Hey all! It's time for another event!
5 Riddles 5 Months!
The event team here at Ticket Tool is making their return with a riddle event! Now may I warn you, these might be pretty difficult to solve! Let me explain how it will all work.
How to Participate
Keep in kind that you'll have TWENTY minutes to solve all 5. Though you'll only be given 1 at a time so you'll have to work quick! 3 winners will be selected at the end (the three people to complete the 5 riddles in 20 minutes first).
These three will have the choice to then compete for an even bigger prize (SECRET!) or take the 5 months of premium and not go the final challenge. Though if they do choose to leave their five months hanging and go for the bigger prize then other people will have a chance to get the 5 months :).

We're excited to relaunch our Community Panel Gallery Showcase with our first ever Panel Showcase event! This event is designed to highlight the creativity of our Premium community members to showcase some of the best Ticket Tool setups, workflows, and integrations across Discord.
Whether you’ve built a clean support system, a fully automated moderation ecosystem, or a creative Roblox community workflow using bots like Sapphire and Rover - we want to see it.
Community members will be able to vote on submissions throughout the event using the preset reaction. Top submissions will move on to staff review where winners will be selected based on creativity, functionality, and overall design quality.
Submissions will be graded based on the following criteria on a scale of 1-5.
We will be opening the submissions channel starting <t:1780084800:F> , and closing submissions <t:1780689600:F>. While the closing submission date may change, judging will commence the following 2-3 days.

**🎙️ Ticket Tool Got Talent 🎙️ **
On January 22nd @ 12pm EST The Ticket Tool Support Server will be hosting a Ticket Tool Got Talent event with the winner being awarded 4 months of Ticket Tool Premium and 2 months of Discord Nitro
Signups must be submitted by Wednesday, January 19th after which no entries will be accepted.
The talents will be judged by 5 members of the ticket tool support team. The judges will be responsible for the smooth conduction of the event, and will declare all the winners.

The event team at Ticket Tool is back again with another event! On <t:1656185400:f> we will be hosting a Bingo Night with participants having the chance to win exciting prizes such as Discord Nitro and Ticket Tool Premium!
Rules
We will be using https://myfreebingocards.com for our games! A card link will be sent out before the rounds start. Each card will be randomized for each player. Simply click the box to mark it.
If you don't already know how to play bingo, I suggest looking up a tutorial. It's pretty simple.
You have a card that has the letters BINGO on it with rows and collumns of numbers. If the combo "O 72" was called, and you looked at your "O" collumn and saw 72, you could mark it down!
Every 4 rounds we will be sending out a new card link since the cap of players is 30 and we would like more people to have a chance at playing and winning prizes!
