This error indicates you have selected an invalid emoji, i.e. an emoji the bot isn't capable of using, in a button field
This depends upon which action the error is appearing, the most common cases are the Create Ticket button or one of your Dropdown emojis. You can visit your Button's List to find all available buttons and find the conflicting one by yourself.
- You selected an emoji that doesn't exist anymore, i.e. that has been deleted
- You wrote text there, instead of an emoji (or in addition to an emoji)
- You entered a code for a custom emoji from a server that the bot is not a member of
- You entered a custom emoji code incorrectly
- You're on iPhone and entered an emoji using the phone's emoji pad (use the emoji selector in the website instead)

So, our community grew really fast and we've hit the 500 channel limit using ticket tool
Discord has a limit of 500 channels at a time, so there's nothing we can do. You'll need to delete some channels to allow new tickets to be created. Sorry for the inconvenience!

That's not possible. It would be only possible using the claiming feature which is premium only to move Tickets to another category when claimed.

A panel is the core of Ticket Tool, so its important to do the adequate process:
1. Open your Panel Configs tab in your server's dashboard
2. Click on the+or in theCreatebutton

The Drop-down menu or Select Menu replaces the buttons on your panel message and uses a drop-down menu with all of your panels. To set this up, go to your Panel Configs and select your main Panel.
First you enable Select Style. Then you add an item in the Dropdown Editor. Now you can start editing your dropdown!
Each line in the dropdown editor represents a line in the drop down menu on discord. You can add more "Items", by clicking on 

First you select a panel. That's the panel this option will open a ticket for.
DONT select the same panel twice. Each option should have a different Panel 
After that, you can put a Display. This is the title of this option and will appear in the drop down menu. The *Description can be set right after that, which will be below the title in grey.
Additionally you can select an emoji, that will be shown in front of each option. You can either manually input the ID of an emoji or select it in the selector.
- Panel doesn't send? Make sure you have a valid emoji selected
- Option doesn't show up? Check if two options have the same panel in the DropDown Editor

How to create support ticket
been testing multi panels on the bot on my server and it won't send the embed even though the dashboard says it was successfully sent to the correct channel
it was previously sending it before no problem, maybe I did it too many times?
I have found the bug, if I have a - in my panel name which I then add to multipanel it won't send the message even though the dashboard says it will
actually now I am not sure it is saying successfully sent when it doesn't appear in the channel? Maybe some of my panels are bugged or are causing it to be bugged?

Partnership applications are not open currently. The only real requirement that we have, is that you use Ticket Tool regularly. They are not just looking for the biggest Servers out there, but for servers that rely on Ticket Tool on a daily basis. Servers who make good use of the Bot and use creative ways of using Ticket Tool have a very good chance of being accepted.
Server size is something that will boost your application massively, but is not the deciding factor.

As it says above you need to use the bot regularly. But as an Ticket Tool partner you can add a related server as a 'branch' under your server that already has the parthership. Branch servers can only be added if they are related to the base server.
So would that count if they are affiliated or a sponsor of our server?

Integrating Ticket Tool with an external bot allows you to customize your server's Ticket System further!
- The external bot must output the
$newor$ticketcommands with the user's ID to start a ticket. Preferably in a private channel.
Eg.
$new 12345678901234567890

Your ticket panel must be Command Style enabled

You must whitelist that bot's ID in your Dashboard ➞ Server Configs ➞ Bot section.
Otherwise Ticket Tool will not react to the command and a ticket will not be created.
- If you'd like to include a reason in the command usage, feel free to do so after the user ID.
Eg.
$new 12345678901234567890 Your reason goes here
This reason can then be shown anywhere in the Ticket Message with the{create.reason}variable

Note:** If you have changed Ticket Tool's default prefix ($) please ensure to amend the prefix for the $new or $ticket commands.
Eg. If your prefix is

You can use any bot that has some sort of welcome plugin, to trigger the $new command with their user ID upon joining, automatically

Look in the following places in your server's dashboard
👉 Server Configs > Blacklist Roles
Any roles there will be unable to interact with the bot in any way, including creating tickets.👉 Panel Configs > Buttons > Create Ticket > Support team only
If this is enabled, only your staff will be able to use the button.

The Ticket Message is the first message sent by the bot on a new ticket. To customize it head over to your Dashboard ➞ Panel Configs ➞ Ticket ➞ Edit Ticket Message
A Discord Form lets the user answer individual questions in a pop-up Form, which then displays the answers in the ticket message. This can save time if you already know what you want to ask the user.
Forms can be enabled under Panel Settings > Form Options > Edit Forms Options. In the new pop-up window, you can now enable and edit your own Form.
You can add up to 5 questions in the Discord form. This is a Discord limitation. Each question can have a placeholder in the input field, a minimum and maximum input, multi-line, and also the option to have the answer required.
Question Title ➞ Your Question goes here
Question Placeholder ➞ The placeholder text in the input field
Required ➞ If enabled, the user has to answer this question, to submit the form

More than likely it's because of current channel permission overrides that caused the issue, so it depends

Hey folks, I initially setup the ticketing system and it appeared to work fine. A user would click the button to submit a ticket. And a private channel would be created between the user and the support role users.
However, it seems that now whenever a ticket is generated, all users in the channel are now able to view the support ticket.
Where in the ticket tool dashboard can I go to fix this?
So you mean that all members who are not the Support Team can view it?
Was the everyone role, or another that has view channel access, made a support team or additional role?

Okay, so you have to make a panel for each dropdown question! Since you have your panel named “Best,” you can do this:
Keep “Best” as the panel, and only send that ticket’s panel message. Then make two new panels for “❓ General Question” and “🛡️ Member Complaint.” Don’t send those panels. Add both of them as dropdown items and set a description for the actual dropdown ui. Each panel can be added to one dropdown panel, and only as one item.
The Drop-down menu or Select Menu replaces the buttons on your panel message and uses a drop-down menu with all of your panels. To set this up, go to your Panel Configs and select your main Panel.
First you enable Select Style. Then you add an item in the Dropdown Editor. Now you can start editing your dropdown!
Each line in the dropdown editor represents a line in the drop down menu on discord. You can add more "Items", by clicking on 

First you select a panel. That's the panel this option will open a ticket for.
DONT select the same panel twice. Each option should have a different Panel 
After that, you can put a Display. This is the title of this option and will appear in the drop down menu. The *Description can be set right after that, which will be below the title in grey.
Additionally you can select an emoji, that will be shown in front of each option. You can either manually input the ID of an emoji or select it in the selector.
- Panel doesn't send? Make sure you have a valid emoji selected
- Option doesn't show up? Check if two options have the same panel in the DropDown Editor

Wondering if Ticket Tool could be used as alternative to keeping track of scheduling meetups. Previously, used another ticket option but I didn't set it up initially, so trying this for the first time.
Can we use this tool for people to submit their availability for a meet up and we receive the ticket to then find the person they would match with, confirm it and close the ticket? Any thoughts?
It would function for the purpose/workflow you described. Ticket Tool is very customizable and allows for custom commands as well if you need it. The developer recently implemented Google Drive exports of tickets as well if you need for record keeping. Do note, that is a premium only feature.
You would need proper configuration but that workflow is definitely there.
