You may have accidentally denied them permission to use the Create Ticket button.
Look in the following places in your server's dashboard
👉 Server Configs > Blacklist Roles
Any roles there will be unable to interact with the bot in any way, including creating tickets.👉 Panel Configs > Buttons > Create Ticket > Support team only
If this is enabled, only your staff will be able to use the button.
👉 Panel Configs > Buttons > Create Ticket > Disabled Roles
Any roles there will be unable to use the button.

For more convenient use of multipanels, you can now combine panels on the dashboard. This will allow you to directly send the multipanel from the dashboard or via the $panel ID command.
You can find this setting on the Dashboard -> Panel Configs -> Panel -> Attached Panels
Note: if you're attaching all the panels to a panel called English, don't include English in the attached panel's box (If you do this, it will create a duplicate)
This will put all buttons from all of your panels on one message. The message is the panel message from the panel you're combining these panels in.

If the Ticket was deleted you have to view the Transcript. If you are the owner and the ticket is "closed" you should still have access to it.

First you will want to invite the bot to your server. Once the bot is in your server, you can manage your server in the dashboard.
To create a panel we are going to need to head over to the panel configs on the dashboard.
Once at the dashboard we will need to click Create Panel.
Enter a panel name (Fill in any optional settings you want).
Click Create Panel and your ready to get started with configuring your panel.
An example of a creating a panel is shown below.
Once you've created a panel on the dashboard you will need to send it to a channel using send on the dashboard.
Select the channel you want your panel to be created in and click send.

Once the bot is in your server we will head to the dashboard and manage your server. When you are managing your server, you want to head into "Server Configs" then click the drop down menu under "Select the bot you would like to use on this server" then click "Ticket Tool#6207" and then save.

The bot is missing permissions for that channel. Please ensure it has all of these.

Ah, simply create another channel in your Discord server for tickets and create a new panel on the Dashboard
A panel is the core of Ticket Tool, so its important to do the adequate process:
1. Go into your Dashboard
2. Open your Panel Configs tab
3. Click on the+or in theCreatebutton
4. Fill in the blanks
5. Create the panel
and i choose ticket tool gold and it goes back to ticket tool white and when i open botswitcher it says its ticket tool wihte

Well, you could have your own bot (or exisiting bots) connected to Ticket Tool. So once a user interacts with the bot, it triggers a ticket with Ticket Tool

It would be a really simple system. You can setup 'your own' ticket system with a bot, i.e. have a message with different ticket options, and when the user opens a ticket, have that bot send the $ticket command in a private channel, that would then open a Ticket via Ticket Tool

Head over to your Dashboard ➞ Panel Configs ➞ Permission Options ➞ Everyone Role Opened/Closed and customize the base permissions for everyone in your tickets.
Note: This set of permissions may be affected by the overrides of Support Team, Additional Roles, and User permissions.

Im ersten Schritt laden wir den Bot auf deinen Server ein. Sobald du dies gemacht hast und der Bot auf deinem Server ist, kannst du über das Dashboard deinen Server verwalten.
Um ein Panel zu erstellen gehen wir im Dashboard zu den Panel Configs.
Dort angekommen, klicken wir auf Create Panel.
Tippe nun einen Namen für das neue Panel ein (du kannst gerne noch weitere optionale Einstellungen vornehmen).
Nachdem du auf Create Panel geklickt hast, kann es mit der Konfiguration des Panels im nächsten Schritt weitergehen.
Ein Beispiel, um ein Panel zu erstellen, ist in der Abbildung unterhalb dieses Textes zu sehen.
Nachdem du nun ein Panel über das Dashboard erstellt hast, müssen wir dieses noch über den send Knopf im Dashboard in einen Kanal schicken.

Oh see I did that for a user who was muted and needed to respond to a warning but their perms weren't allowing them to respond to the ticket they were in. The person being warned isn't the one who opened the ticket they were put in with the /add command. That's the same?

You should relog from the dashboard, you can do this by clicking here to log out immediately, and then log back in
You need one of these 3 things to access the dashboard.
1. Server Owner (Level: 6)
2. Server Administrator (Level: 4)
3. Dashboard Role (Level: 2)
:warning: You can check your level using the </permissionlevel:1029797400174399542> command on your Discord Server
If the bot's response is:
- @User is permission level: 0 (User)

Integrating Ticket Tool with an external bot allows you to customize your server's Ticket System further!
- The external bot must output the
$newor$ticketcommands with the user's ID to start a ticket. Preferably in a private channel.
Eg.
$new 12345678901234567890

Your ticket panel must be Command Style enabled

You must whitelist that bot's ID in your Dashboard ➞ Server Configs ➞ Bot section.
Otherwise Ticket Tool will not react to the command and a ticket will not be created.
- If you'd like to include a reason in the command usage, feel free to do so after the user ID.

This reason can then be shown anywhere in the Ticket Message with the{create.reason}variable

My server has tickettool invited and it shows on the servers with ticket tool list on the website. However the bot is not responding to set up and the activate button on the website wont do anything

Yeah, that is not something on Ticket Tool's end. That server keeps getting rate limited by Discord. That is not ticket tools fault. Please try again in 24 hours or tell their staff to switch to thread tickets.

On some services you can add a bot token and have a custom bot of your own on your server but the backend is TicketTools
Integrating Ticket Tool with an external bot allows you to customize your server's Ticket System further!
- The external bot must output the
$newor$ticketcommands with the user's ID to start a ticket. Preferably in a private channel.
Eg.
$new 12345678901234567890

Your ticket panel must be Command Style enabled

You must whitelist that bot's ID in your Dashboard ➞ Server Configs ➞ Bot section.
Otherwise Ticket Tool will not react to the command and a ticket will not be created.
- If you'd like to include a reason in the command usage, feel free to do so after the user ID.
Eg.
$new 12345678901234567890 Your reason goes here
This reason can then be shown anywhere in the Ticket Message with the{create.reason}variable

Note:** If you have changed Ticket Tool's default prefix ($) please ensure to amend the prefix for the $new or $ticket commands.

The Backup and Restore feature allows you to transfer your panels, tags, and all settings to a new server, even if the server the settings were created has been deleted! You will want to copy the whole key.
First, go to your server's Dashboard ➞ then Server Configs ➞ under Config Backup & Restore (Server Owner Only) click on Old version can be found here and generate a new backup key by pressing the green button. Now, a key should be generated in the box above. You may need to refresh the page to see this.
Once you have your backup key, navigate to the same page on the new server. Copy the key on the Restore from backup key field.
Now you can choose what you want to copy. Finally, press the green Restore Configs button.
- We suggest you keep this backup key somewhere safe, in case your server is deleted so you are able to recover your panel's settings.
- This feature is only usable by the server's owner
so I do that and I can use it in another server?
Correct, you create a backup key and then use it on the other servers dashboard.

Claiming allows you to change the ticket name, category and permissions. To use it you have to enable it first on your Dashboard > Panel Configs > Claiming

They will be moved to the top of the server, so out of the selected category, refer to the embed below to counter this
Discord only allows to stack up to 50 channels per category, meaning that if you have already 50 tickets in one category, the bot won't be able to place a ticket in that category, for such reason Ticket Tool counts with overflow categories, meaning that if your main category is filled, the bot will go ahead and place the ticket on the next one available, simply choose a second category in the category pickers:

Any role you assign as a blacklisted role won't be able to use commands or buttons.
Go to your Dashboard ➞ Server Configs. There you will find the option to select blacklisted roles.

For more convenient use of multipanels, you can now combine panels on the dashboard. This will allow you to directly send the multipanel from the dashboard or via the $panel ID command.
You can find this setting on the Dashboard -> Panel Configs -> Panel -> Attached Panels
Note: if you're attaching all the panels to a panel called English, don't include English in the attached panel's box (If you do this, it will create a duplicate)
This will put all buttons from all of your panels on one message. The message is the panel message from the panel you're combining these panels in.
The bot already has manage permissions in the channel, there is no reason for manage roles to also be required there
I don't mind assigning it to the bottom of the role hierarchy to grant it the permission, just doesn't seem necessary at all outside of this premium feature.

Let me put the cost of premium for a year into perspective. 3 months of minecraft server hosting costs is pretty much the same amount this subscription costs for a year. And the bot is for my minecraft servers discord anyway. 66 dollars a year for premium is ridiculous. I am willing to way overpay for a feature I don't think should cost more than maybe a couple dollars on its own just so I don't have to worry about a subscription that would end up being my biggest cost per year for my minecraft server besides hosting.

First you will want to invite the bot to your server. Once the bot is in your server, you can manage your server in the dashboard.
To create a panel we are going to need to head over to the panel configs on the dashboard.
Once at the dashboard we will need to click Create Panel.
Enter a panel name (Fill in any optional settings you want).
Click Create Panel and your ready to get started with configuring your panel.
An example of a creating a panel is shown below.
Once you've created a panel on the dashboard you will need to send it to a channel using send on the dashboard.
Select the channel you want your panel to be created in and click send.

would this not work Ticket-{count} in the Menu > Ticket section
The {count} variable is the default one, it adds +1 every time a ticket gets created. Maybe that works for you I'm not sure.

im trying to set up the bot for a server but when i try to open a ticket from my alt account it says it has no permissions, but the only role i have as "disabled" for creating tickets is a blacklist role which my alt doesnt have

You may have accidentally denied them permission to use the Create Ticket button.
Look in the following places in your server's dashboard
👉 Server Configs > Blacklist Roles
Any roles there will be unable to interact with the bot in any way, including creating tickets.👉 Panel Configs > Buttons > Create Ticket > Support team only
If this is enabled, only your staff will be able to use the button.
👉 Panel Configs > Buttons > Create Ticket > Disabled Roles
Any roles there will be unable to use the button.
Is the exact same role in: Dashboard --> Server Configs --> Blacklisted roles?

If you don't see your server on the Dashboard please try the steps below
Try using the Sync Servers button on your top center of the Dashboard page
You should relog from the dashboard, you can do this by clicking here to log out immediately, and then log back in
You need one of these 3 things to access the dashboard.
1. Server Owner (Level: 6)
2. Server Administrator (Level: 4)
3. Dashboard Role (Level: 2)
:warning: You can check your level using the </permissionlevel:1029797400174399542> command on your Discord Server
If the bot's response is:
- @User is permission level: 0 (User)
You don't have any of the 3 levels required to access the server's dashboard

This depends upon which action the error is appearing, the most common cases are the Create Ticket button or one of your Dropdown emojis. You can visit your Button's List to find all available buttons and find the conflicting one by yourself.
- You selected an emoji that doesn't exist anymore, i.e. that has been deleted
- You wrote text there, instead of an emoji (or in addition to an emoji)
- You entered a code for a custom emoji from a server that the bot is not a member of
- You entered a custom emoji code incorrectly
- You're on iPhone and entered an emoji using the phone's emoji pad (use the emoji selector in the website instead)

For more convenient use of multipanels, you can now combine panels on the dashboard. This will allow you to directly send the multipanel from the dashboard or via the $panel ID command.
You can find this setting on the Dashboard -> Panel Configs -> Panel -> Attached Panels
Note: if you're attaching all the panels to a panel called English, don't include English in the attached panel's box (If you do this, it will create a duplicate)
This will put all buttons from all of your panels on one message. The message is the panel message from the panel you're combining these panels in.

The ticket name is the default channel name of all tickets. To edit it, go to your Dashboard > Panel Configs > Ticket. There you can edit the channel name of opened and closed tickets. You can also use variables in there.

Does this require premium? Even after doing this, it still doesn’t let me. It just comes up with options like change colour, etc
Never mind, figured how to do it. It took a while to see that message as it’s a similar colour to the background. Maybe if it was a different colour it might catch the attention of future users.

No, you don't. If you have the administrator permission it could show Level: 4.
in the roles section i have the same as the owner
Doesn't matter. Guild owners always have full permission of the server, it doesn't matter which role they have or not.
Either ask for the administrator permission or ask the server owner to add you to the dashboard using a Dashboard Role
Any role you put there will have full access to the ticket tool dashboard. The server owner and users with admin permissions already have access to the dashboard.
Be careful of which roles to put here
