i wanted to know - I have my ticket tool setup, but I want to make it so when the user creates a ticket we prompt them to add some of their details to help assist - so our staff doesnt have to ask every time,
where would I do this?
I think a good tool for that is forms mode, with modals!
A Discord Form lets the user answer individual questions in a pop-up Form, which then displays the answers in the ticket message. This can save time if you already know what you want to ask the user.
Forms can be enabled under Panel Settings > Form Options > Edit Forms Options. In the new pop-up window, you can now enable and edit your own Form.
You can add up to 5 questions in the Discord form. This is a Discord limitation. Each question can have a placeholder in the input field, a minimum and maximum input, multi-line, and also the option to have the answer required.
Question Title â Your Question goes here
Question Placeholder â The placeholder text in the input field
Required â If enabled, the user has to answer this question, to submit the form
Multi-Line Input â Allows the user to input multiple lines
Minimum and Maximum Input â Set a minimum and maximum input value for the user
To display the answers from the user, you need to enable Auto display form results on the ticket message as an additional embed
If you don't want a second embed, go into your Panel Configs > Ticket Options > Edit Ticket Message. You use the variable {create.form.x} and replace x with the number of your question. For example, the response to Question 5 can be displayed with {create.form.5}.

If the user doesn't clearly explain their issue when opening a ticket, you won't be able to understand what the problem is. However, what I would recommend is enabling the Forms option. This will allow the user to fill in a questionnaire-style form to describe their issue, so that once the ticket is submitted, you'll have a clear idea of what the problem is :)

So in my server for some reason only certain roles can open a ticket. It only happens for 1 ticket but not the other 2. I donât know how to make it so everyone can open a ticket and not just certain roles.

There's no blacklisted roles. It's only for a certain ticket, what I mean is
- I have General, IA, and partnership Support.
- It only lets everyone open an IA and partnership support.
- The general support for some reason does not work.

You'll need multiple in any sense. I use one as a "hub" so that my panel message can include all of the options. Then have more panels for each ticket.

This is an example from a server I'm in. I have three tickets, but their panels aren't sent. There is one panel, and you can't open tickets for it.

Do you have the Manage Server permission?
If you're getting an error saying something about reaching the maximum amount of channels in a server, you'll need to be patient until the staff of that server delete some tickets
I made different ticket panels and selected different categories for the channels to be created in but all the tickets are being created in one category only.

You'll need a different channel to run commands in for each panel if you're using Command Style

Command Style Tickets allow you to open tickets VIA the $new or $ticket commands. This feature also allows you to open tickets for people, by using the aforementioned commands with the user's ping or ID.
You can enable this feature by heading over to your server's Dashboardâ Panel Configs â Command Style Tickets.
- Bypass channel list and watch all of them â when you enable this option, Ticket Tool will create a ticket whenever someone uses the
$newor the$ticketcommand in a channel it can access.
- Channel to monitor for command $new and $ticket â This is the opposite of the previous option, you can select in which channels Ticket Tool should look for the
$newor$ticketcommand instead of looking at the whole server.
- Delete command after creating ticket â If enabled, Ticket Tool will delete the command (whether it's

2. Select the panel you want to ping your support team on
3. Open the Ticket options menu
4. Click on Edit Ticket Message
5. In the Message Content use one of the role mention syntax ({@Role Name}/{Role ID})
6. Save changes
Note: For this to work properly, Ticket Tool requires the Mention Everyone permission. Or the role must have the Allow anyone to @mention this role setting enabled

I've set up a new Ticket-Panel, and only specific roles can see that ticket.
Now I want to send a message to these roles, like a ping, that a new ticket is created (in another channel like "ticket notifications" or something like that. Can anyone help?=)
Sadly, you canât ping any role outside the ticket channel when a new ticket is made with Ticket Tool

hi, i set up ticket tool and it's been working fine for months until lately, it's stopped creating new channels for tickets, when a ticket is closed the next ticket just uses that channel again, if we have an open ticket it closes that ticket to put the new one in there

This is located within Panel Configs > Transcript > Direct Message Transcript. It is a premium feature.
You are sure that after visiting Panel Configs > Transcript, a channel is set? If so, maybe #đ«âmake-a-ticket and provide the /debug link!

Yeah, so multiple line items in the menu? Each one has to be tied to a separate panel. It's the same concept as multipanels (multiple buttons).

Transcripts are your only option. If a transcript was not saved, the ticket is gone.

How many support tickets are allowed to be opened in my server using your ticket tool?

One per person, but you can change it in the dashboard too.
You can go to Limits in the dashboard and set how many open tickets each user is allowed to have. You can also set the total number of open tickets allowed across all users.
For example, I have mine set to 1 ticket per user, so each person can only open one ticket at a time unless I raise that limit. The total open tickets limit is set to 500, which means up to 500 people can have open tickets at the same time.
I submitted a ticket but haven't received any help for several days. Does it usually take this long?

First you will want to invite the bot to your server. Once the bot is in your server, you can manage your server in the dashboard.
To create a panel we are going to need to head over to the panel configs on the dashboard.
Once at the dashboard we will need to click Create Panel.
Enter a panel name (Fill in any optional settings you want).
Click Create Panel and your ready to get started with configuring your panel.
An example of a creating a panel is shown below.
Once you've created a panel on the dashboard you will need to send it to a channel using send on the dashboard.
Select the channel you want your panel to be created in and click send.

Do $debug in a channel with Ticket Tool and make sure it has all the necessary Discord permissions.

The Backup and Restore feature allows you to transfer your panels, tags, and all settings to a new server, even if the server the settings were created has been deleted! You will want to copy the whole key.
First, go to your server's Dashboard â then Server Configs â under Config Backup & Restore (Server Owner Only) click on Old version can be found here and generate a new backup key by pressing the green button. Now, a key should be generated in the box above. You may need to refresh the page to see this.
Once you have your backup key, navigate to the same page on the new server. Copy the key on the Restore from backup key field.
Now you can choose what you want to copy. Finally, press the green Restore Configs button.
- We suggest you keep this backup key somewhere safe, in case your server is deleted so you are able to recover your panel's settings.
- This feature is only usable by the server's owner

You can refer to the embed below, but due to Discord limitation, the maximum number of questions you can insert is 5
A Discord Form lets the user answer individual questions in a pop-up Form, which then displays the answers in the ticket message. This can save time if you already know what you want to ask the user.
Forms can be enabled under Panel Settings > Form Options > Edit Forms Options. In the new pop-up window, you can now enable and edit your own Form.
You can add up to 5 questions in the Discord form. This is a Discord limitation. Each question can have a placeholder in the input field, a minimum and maximum input, multi-line, and also the option to have the answer required.
Question Title â Your Question goes here
Question Placeholder â The placeholder text in the input field
Required â If enabled, the user has to answer this question, to submit the form
Multi-Line Input â Allows the user to input multiple lines
Minimum and Maximum Input â Set a minimum and maximum input value for the user
To display the answers from the user, you need to enable Auto display form results on the ticket message as an additional embed
If you don't want a second embed, go into your Panel Configs > Ticket Options > Edit Ticket Message. You use the variable {create.form.x} and replace x with the number of your question. For example, the response to Question 5 can be displayed with {create.form.5}.

The ticket name is the default channel name of all tickets. To edit it, go to your Dashboard > Panel Configs > Ticket. There you can edit the channel name of opened and closed tickets. You can also use variables in there.

When enabled, storage mode will purge tickets you mark to delete and will place them into a special storage category, waiting to be reused as a new ticket channel!

The Drop-down menu or Select Menu replaces the buttons on your panel message and uses a drop-down menu with all of your panels. To set this up, go to your Panel Configs and select your main Panel.
First you enable Select Style. Then you add an item in the Dropdown Editor. Now you can start editing your dropdown!
Each line in the dropdown editor represents a line in the drop down menu on discord. You can add more "Items", by clicking on 

First you select a panel. That's the panel this option will open a ticket for.
DONT select the same panel twice. Each option should have a different Panel 
After that, you can put a Display. This is the title of this option and will appear in the drop down menu. The *Description can be set right after that, which will be below the title in grey.
Additionally you can select an emoji, that will be shown in front of each option. You can either manually input the ID of an emoji or select it in the selector.
- Panel doesn't send? Make sure you have a valid emoji selected
- Option doesn't show up? Check if two options have the same panel in the DropDown Editor

Command Style Tickets allow you to open tickets VIA the $new or $ticket commands. This feature also allows you to open tickets for people, by using the aforementioned commands with the user's ping or ID.
You can enable this feature by heading over to your server's Dashboardâ Panel Configs â Command Style Tickets.
- Bypass channel list and watch all of them â when you enable this option, Ticket Tool will create a ticket whenever someone uses the
$newor the$ticketcommand in a channel it can access.
- Channel to monitor for command $new and $ticket â This is the opposite of the previous option, you can select in which channels Ticket Tool should look for the
$newor$ticketcommand instead of looking at the whole server.
- Delete command after creating ticket â If enabled, Ticket Tool will delete the command (whether it's

The first thing you will need to do is invite the premium bot, an invite can be found here
Once the bot is in your server we will head to the dashboard and manage your server. When you are managing your server, you want to head into "Server Configs" then click the drop down menu under "Select the bot you would like to use on this server" then click "Ticket Tool#6207" and then save.

5. In the Message Content use one of the role mention syntax ({@Role Name}/{Role ID})

Note: For this to work properly, Ticket Tool requires the Mention Everyone permission. Or the role must have the Allow anyone to @mention this role setting enabled 
How to add multiple buttons on one panel?
For more convenient use of multipanels, you can now combine panels on the dashboard. This will allow you to directly send the multipanel from the dashboard or via the $panel ID command.
You can find this setting on the Dashboard -> Panel Configs -> Panel -> Attached Panels
Note: if you're attaching all the panels to a panel called English, don't include English in the attached panel's box (If you do this, it will create a duplicate)
This will put all buttons from all of your panels on one message. The message is the panel message from the panel you're combining these panels in.

With the Premium bot, there is a setting to make it so the ticket is sent to the ticket owner. Is there some setting option I'm missing to allow the sending of a transcript of the ticket to all participants? I could have simply overlooked it, and if that's the case, I do apologise!!

It can only be DMed to the ticket owner & saved on the server for staff (automatically

Nonetheleless, you can manually send the transcript to each staff member with the /transcript command
Would I be able to send it to a regular user? In our server, staff open up tickets to discuss matters privately with people and it would be helpful if we could send these tickets to those users for their own records as well.
With premium, you can have the transcript sent to the user's DMs automatically. (i.e. the person who opened the ticket)
The /transcript command allows you to manually send it to anyone in the server

That's a bot invite. You can't invite the bot to a server you're not staff in
If you're having trouble opening a ticket in that server, try again in a few hours or contact staff

Just one last thing, try only putting the bot's ID on the website

That didnât work so I just manually add the ticket tool role to each ticket

You must give access to that channel individually
Its role is not enough
Hold down on the channel name (from the channel list) > Edit Channel > Permissions > Add Ticket Tool >

I currently have 419 channels, and about 29 tickets open - but Ticket Tool is saying Iâve reached my 500 channel limit. Any help or things I should double check?
Hey there! If Ticket Tool is showing that error, then it cannot create any more channels due to the limit
You will need to delete channels or switch to thread tickets 
But thatâs my problem - Iâm not AT the limit.

Yes. But it didnât add it to my channel count - it stayed at 419.
Are you checking the Dashboard channel count? That one doesn't update live
Discord API is preventing the bot from creating any more channels in your server
You are either really close to the limit or at the limit
You will need to delete channels & switch to threads 
When does it update? We definitely didnât create 50 odd tickets or channels overnight.

Try using the Sync Servers button on your top center of the Dashboard page
You should relog from the dashboard, you can do this by clicking here to log out immediately, and then log back in
You need one of these 3 things to access the dashboard.
1. Server Owner (Level: 6)
2. Server Administrator (Level: 4)
3. Dashboard Role (Level: 2)
:warning: You can check your level using the </permissionlevel:1029797400174399542> command on your Discord Server
If the bot's response is:
- @User is permission level: 0 (User)
You don't have any of the 3 levels required to access the server's dashboard
Then you don't have the necessary permissions to access the Dashboard
Please ask the server owner to grant them
