A little about it
We use ticket tools for almost everything we do, and it's come to our attention a feature that would benefit everyone so I've come to make that suggestion, and truly do believe businesses will thrive because they can offer it.
How it would work
Depending on a user's assigned roles it assigns them to a different sub-category within the ticket tool. Let's say that we've created a panel called "testing" and that the testing panel has sub-sections in it called "New Tickets 1", "New Tickets 2", "Donation Support", "Game Support", and "VIP Priority". Due to the role "VIP" it would assign them into [VIP Priority] and we'd be to get to them faster as something that's offered.
Offered Solution
The currently offered solution recommends users create a separate panel and has a VIP Section from there, however, it doesn't allow you to move it to other panels at the moment (I saw it's been recommended which is a great thing) Suggestion here:

Which isn't the greatest way of doing it, and offering it automatically to a different sub-cat would be great.
Short Version
Adding a sub-section in the ticket tools, and allowing a role to assign it to one of those automatically in order to deal with certain things quicker for higher-paying customers, or people that spend a load of hours and dedication to the game service you offer, etc.
