You can do that by going to the bot's profile and click on manage.
There you can add the role of your choice to the bot.

First you will want to invite the bot to your server. Once the bot is in your server, you can manage your server in the dashboard.
To create a panel we are going to need to head over to the Panel Configs Tab on the Dashboard.
Once at the dashboard we will need to click Create Panel.
Enter a panel name (Fill in any optional settings you want).
Click Create Panel and you are ready to get started with configuring your panel.
An example of a creating a panel is shown below.

A category can only have 50 channels, but ticket tool limits to 45
If you're a regular member the most you can do is wait for some to be cleared
If you're a staff member you'll need to clear some existing channels in order to create a ticket, or you can use overflow categories
Unfortunately the most you can do is wait or try to find another way of contacting their support team

1. Open your Panel Configs tab in your server's dashboard
2. Select the panel you want to ping your support team on
3. Open the Ticket options menu
4. Click on Edit Ticket Message
5. In the Message Content use one of the role mention syntax ({@Role Name}/{Role ID})
6. Save changes
Note: For this to work properly, Ticket Tool requires the Mention Everyone permission. Or the role must have the Allow anyone to @mention this role setting enabled

If you want to display it in the Ticket message, then there are certain variables you can use. You can find a list of those here

Automated transcripts are a premium feature so you won't be able to edit those if you dont have a premium subscription

Any roles there will be unable to interact with the bot in any way, including creating tickets.👉 Panel Configs -> Buttons -> Create Ticket -> Support team only
If this is enabled, only your staff will be able to use the button.

- Chose out of 6 different triggers

Automations can be stopped, by running the /automation stop command inside the ticket you want it to stop in. Restart it with /automation start You'll also be able to view the current status of the automations with /automation.
- Automation is on ALPHA TESTING PHASE, things might work unexpectedly or not at all.

This depends upon which action the error is appearing, the most common cases are the Create Ticket button or one of your Dropdown emojis. You can visit your Button's List to find all available buttons and find the conflicting one by yourself.

yes. for now only I, the owner has access to tickets. I want members of a specific role to gain access to all the new upcoming tickets permanently. And by permanently I mean without having to give them the permission via the ticket itself everytime it is created
so maybe from the dashboard? or some commands? or should I set roles in a specific way?
I am a bit confused because I can only give them access to a specific ticket everytime it is created, but I dont want that because it would mean to do as such everytime for every ticket

On my server, ive been trying to make custom command so that when I send a command the bot dms the ticket owner the set msg. But during testing, it only seems to send a blank msg.

Actually I think I figured out my issue. I assumed that the app would attempt to create a ticket with the lowest available number and did not realize that it just goes in order no matter how many tickets have been created and deleted. Follow up question: Is there a way to reset the integer? As in have it reset back to 0001 with a command of some sort?

So i tested
Apparently the commands get executed in order of the list on the dashboard
So command one -> Delete Trigger off
Command two -> Delete Trigger on
The 'create ticket' button is in a category where everyone is allowed to write, but in a channel where everyone is not allowed to write (to make sure that the button is always readable).
Unfortunately, when someone try to create a new ticket, the permission of the ticket isn't synchronised with the category, but with the channel where the button is place.
This way, the new comers that use it to verify their profile can't write any message nor send any picture

Hey, I'm not really sure if I'm in the correct place, if not, then I'm really sorry - I just have one question... when you are going to setup the Google Drive storage, for ticket transcripts. Then everything is working perfectly fine, the transcripts are being generated in the transcripts channel as well as having them uploaded on that Google Drive, the problem is that when I try to click and view the "document" (transcript) on the Google Drive, then I just see something like udwiuaduawufbweuihwioeauibfuaw (hope you understand 😅) and I don't see there any messages that are normally in the ticket channel. Am I doing something wrong or anything? 👀
What youre seeing is the raw transcript
Youd need to open that with a browser (easiest way) to see it
Panel config -> Permissions -> Ticket owner permission -> Edit opened
Here you can set the permissions you want the user to have inside the ticket

Claiming allows you to change the ticket name, category and permissions. To use it you have to enable it first on your Dashboard > Panel Configs > Claiming

The Drop-down menu or Select Menu replaces the buttons on your panel message and uses a drop-down menu with all of your panels. To set this up, go to your Panel Configs and select your main Panel.
First you enable Select Style. Then you add an item in the Dropdown Editor. Now you can start editing your dropdown!
Each line in the dropdown editor represents a line in the drop down menu on discord. You can add more "Items", by clicking on 

First you select a panel. That's the panel this option will open a ticket for.
DONT select the same panel twice. Each option should have a different Panel 
After that, you can put a Display. This is the title of this option and will appear in the drop down menu. The *Description can be set right after that, which will be below the title in grey.
Additionally you can select an emoji, that will be shown in front of each option. You can either manually input the ID of an emoji or select it in the selector.
- Panel doesn't send? Make sure you have a valid emoji selected
- Option doesn't show up? Check if two options have the same panel in the DropDown Editor

The ticket name is the default channel name of all tickets. To edit it, go to your Dashboard > Panel Configs > Ticket. There you can edit the channel name of opened and closed tickets. You can also use variables in there.

Command Style Tickets allow you to open tickets VIA the $new or $ticket commands. This feature also allows you to open tickets for people, by using the aforementioned commands with the user's ping or ID.
You can enable this feature by heading over to your server's Dashboard➞ Panel Configs ➞ Command Style Tickets.
- Bypass channel list and watch all of them → when you enable this option, Ticket Tool will create a ticket whenever someone uses the
$newor the$ticketcommand in a channel it can access.
- Channel to monitor for command $new and $ticket → This is the opposite of the previous option, you can select in which channels Ticket Tool should look for the
$newor$ticketcommand instead of looking at the whole server.

In that case you'll want to right click on your "Welcome" category, and select "Edit Category", then find the tab named "Permissions"
Once you've done that you'll need to find the role named "Ticket tool" and scroll until you see "Send Messages" and make sure that is enabled

First you will want to invite the bot to your server. Once the bot is in your server, you can manage your server in the dashboard.
To create a panel we are going to need to head over to the Panel Configs Tab on the Dashboard.
Once at the dashboard we will need to click Create Panel.
Enter a panel name (Fill in any optional settings you want).
Click Create Panel and you are ready to get started with configuring your panel.

Oh, sorry. My ticket channel is not showing up in the panel, I mean on the dashboard website of the Discord ticket tool. You can click on the panel there, then select the role and choose the channel, but my ticket channel does not appear.

So with error messages, I don’t really know what they mean, but what I mean is that in the manager you can select the channel. There is no error message there; instead, the channels simply aren’t shown. Only the headings are displayed—the ones you can click on to then show the channels. But only this heading is there; the channels themselves are not shown at all.

Ticket tool doesn't have such commands
Those commands don't exist
They maybe created a custom command for it but by default that's not a thing
Custom Commands are used to send a predefined response to your channels. Commands will only respond if the command itself is used, it will not function if you put the tag into a sentence.
To create commands, go to: Dashboard > Custom Commands > New. After creating and naming one, you can edit the command trigger and behaviors. Tap on the edit message button to edit the response of the command.

You just need a trigger and a response
First you will want to invite the bot to your server. Once the bot is in your server, you can manage your server in the dashboard.
To create a panel we are going to need to head over to the Panel Configs Tab on the Dashboard.
Once at the dashboard we will need to click Create Panel.
Enter a panel name (Fill in any optional settings you want).
Click Create Panel and you are ready to get started with configuring your panel.
An example of a creating a panel is shown below.

Missing Permissions
This error is a direct outcome of the bot missing permissions as depicted above. When troubleshooting this error we suggest you go through these steps:
- Use the </debug:1029783024264564765> command to check if the bot is lacking core role or channel permissions.
- Compare the category/channel's overrides and contrast them with the bot's roles to identify any permission denial that is breaking the functioning

There's no way to directly change the order. You'll need to remove all items and re-add them in the correct order you want

You need either Administrator or a dashboard role set by an Administrator to have access to the dashboard
Any role you put there will have full access to the ticket tool dashboard. The server owner and users with admin permissions already have access to the dashboard.
Be careful of which roles to put here

If your server has a high daily ticket flow, i.e., more than 2,000 tickets per day, or your server has many channels already, storage mode may be of great help to you. When enabled, storage mode will purge tickets you mark to delete and will place them into a special storage category, waiting to be reused as a new ticket channel!
- Note: Any channels inside the selected category will be counted as a channel to be reused.
To enable this feature you can visit the Server Configs in your Dashboard!

quand on commence la configuration il demande un nom c'est ce nom la que je souhaite changer
