate designation for all to see.
If you have less than a certain PvP Ratio, and clearly are just playing for the Storyline, you get a designation as such, and players that attack those players will likely eventually get flagged / tagged or hit with Pirate designations.
Pirates automatically get bounties placed on them.

It should really hurt to be a Pirate.

On the flip side, if you have good diplomacy and PvP could be either way, you could be designated as an Enforcer or Shot Caller.

These ideas come from that if someone is being a real jerk of a player, then they should be hunted and destroyed accordingly. There are players, like me, that just play for the story line.

Could someone or certain players game this system, strategy, and take advantage of it? Sure, but peers will peer them out among Alliances and Alliance Leaders have a certain amount of weight and say in who gets designated as what, within their own alliance.

Please for the love of Kirk get rid of most of the cooldowns. For the most part they don't seem to serve any useful game purpose, and it's impossible to tell from looking at a tile whether it has a cooldown, and if it does, how long the cooldown is. Being a pirate is already a difficult life since you stop growing, can't do high lvl armadas, can't compete in alliance events, can't be protected by RoE if you're marked and many other problems. All this unless you're a whale. And whales have an easy life anyway, you can't change it, since it's the reason this game is still alive (you can't maintain a business with f2ps).
Also, being a pirate is as valid as being a "storyline enjoyer". They're just two different roles (you may be surprised by how much they are interchangeable, but that's another story).
You should always remember that RoE is exclusively a community thing. It's not endorsed nor enforced by Scopely.
This means that anybody can play the game in any liked kind of role.

we have the rule on our server that normal miners may be removed from the anomaly mines because they simply mine too slowly. and unfortunately you need so much rare ress afterwards to convert in the refinery that's slightly abnormal. I don't think it can be that difficult to put in a few additional mines and increase the spawn rate. unfortunately you can't look into the system at warp 470 either, no you give out 1 chip, fly up and surprise the rare mine is occupied and 2 others are also waiting and are in front of you and each have 1.44 million cargo, so you can you calculate how long it takes, sometimes a second rare mine spawns, but unfortunately only sometimes

Okay there is some kind of bug with venoming. I have venomed another player twice today and he's warped out 20-30 seconds after being venomed. The venom spends, the ship has the red aura, and he can still warp out. I get theres some server to server lag but this is happening after a significant amount of time. Also he straight disappeared in his talios out of the next system i found him like it cloaked. Is there some sort of cheat engine or exploit for this game?

It's 100% a warp, not a disco summon. He warps out, I even beat him to the next system where he warps in with no disco in the system.

I assume this is intentional and a way of milking as much money out of people as possible. Must say Im very disappointed on the amount of event store current i have obtained. As you have STFC web store spend event that pay out officer shard not event store currency is so wrong. And when you again run the spend event in game its the same officer it just crap. Its good motivation to continue my spend strike as the STFC web store prices for Norwegian players is over the roof crazy after the price adjustment, going form 1090Nok to 1290Nok. Sorry to say, but hope you see it in your number that Norwegian players have stopped spending after the price adjustment. The game had expensive packs to start with, but not its to high. Please continue working on bug fixes, specifically crashes. Voyager introduced a crazy amount of crashes, and this latest arc’s additions have not been helping. Prior to voyager I could complete dailies without a crash. After voyager I’d crash twice on dailies. The last week or so it’s up to three crashes per set of dailies. It’s at the point that if I’m shielded, I just walk away from the game for a bit. These crashes are causing a notable shift in my desire to continue with this. Event store points is very low and this is kind of a major disappointment of this month. Second one is overall lack of offer in event store for things which were added into a game a long long time ago and either have no sourcing at all or are very hard to get.
Anyway after 4+ years into the game, it's finally time to call it enough. Last year was very poor experience, although a lot was promised on end of last.
Bottom line is that STFC is refusing to improve quality of the experience, does the bare minimum in this aspect and tries to mask this by just going bigger and bigger.

The overwhelming negative reviews for the past 30 - 60 days, starting to drop the overall rating, plus the number of people rage quitting is noticeable, there are so many players to drain at the moment we can’t get to them fast enough (especially since the app is crashing every 3 - 9 minutes.).

Seriously if something doesn’t change soon even the big spenders are going to vanish completely, heck we had 2-3 of them drop tags and open themselves for raiding in the last couple days on our server, which is a little terrifying.

Pvp bandings are designed to alienate free to play and new players. L50+ players do not need to be able to hit down to L33. Game is already losing players, don't scare off newer players (possible future spenders)!

Agree with above, as of now game is near unplayable. after a few minutes of playing dozens of 'ghost' ships appear on screen, yet arent there. Ships leave base, attack neighbor, finsih attack, and recall all before you ship leaves base if clicking attack before the attacker hits their target

Player use a 12 hour shiled, 2.5 hours later he is being radied by opposing alliance, while offline the entire time after kicking off shield

Its the update and the server issues. Om PC, seems fine. On android, i see memory leaks instantly with game memory increasing to 1.8 gb. Having all your listed issues too. Did a R/R and after i saw same issues plus added sync issues.

I found putting in tickets for things I haven’t gotten does me no good since it always goes with me not getting the things I should. It’s like the last several times I ran formation armadas being the one that started them yet never gotten the chest for doing so even though the alliance beat all 3 nodes at same time. Every issue I ever reported never gets fixed and I never get reimbursed so I gave up putting in tickets since scopley only cares about the cash whales and none of its actual players.

I put in a ticket via the support system 2 weeks ago, and finally get a response today.

That response gave me some generic advice that didn't work about clearing localisation and immediately told me that because I hadn't replied the ticket would be closed. The ticket was then closed. All within 60 seconds of each other.

The irony of this is ridiculous. Keep me waiting for 2 WEEKS for a response and then have the nerve to close the ticket stating that it was ME that hadn't replied?

Zero customer service score on this one, an absolutely new low.
